Opinnäytetyön tilaajana on KTAMKin Kirjasto- ja tietopalvelut. Tavoitteena on luoda Kemin oppimiskeskuksen käyttöön interaktiivisen pohjakarttasovelluksen vaatimusmäärittely sekä alustava demoversio ilman varsinaista sisältöä, mutta varustettuna sisällön esimerkkeinä kuten valokuva sekä selostusteksti. Tutkimuksessa on käytetty konstruktiivista tutkimusmenetelmää. Tämän menetelmän valintaan vaikuttaa tutkimuksen tavoitettu ja odotettu tulos, eli sovelluksen toimiva demoversio. Tutkimuksen konstruktiivisessa osuudessa käsitellään ratkaisun elinkaarta. Silloin ensin tutkitaan tapauksen ongelmat, sitten mallinnetaan konstruktio eli rakennetaan ratkaisumalli, joka teoreettisesti vastaa ongelmaan. Sitten kerätään aineisto ja sen pohjalla valmistetaan tarpeisiin vastaava sovelluksen demoversio. Suunnittelun vaiheessa käsittelen vaatimusmäärittelyn mukaista sovellusta kokonaisuudessa. Silloin käytän UML-mallinnuskieltä ja free 30-Day Microsoft Visio 2003 trial ohjelmaa. Sovelluksen toteutustyökaluina ovat free 30-Day Adobe Photoshop CS2 trial ohjelma, ActionScript 2.0-ohjelmointikieli, XML-merkintäkieli, lähdekoodieditori notepad++ ja free 30-Day Adobe Flash 8 trial ohjelma. Tämän opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntyi KTAMKin Kirjasto- ja tietopalvelujen puolelta tilatulle Flash-sovellukselle vaatimusmäärittely sekä alustava demoversio. Demoversio on varustettu kahdella painikkeella, joiden toiminnan pohjalla on rakennettu sovelluksen interaktiivisuus. Koska toimeksiantona on interaktiivinen pohjakarttasovelluksen lopullinen versio kaikkineen mahdollisuuksineen, niin sovellusta tulee jatkokehittää vaatimusmäärittelyn mukaisilla ominaisuuksilla.Hiltunen, Inga 2011. The thesis was assigned by the Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences (KTUAS) Library and Information Services. The goal of the thesis is to create the requirement specification and a preliminary version of the demo without any real content, but with content examples such as photo and description text for the interactive floor map of the learning center in Kemi. The thesis is based on constructive research method. This method has been chosen because of the expected result of the thesis, namely the functional demo version of the application. In the constructive research section I discuss the solution’s life cycle. Following the discussion of the life cycle, I research case study problems. This stage is followed by building a model construction, which corresponds to the theoretical problem. I collected theoretical material from books and on the basis of the literature I will build a demo version which meets the product needs. During the planning stage, I deal with the application requirements specification as a whole. I used UML modeling language and free 30-Day Microsoft Visio 2003 trial program. Application development tools used were as follows: free 30-Day Trial Adobe Photoshop CS2 program, ActionScript 2.0 programming language, XML markup language, open source notepad + + program and free 30-Day Trial Adobe Flash 8 trial program. As a result of this thesis a preliminary version of the demo of the Flash application was created which was ordered by the KTUAS Library and Information Services. The demo version is equipped with two buttons and the interactivity of the application is based on the performances of the buttons. Since the goal of the original assignment by the KTUAS Library and Information Services is a completed version of interactive floor map with all options and functionalities, the application’s demo version must be further developed in compliance with the requirement specification.Työhön kuuluu .swf-päätteinen Flash-tiedosto

    Sammanfattning Titel: Företagsstorlek och ESG-betyg Nivå: Examensarbete på Grundnivå (kandidatexamen) i ämnet företagsekonomi  Författare: Anton Samuelsson och Inga Kemi Handledare: Jan Svanberg Datum: 2021 – Januari Syfte: ESG-betygen spelar en nyckelroll som den vanligaste proxyn för hållbarhetsprestation inom hållbar finansiering. Tidigare studier visar dock att företag har incitament att vara kreativa med hållbarhetsupplysningar, som ligger till grund för ESG-betygen. Incitamenten kan överföras till företagsstorlek då större företag möter en högre press från samhället att vara hållbart ansvarstagande. Om företagens storlek är positivt relaterad till ESG-betyget behöver det också åtföljas av motsvarande förändring i hållbarhetsprestation. Återspeglar inte ESG-betygen hållbarhetprestationen riskerar kapitalet att fördelas mot icke-hållbara företag. Syftet med denna studie är därför att förklara sambandet mellan företagsstorlek och ESG-betyg. Metod: Studien utgår från en positivistisk forskningsfilosofi med en deduktiv ansats. Studien har en kvantitativ strategi och en longitudinell design som genomförts med data på ett urval bestående av 5 658 publika företag vilka erhållit ESG-betyg mellan åren 2015-2019. Studien baseras på sekundär data inhämtad från databasen Thomson Reuters Eikon. Data har analyserats i statistikprogrammet SPSS. Resultat & slutsats: Studiens resultat påvisar att företagens storlek har ett positivt samband med ESG-betyget. Studiens resultat visar vidare att det positiva sambandet inte åtföljs av en ökad grad av hållbarhet. Således drar studien slutsatsen att ESG-betyget inte fungerar optimalt och är i behov av en snabb modifiering. Examensarbetets bidrag: Studiens resultat ger information till investerare som vill investera i hållbara företag. Eftersom ESG-betyget inte återspeglar hållbarhetsprestationen bör inte investerare förlita sig på ESG-betyget i investeringsbesluten. Studiens resultat ger också information till mätinstituten som tillhandahåller ESG-betyg. Då studien visar att det förekommer företagsstorlek-bias kan åtgärder göras för att få ESG-betyget att fungera mer korrekt. Studiens resultat ger vidare information till forskningen inom ESG-betygen. Detta genom att påvisa hur sambandet ser ut i verkligheten. Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Ett förslag till fortsatt forskning är att göra en liknande undersökning, men som innefattar fler mätinstitut som tillhandahåller ESG-betyg. I denna studie används miljödimensionen som proxy för datatillgänglighet och hållbarhet. Ett förslag till fortsatt forskning är att undersöka om detta också är applicerbart inom dimensionerna samhälle och företagsstyrning. Previous research, on the other hand, shows that companies have incentives to be creative with sustainability information, which ESG ratings are largely based on. These incentives can be applied to company size. Larger companies face a higher pressure from society to be sustainably responsible. If the size of the companies is positively related to the ESG rating, it also needs to be accompanied by corresponding change in sustainability performance. If the ESG rating does not reflect sustainability performance, capital risks being allocated to non-sustainable companies. The purpose of this study is therefore to explain the relationship between company size and ESG ratings. Method: The study assumes a positivistic research philosophy with a deductive approach. The study uses a quantitative strategy and a longitudinal design implemented with data of a sample consisting 5 658 unique companies that have received ESG ratings, in the years 2015-2019. The study uses secondary data collected from the database Thomson Reuters Eikon. The data have been analyzed in the statistical software package called SPSS.  Result & Conclusions: The results indicate that company size has a positive relationship with the ESG rating. The results indicate that the positive relationship does not attend on a higher level of sustainability. Thus, the study concludes that ESG rating does not function optimally and is in need of a quick modification Contribution of the thesis: The result provides information for investors interested in investing in sustainable companies. Since the ESG rating does not reflect the sustainability performance, investors should not rely on the ESG-rating in the investment decision. The result also provides information to the rating agencies which provide the ESG-ranking. As the study indicates that there exists a company size bias, actions can be taken to correct the ESG-ranking. The result of this study also provides information to the research field of ESG ratings. Suggestions for future research: A suggestion for further studies is to conduct a similar research but include other rating agencies of ESG ratings. A suggestion for further studies is to investigate if this also is applicable in the social and governance dimensions. The aim of research work: To determine the relations of psychoemotional condition of the 6 to 13 year old children who have bruxism with their head position, mandibular range of motion and the deep neck fexor endurance. Tasks of work: 1. To determine the psychoemotional condition of the 6-13 year old children with bruxism by using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire. 2. To determine and compare with normative data scores the head position, mandibular range of motion and the deep neck fexor endurance of the 6 to 13 year old children with bruxism. 3. To determine the correlative relations of the 6 to 13 year old children who have bruxism with their head position, mandibular range of motion and the deep neck fexor endurance. Materials and methods: there were 27 children with bruxism participating in the research, 16 boys and 11 girls, whose ages were 6 to 13 years old. The age of the children has been chosen in accordance with the mixed type teeth condition, the children of such age have either permanent or temporary teeth. The research has been conducted in dental clinic “Skraidenta” from 07/11/2016 to 10/04/2017. There has been a Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) used in the research, as well as the application of photographic measurements of head posture, measurements of mandibular range of motion and the test of the deep neck flexor. The data analysis has been carried out by using the analytic SPSS Wind. 17.0 and Excel 2007 progr. Results: upon the evaluation of the psychoemotional problems of the 6 to 13 year old children with bruxism by the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, it has been determined the average or large deviation from the norms in all scales of the questionnaire. Especially large, even 66,67 percent, deviation has been determined in the scale of “emotional problems”. Positive correlation between age and scales of “emotional” and “peer relationship” problems of Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire was found: upon the increase of the age, there is an increasing number of emotional problems and problems with the peers (p<0,05). The head position and mandibular range of motion among the children with bruxism statistically significantly has not differed from the norms. The deep neck flexor endurance has been determined on average by 15,07s, this is almost less by half than the norm (p<0,05). There has been a negative correlation detected between the scale of the “emotional problems” of the SDQ and the head position: upon the increase of the emotional problems, the angle of the head position kept decreasing. The positive correlative relation (p<0,05) between psycholemotional problems and deep neck flexor endurance of the 6 to 13 year old children with bruxism, has been detected only in the scale of “hyperactivity” of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire: upon the increase of the “hyperactivity”, there also increases the deep neck flexor endurance. Conclusions: 44,43 percent of 6 to 13 year old children with bruxism, experience psychoemotional problems. Deep neck flexor endurance between the 6 to 13 year old children with bruxism was lower by half than the norm. There have been negative correlation found between the scale of “emotional problems” of the SDQ and the head position and positive correlation between the scale of “hyperactivity” and the deep neck flexor endurance

Pētījuma mērķis: Izzināt kustību rotaļu izmantošanas iespējas saskarsmes prasmju attīstībā 4-5 gadus veciem bērniem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek iztirzātas un izmantotas latviešu autoru, tādu kā-S.Laizānes, I.Stangaines, I.Lieģinieces un citu autoru atziņas par bērnu fiziskajā un psiholoģiskajā attīsības nozīmīgiem procesiem, kā saskarsmi un kustību rotaļām. Darbā tiek iztirzītas kvalifikācijas darba autores atziņas par bērna attīstību, sistemātiskumu, kā arō uzskati par rotaļu un kustību rotaļu nozīmi saskarsmes prasmu veidošanā. Empīriskajā daļa tiek izmantota pētījums, kas balstās uz novērojuma datiem un analīzi, kas raksturo sakarības starp vidējā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmēm un kā tās var pilnveidot ar kustību rotaļas palīdzību. Praktiskajā daļā tiek izmantotas vairākas empīriskās pētīšanas metodes, tādas kā pārrunas arī bērniem, novērojumi, analīze un anketēšana. Kvalifikācijas darbā aplūkotas dažādu autoru- psihologu un pedagogu atziņas un viedokļus par saskarsmi un tās nozīmi, uzsverot saskarsmes nozīmi cilvēku ikdienā, lai cilvēks attīstītos un pilnveidotu sevi gan fiziski, gan garīgi. Apkopotas atziņas par kustību rotaļām tās veidiem un nozīmi saskarsmes prasmju veidošanā. Pētījumā ir iekļauta PII grupa ar 28 bērniem (14 zēni un 15 meitenes ), izmantotas darba autores Ingas Zvirbules izvēlētas rotaļas, kuras pēc viņas domām sekmē un pilnveido bērnu saskarsmes prasmes. Pētījuma beigās var secināt, ka kustību rotaļās attīstās un pilnveidojas saskarsmes prasmes bērniem. The empirical section observed and compared child-to-child exposure skills in mid-childhood children through motion play. In the practical part, the author uses different methods: observation, negotiation with children, anketting and analysis. The work includes a variety of learning from a psychologist and an educator about communication and its importance as an integral part of life, so that a person develops and develops himself, both physically and mentally, as well as learning about movement games, its ways and its role in the development of communication skills. At the very end of the study, it can be concluded that communication skills are developing and improving in the game of movement. The key words: INTERFACE, SKILL, PLAY, PRESCHOOL.
