釉癭蜂科之-新屬- Agaoaspis
The new genus Aganaspis is erected for the reception of Trybliographa daci Weld, 1951 and its relatives. A. contracta, A. ocellata and A. major from Taiwan are described as new; a synoptic key and a number of SEM illustrations for the four species are presented along with the redescription/descriptions.
本文創立genus Aganaspis nov.新屬,依據形態特徵可歸於Ganaspis-group 屬群。包括A . daci (Weld) comb. nov.寄生於東方果蠅,從馬來亞引入夏威夷,及臺灣發現之窄釉癭蜂A. contracta,單眼釉蜂A. ocellota,巨釉癭蜂A. major spp. nov. 等4種。經詳加記載及重新記載,各主要分類特徵以掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察照相,並附該屬分種檢索表
臺灣Nnthoserphus屬細蜂之分類 (膜翅目:細蜂科)
Of the eight Taiwanese species of the genus Nothoserphus Brues enumerated in this paper, N. partitus, N. townesi, N. fuscipes and N. ad,nirab ills are new to science whereas V. aequalis Townes and N. epllachnae (Pschorn-Walcher) are new additions to the fauna of Taiwan.
Nnthoserphus屬係隸於細蜂科(Serphidae),臺灣產者有:分溝細蜂N. partitus湯斯細蜂N. townesi褐足細蜂N. fuscipes及圓突細蜂N. admirabilis spp. nov.等4新種:光溝細蜂N. aepualis, Townes瓢蟲細蜂N. epilachnae (Pachorn-Walcher) 2種為臺灣新記錄及已有記錄之淺溝細蜂N. debilis Townes 及雙突細蜂N. mirabilis Brues 共8種。本文詳細記述屬、種群、種之分類特徵及檢索表。各主要特徵並以掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)照相供參考
窄腹細蜂Ropronia 屬之分類
Four Ropronia species, including two new ones insularis and maai are hereby recorded from Taiwan and Fukien, Southeastern China. In addition to the records, descriptions and illustrations of the those four, a checklist of and a synoptic key to the 12 species of the entire genus are provided in this paper.

This paper is based upon the examination of about 7,000 slide specimens of trichogrammatids which were mostly collected by sweep net in Taiwan. It consist of 22 genera. Of these, only Paracentrobia Hwd., Trichogrammatoidea Grlt., Trichogramma West. and Oligosita Wlk. have been previously known to this island, whereas Ufens Grlt., Poropoea Frst., Ophioneurus Rtbg., Lathromeroidea Grlt., Lathromeris Frst., Hispidophila Vigg., Haeckeliania Grit., Chaetostricha Wlk., Uscana Grit., Latheromeromyia Grlt., Giraultiola Nwk., Probrachista Vigg., Aphelinoidea Grit., Epoligosita Grit, and Megaphragma Tblk. are hereby recorded for the first time, and Prochaetostricha monticola and Eutrichogramma elongatum, genn. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segment 1 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except basal region of metacoxa darkened. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:7:10:9.5:10:9.5:9:9:8.5:14. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 8; OPL = 4; TL = 4. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7–0.8 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (5.5:13). Paramere (Plate 56E) with subdistal and medial inner band. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
