    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pendidikan dalam peningkatan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja aparat Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang didasarkan pada data alamiah berupa kata-kata dalam mendeskripsikan objek yang diteliti. Dalam pengumpulan datanya, peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengevaluasian fungsi manajemen pendidikan dalam peningkatan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja aparat Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui dua sumber data, yakni informan dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan triangulasi dan member ceck. Data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan Konsep Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Penerapan fungsi perencanaan manajemen pendidikan dalam peningkatan pembangunan Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone telah dilakukan dengan baik. 2) Penerapan fungsi pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan dalam peningkatan pembangunan Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone belum terlaksana dengan baik dan maksimal, 3) Penerapan fungsi pengevaluasian manajemen pendidikan dalam peningkatan pembangunan Kelurahan Macanang Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone tidak rutin dilaksanakan oleh Lurah sehingga tidak mengetahui sejauhmana keberhasilan atau kegagalan pelaksanaan pembangunan di kelurahan, dan 4) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja aparat Kelurahan Macanang adalah faktor sumber daya manusia yang tidak profesional dalam melaksanakan tugas dan sarana dan prasarana kantor yang tidak memadai sehingga menghambat prosedur pelayanan di Kelurahan Macanang. The study aimed at examining the implementation of education management functions in improving the development conducted by the head of Macanang village and discovering the factors which influence the performance of staff at Macanang village in West Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. The study was a descriptive qualitative research which based on natural data in terms of words in describing the object of the study. In collecting the data, the researcher was the instrument of study who collected the data of the planning, the implementation, and the evaluation of education management functions in improving the development which conducted by the head of Macanang village in West Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district as well as the factor which influence the performance of staff at Macanang village in West Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. The data obtained through two kinds of data sources, namely the informants and document. Data were collected by employing interview, observation, and documentation. Triangulation and member check were conducted to validate the data of the study. The data then were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s concept. The results of study revealed that (1) implementation of the planning function of education management in improving the development conducted by the head of Macanang village of West Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district was conducted well, (2) implementation of the application function of education management in improving the development conducted by the head of Macanang village in West Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district was not conducted well and maximal yet, (3) the evaluation function of education management in improving the development in Macanang village of west Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district was not conducted regularly by the Lurah (the head of the village) which made it difficult to examine the extent of the success and failure of the implementation of the development in the village, and (4) the factors which influence the performance of the staff in Macanang village were unprofessional human resources in conducting their tasks and the facility and infrastructure of the office were inadequate which inhibited the service procedure in Macanang village

    From the results of observation on the research object, namely Employees of KPH Lariang at Department of Forestry of North Mamuju, there is a phenomenon that shows low motivation of employees which its indication has an impact on the implementation of their optimal duties and functions which are not optimal, therefore the purpose of this research is to analyze the motivation in improving performance of civil servant of Lariang Protected Forest Management Unit at Department of Forestry of North Mamuju. This study is a qualitative research with five informants who were determined by using purposive technique. Callecting and gathering data were done by applying triangulation technique using observation, interviews, and documentation instruments. The result shows that the motivation of civil servant of Lariang Protected Forest Management Unit at Department of Forestry of North Mamuju in carrying out the duties and functions is still not executed well based on the analysis using Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy Theory, which includes: Physiological Needs consisting of a number of inadequate salaries, procurement of uniforms that inadequate and the provision of holiday allowance which is not sufficient; Safety and Security Needs work consisting of facilities and infrastructure which are inadequate and not conducive to use; The award needs consisting of the absence of awards given for outstanding employees, and training and career opportunities for employee are still insufficient; Self-actualization needs consisting of the opportunity to participate in education and training have not been met. While the Social Needs consisting of the relationship between leader and the employees and the relationship among the employees have been intertwined harmoniously, thus this indicator gives the smallest impact on the motivation level of KPH Lariang’s employees because theoretically this requirement has been met

This research was conducted to understand how a well-planned airport management development aligns with existing standards. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport

    En el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021). Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021). Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives. She is a former pop-music columnist for the SF Weekly and the East Bay Express, and also contributed to the anthologies Young Wives\u27 Tales, Secrets and Confidences: The Complicated Truth About Women\u27s Friendships (both from Seal Press), and Howl: A Collection of the Best Contemporary Dog Wit(Crown). She is the coeditor of BitchFest: 10 Years of Cultural Criticism from the Pages of Bitch Magazine, and the author of Feminism and Pop Culture (Seal Press). Her new book on pop culture and the commercial co-optation of feminism, We Were Feminists Once, will be out in May 2016 from PublicAffairs. She speaks frequently on the subject of feminism and the media at various colleges and universities.
