No full textRealita menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah mengikuti pendidikan kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, perkembangan karakteristik wirausaha, sikap kewirausahaan dan niat mahasiswa mendirikan usaha baru dimasa mendatang perlu dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap karakteristik wirausaha dan intensi kewirausahaan, serta dampak karakteristik wirausaha terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis peran karakteristik wirausaha sebagai mediator pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan sebagai mediator pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, dan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai mediator pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester satu sampai dengan semeste akhir yang sudah mendapat pendidikan kewirausahaan di Politeknik Negeri Malang dan Universitas Brawijaya Malang, dan pemilihan elemen sampel menggunakan judgment sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan data yang diolah sejumlah 206. Kemudian, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis path Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Selain itu, karakteristik wirausaha sebagai full mediation pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan dan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai partial mediation pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Untuk meningkatkan intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, maka materi pendidikan kewirausahaan harus menekankan pada pendekatan praktek dan materi Achievement Motivation Training harus difokuskan pada pendidikan sikap mental

No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of Entrepreneurship Education, Internal Locus of Control, the Necessity of Achievement, Creativity, Gender and Family Against intention Entrepreneurship. Samples are accounting majors followed the entrepreneurship education by 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis is linear regression with significant test F and t. No full textQuestioning the topic of métissage within the French interwar context, the author of the essay aims to investigate the career of the dancer Djemil Anik (1888-1980) – of French-Malay origins and an expert in Javanese female court dances – starting from her first debut at the Théàtre des Arts in Paris until the full affirmation of her pedagogical activity. Starting from the historical-critical analysis of the first solos, the paper depicts the strategies she implemented to address the cultural mutations linked to the sharpening of contemporary ethnographic consciousness, which include trips to Java for field research and a theoretical and pedagogical approach that aims at hybrid education.Interrogant la question du métissage dans le contexte français de l'entre-deux-guerres, l'auteur de l'essai souhaite enquêter sur le parcours de la danseuse Djemil Anik (1888-1980) – d'origine franco-malaise et experte en danses de cour féminines javanaises – à partir de ses débuts au Théâtre des Arts de Paris jusqu'à l’affirmation complète de son activité pédagogique. No full textIn the midst of the flourishing of the sharia insurance industry, there are also many lawsuits for default. This study will analyze the application of the legal terms of the agreement based on the KUHPer and the application of sharia insurance contracts in the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia by taking the case study of Anik against PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia. As for analyzing the case, a descriptive explanation is used which aims to construct the extent to which the sharia insurance agreement applies the legal requirements of the sharia insurance agreement and contract. Thus, the author recommends strengthening supervision which is analyzed using the juridical-normative method.Di tengah suburnya industri asuransi syariah, ramai pula ditemukan gugatan wanprestasi. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis penerapan syarat sah perjanjian berdasarkan KUHPer serta penerapan akad asuransi syariah dalam industri asuransi syariah di Indonesia dengan mengambil studi kasus Anik melawan PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia. Adapun dalam menganalisis perkara digunakan penjelasan secara deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengonstruksikan sejauh mana perjanjian asuransi syariah menerapkan syarat sah perjanjian dan akad asuransi syariah. No full textThis study aims to analyze investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value. The method used is multiple linear regression using 35 samples of the food and beverage industry. This study finds that investment decisions and funding decisions was able to increase firm value, but dividend policy showed the opposite result. Investment decisions as well as funding decisions can become the basis for determining strategies to increase value to the company by keeping its value increasing.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan 35 sampel industri food and beverage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, namun kebijakan deviden menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Keputusan investasi serta keputusan pendanaan mampu menjadi landasan menetapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai pada perusahaan dengan cara menjaga nilainya agar tetap meningkat

No full textThe goal of this research was to analyze the effect of capital intensity ratio, leverage ratio, and market share on profitability both partially and simultaneously. The objects were textile and garment companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period 2014-2018. Descriptive statistic and multiple linear regressions were used for data analysis. The result indicates that market share has positive and significant effect on profitability, while capital intensity ratio and leverage ratio has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously capital intensity ratio, leverage ratio, and market share, has significant effect on profitability.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio intensitas modal rasio leverage, dan pangsa pasar terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan secara parsial dan secara simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pangsa pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan rasio intensitas modal dan rasio leverage tidak berpengaruh pada profitabilitas. Selanjutnya secara simultan rasio intensitas modal, rasio leverage, dan pangsa pasar berpengaruh signifikan pada profitabilitas

This research was a qualitative study to describe the business flow of incoming and outgoing items by looking at the accounting information system design. The object of this research was Tirta Pharmacy located in Jember Regency, East Java. The type of data in this study was primary data in the form of observations and interviews with pharmacists in Tirta pharmacy. Data analysis was carried out in this study in order to analyze obstacles and problems regarding financial reports, the functions of the data obtained, and procedures related to the design of accounting information systems with the aim of implementing a good financial statement accounting information system and can improve efficiency and stabilization of operational activities, especially in the drug supply division at Tirta Pharmacy.. The results of this study propose systems and procedures for cash receipts and disbursements, as well as suggestions for using information technology in carrying out company operational activities
