    Social Construction of Rokat Tradition Sociological Perspective : Study on the Implementation of Rokat Praoh in the Muslim Community of Kilensari Village Panarukan Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency, East Java

    This research is included in field research with a qualitative approach. This research focuses on the Social Construction of the Rokat Tradition from a Sociological Perspective and the social impact of social construction in the implementation of the Rokat tradition; The Sociological Perspective of Rokat Tradition in this study is focused on the implementation of Paraoh rokat; The theories used as the basis and scalpel of analysis in this study are (1) the main theory (Grand theory) in this study is the theory of Social Construction (social construction of reality) Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann; (2) Supporting Theory in this research is Tradition Theory; Value Theory; Theory of Religion and Religious System; Social Interaction Theory; and Cultural Theory. In the research process, which is used as a subject in the research focused on the community involved in the Implementation of the Rokat Paraoh Tradition in Kilensari Village, Penarukan District, Situbondo Regency, East Java. The findings in this study can be broadly interpreted in the construction of meaning which reads: "Rokat praoh (Language of Madura) is an entity born from the construction process of society and or individuals that contains social values ??(social values) both religious values ??and religious values. and belief (religious value's), cultural values ??(culture value's) and other social values ??that are believed, trusted, and legitimized have the role of values ??that are interrelated and in the end give birth to actions in the form of rituals which are sacred as identity. new coastal Muslim community in its social context. The theoretical and practical implications in this study are in line with Berger and Luckmann's theory of social construction. The theoretical and practical implications in this study offer a model which is hereinafter called the “Amsiono Local Tradition Values ??Inter Relation Model”. This model is influenced by Beger and Luckmann's theory of social construction and other theories, namely (1) Talcott Parsons' Structural Functional Theory; (2) George Herbert Mead's Theory of Symbolic Interactionism; and (3) James S. Coleman's Rational Choice Theory

    The background of this study is the harmonious conditions in a religious moderation village. This study took place in Sidodadi Village, Gedangan District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. In the village there is a village filled with values ??of tolerance and harmony of life between religious communities. Today's challenge is the lack of tolerance in social interaction above differences. An inclusive society is the dream of various regions because diversity is identical to conflict. The formulation of the research includes: a) How is harmony in interfaith relations developed in Sidodadi Villages, Gedangan District, Malang Regency? b) How to interpret social capital in real acts of interfaith interaction in Sidodadi Villages, Gedangan District, Malang Regency? This study aims to describe phenomenologically the process of harmonious social interaction in interfaith relations and to interpret the social capital involved in the Religious Moderation Village. This study describes phenomenologically and in depth related to the inclusive society in the religious moderation village. Meanwhile, the village and sub-district governments also provide support for various activities as well as the role of inter-religious communication forums. The main theory used is phenomenology theory. Meanwhile, supporting theories are social interaction theory, social capital theory, sociology of religion theory and social barrier theory. Where all theories are used to analyze the meaning of inclusive society in religiously moderate villages. The research method uses qualitative descriptive phenomenology. The focus of this study is on first social interaction which emphasizes the role of community initiatives and their challenges and strategies. Second, it relates to the meaning of social capital in interactions that are studied from the dimensions of perception and utilization and the elements in them. The research method is qualitative descriptive by operating the problem through a phenomenological study of inclusive society in religiously moderate villages involving four informants, namely FKAUB, sub-district government, village government, and local communities. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews and FGD. Data analysis techniques use People's phenomenology analysis with stages of documentation, observation, understanding units of meaning, creating narratives, thematic identification, and interpreting all elements. The results of the study can be explained, among others, a) Community initiatives and inclusive decision-making, supported by interfaith and forums, facilitate positive social exchanges, reduce religious barriers, and strengthen leadership social cohesion through joint activities, education, and economic empowerment, which encourage long-term inclusiveness and harmonious interfaith relations. b) Effective utilization of social capital is carried out through trust, reciprocity, shared values,and strong social networks to overcome social barriers, encourage interfaith cooperation, and maintain an inclusive society. Inclusive participation, collective action, and leadership further strengthen social cohesion, while solidarity and pride in diversity ward off religious divisions, creating a resilient and harmonious society. This study has theoretical implications in the form of presenting a diversity of data and backgrounds that form inclusivity, social capital is positioned as a value to underlie interfaith communication and also as a basis for operating diversity to form inclusivity. Practical implications include, social interaction is able to bridge conflicts and differences that occur in religious moderation villages. In practice, this can see the social cohesion created and encourage inclusivity in the long term. Recommendations are given to local governments, communities, cross-diverse communication forums and other researchers

    The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of the DPRK's supervisory policy on the realization of the BLT program in Lhoong sub-district, Aceh Besar district and to analyze and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the DPRK's supervisory role on the realization of the BLT program in Lhoong sub-district, Aceh Besar district. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using an interactive analysis process model. The results of this research indicate that the process of implementing DPRK supervision of the realization of the BLT program in Lhong District, Aceh Besar Regency prioritizes local wisdom so that the process can run well. However, regarding the supervision procedures of the Aceh Besar DPRK, it seems that this is still not the case because the mechanism is tentative and preventive because it is only carried out during initial planning and is not accompanied by a standard schedule

    Indonesia is projected to become a center for the development of the halal industry. One of the halal industry sectors that has great potential to be developed is the halal tourism sector with its supporting sector in the form of sharia hotels. This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of sharia hotel development in Indonesia which is reviewed with an Islamic economic approach and sharia maqashid. Qualitative research method with descriptive approach is used in this research by using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development of sharia hotels in Indonesia is in accordance with maqashid sharia, namely not only paying attention to material aspects but also immaterial aspects. Sharia hotels have standards that must be met in the maqashid sharia framework, namely by paying attention to product aspects, service aspects, and management aspects

    The Ie Jeulanga Gampong-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) in this case as the party that manages the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) production business and the Jeulanga Mata Ie Gampong Government as the capital owner certainly requires in-depth research regarding the governance of the feasibility of the business or business being run so that the AMDK business development process can run effectively and can be useful for the development of the village economy. However, the implementation of BUMG is not without obstacles, there are still several problems in its implementation. Apart from that, the lack of capacity or ability of BUMG managers means that BUMG Ie Jeulanga's institutional system is not running optimally and is dependent on government assistance so there is no spirit of independence. The research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of BUMG Ie Jeulanga governance policies based on Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2020 and to determine the factors that support and hinder the governance of BUMG Ie Jeulanga. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research was carried out to find information on the impact of empowerment strategies, obstacles and solutions for BUMG Ie Jeulanga in improving the economy of the village community in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. This model system regarding BUMG governance includes work plans, management aspects, business capital, human resources, and supporting and inhibiting factors for BUMG Jeulanga Mata Ie. In this research, BUMG policy implementation uses policy implementation formulated by Van Meter and Van Horn. Based on the results of data analysis, field findings, propositions and linked to theoretical studies, it can be concluded that BUMG Ie Jeulanga has significant potential for growth and development, but also faces challenges such as administrative management that has not been managed well, existing financial resources are still inadequate. fulfill the implementation of the BUMG program and so far, the human resource potential of BUMG managers is still very lacking, likely, the level of education and expertise of the staff is not in line with the job description of the AMDK production business because the majority of the residents of Gampong Jeulanga Mata Ie make their living as farmers/planters and casual daily laborers and with the establishment of the AMDK business unit by BUMG Ie Jeulanga, it is hoped that there will be employment absorption, because the level of production capacity is still limited, on average marketing is still carried out in the sub-district area

    Seeing the current condition of Kutai National Park, it is necessary to evaluate the proposed special zone activities associated with ethnic typologies and perceptions of people who inhabit this area, the biophysical potential of the area related to the form of land management in this area. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of a proposed special zone in the Kutai National Park based on land use patterns which are divided into three lanes namely green lane, interaction lane and cultivation lane associated with their potential, social, economic, and ecological uses. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with informants from the local government, customary leaders, Kutai National Park managers, and local communities. The results of this study indicate that the social and economic life of people is influenced by habits/behavior based on these tribes in managing nature and treating nature, they apply their respective local wisdom to be able to preserve nature and make their lives prosperous. The community wants the status of a Kutai National Parkland enclave, not a zoning system either a special zone let alone a relocation. The community needs protection, certainty, and the right to be fostered economically by the government because the status of the National Park attached to the land they inhabit at this time gives a sense of worry that later they will be expelled.     This research is motivated by the still holding of the Ngaruat Lembur tradition in the Parigi Hamlet, Belendung Village in the midst of the times that have undergone many changes caused by advances in science and technology. This study aims to describe and analyze the process of organizing the Ngaruat Lembur tradition for the people of Parigi Hamlet, Belendung Village. In addition, it aims to describe and analyze the values ??contained in the tradition. This study uses an ethnographic type of research, which is a qualitative design whose research describes and interprets the same pattern of values, behavior, beliefs, and language of a group of the same culture. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data obtained will be reviewed with Cultural Theory and other relevant theories. Based on the discussion of the research results, it is concluded: (1) The process of organizing the Ngaruat Lembur tradition for the people of Parigi Hamlet, Belendung Village includes the "initial process" which is prepared by supporters voluntarily and with high enthusiasm through committee formation activities, fundraising, making various foods, and cleaning. village environment; The “peak process” is carried out by the supporters with solemnity and high enthusiasm through numbal activities, the Dewi Sri procession, the celebration of nyandak tumpeng, wayang golek performances, and ruatan; and the “final process” which was completed by the supporters with high responsibility and sincere devotion through cleaning up the hamlet environment and disbanding the committee. (2) The values ??contained in the tradition include "religious magical values" which are seen in numbal activities, the Dewi Sri procession, the celebration of nyandak tumpeng, and ruatan as a means of expressing gratitude for the produce of the earth, respect for the ancestors, and refuse reinforcements; “togetherness values” as seen in the activities of forming the committee, raising funds, making various foods, cleaning the hamlet environment, and disbanding the committee as a means of strengthening brotherhood ties; and the “material values” that appear in the wayang golek performances as a means of entertainment, populist economy, and practical politics

    The policy based on Bengkulu governor regulations number 52 of 2017 about the change of the Bengkulu governor regulations number 52 of 2017 about Provision of additional income for civil servants in Bengkulu Provincial Government shows that Bengkulu Provincial Government has attention and seriousness on issues of existence and well -being of civil servants in Bengkulu Province. In order to overcome the various problems that occur in government apparatus requiring comprehensive and ongoing handling, one of them is the provision of additional income with various forms and formulations. The problem of this research is how the implementation of Bengkulu governor regulations number 21 of 2018 about the change of Bengkulu governor regulations number 52 of 2017 about the provision of additional income for a civil servant in Bengkulu Provincial Government and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the governor regulation. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The informant in the research includes several informants involved in the policymaking, implementer, or actor policy from various regional employee organizations. The technique of data collection uses direct observation, detailed interview, interactive approach,, documentation study and focus group discussion (FGD). The data are analyzed by using several steps according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana's theory, in analyzing data, there are 3 steps that must be taken: data condensation, data display, drawing conclusion and verification. Data condensation refers to the process of selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting and transforming data. The data verification in this research uses triangulation techniques such as check, re-check and cross-check to the data obtained from the theory, methodology, and the researcher's perception. The result of the research shows that communication is done by involving several parties, in the beginning of communication done by Bengkulu governor with all regional employee organizations to synchronize the understanding dealing with the importance of providing additional employee income for civil servants. Resources; resources on the implementation of governor regulations about additional employee income are provided adequately, source of financial funds/funding that is provided large enough. Material resource/infrastructure is used to implement the provided policy adequately such as fingerprint, application software for additional employee income, and gadgets or mobile phones that is possible to use application or additional employee income programs. In the implementation of Bengkulu provincial government regulations for state civil servants in the Bengkulu government environment, characteristics, attitudes, and character of the executors showing honest, discipline, and responsible. On the other hand, there is a problem with the spirit of doing the job, especially in the performance report. There is a change that is going on as a whole on the life of the civil servant government apparatus in the whole Bengkulu Provincial Government, in quite a large number, about 7000 employees

    Career development for TNI AD officers as we all know is different from career development carried out by other agencies and organizations. The career development of officers in the Kodam V/Brawijaya organization must be carried out in a planned and continuous manner so that optimal results will be obtained in increasing the professionalism of Kodam V/Brawijaya soldiers which are demands that must be answered to face the challenges of future tasks that are increasingly complex according to the increasingly advanced times and modern. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the career development for TNI-AD officers at Kodam V/Brawijaya in 2019 based on KEP. KASAD No. 483 of 2014 concerning Career Development for TNI AD Officers and describing and analyzing the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Career Development for TNI-AD Officers at Kodam V/Brawijaya in 2019 based on KEP. KASAD No. 483 of 2014 concerning Career Development for TNI AD Officers. To reveal this reality, a qualitative research method is used where the data obtained is processed by organizing and sorting data into patterns or categories and basic unit descriptions so that they can be read and interpreted. Based on the facts and phenomena obtained in the field, the following research results are obtained: First, career development for officers in the form of dismissal and appointment of positions and transfer of positions of officers is carried out by taking into account the periodization, family of positions and parameters of officers' positions in accordance with the norms and process of lawyers. Second, the implementation of the promotion of officers as a form of career coaching consists of promotion of awards and regular promotions, the implementation of which starts with proposals, the implementation of promotion sessions according to the structure then the results are compiled for updating. Third, the selection of education for officers as part of career development is divided into various categories and stages with the aim of increasing the ability of officers to anticipate changes in the national environment. The factors that influence the career development of TNI AD officers consist of Internal Factors in training soldiers in the form of welfare, morale, mental, discipline and skills of soldiers and Internal Factors in training soldiers in the form of welfare, morale, mental, discipline and skills of soldiers in personnel development. at Kodam V/Brawijaya. Career development for officers must be supported by welfare in order to support high morale and mentality as well as discipline and skills for officers to carry out their duties and challenges ahead. The Policy Mechanism for the career development of this officer begins with dismissal and appointment in a position and transfer of position, rank and selection of education will not run optimally if it is not supported by adequate funding sources.  The major proposition in this research is the implementation of career development for TNI AD officers with a focus on the policies of dismissal, appointment in position, transfer of positions, ranks and selection of education aimed at the successful implementation of TNI AD tasks
