    由於環境所限,無法收集馬廄材料栽培洋務,因而以人工方法調配,其主要材料來源為稻稈,植之經年,堪可媲美馬糞材料,但仍待改進之處尚多。洋務減產,堆肥調製未能臻善也為主要因素之一,是以堆肥製作良否,不但影響洋務產量而且尚能引起各種病蟲害的發生,故堆肥實為種植洋務最基本且重要的一項因子。實驗的目的是在尋求富於營養之洋菇栽培材料及分離優良品系之纖維素分解菌類,藉以促進堆肥材料之醱酵分解,求得適宜之代謝產物,提高堆肥養分並求節省堆製時間。本次實驗是在堆肥調製期中,分期採取含有織維素分解菌類之堆肥,携至室內,鏡檢,分離培養,再行純化,定性,而後反接種於纖維質類上鑑定其分解能力以及對洋菇菌絲發育上的比較測定,期以對於人工調製堆肥有所助益。 Proprietary composts or materials without horse manure have been available for many years. Several other synthetic composts are in fairly widespread use in some areas, these generally make use of materials not easily obtainable on Taiwan, The development of the short-composting process war carried out. It is most important to get rapid fermentation. This is done by having a stack with a loosely packed core which ensures aerobic compost. Meanwhile we put the isolated cellulolytic bacteria on the bed as an “activator”. These efforts have been so successful that it is now possible to prepare a good compost within less than two weeks of composting in the stack.     The effect of three inorganic forms of nitrogen, namely nitrates, nitrites and ammonium salts, upon the growth of Agaricus bisorus was studied. No growth was observed when nitrates or nitrites were supplied as the sole source of nitro-gen in a synthetic solution. The fungus utilized ammonium nitrogen within a limited concentration. Dry weight of mycelial mats of Agaricus bisporus decreased when the concentration of ammonium nitrogen increased beyond 1000 mg/l. 1. 本文詳述三種無機態氮素對洋菇生長之情形。 2. 硝酸態及亞硝酸態的氮不能供洋菇生長。 3. 銨鹽類的氮為洋菇之良好氮素源。 4. 銨鹽類的氮在800 mg/l之濃度時最適合洋菇之生長。 5. 銨鹽類的氮超過1000 mg/l時能減低洋菇之生長

    本試驗利用水泥及壓克力作成長270cm,寬65cm,高126cm之無菌箱,箱內以0.1~0.2%的Antiseptol solution作為隔菌液,以隔離箱外空氣與雜菌之侵入,該無菌箱一天可以接洋務菌種5000~6000瓶/毫/8小時,接種時,菌種瓶可以從隔菌液中自由出入完成接種手續,而不致將箱外之空氣與雜菌帶進無菌箱內,故可保持箱內相當的潔浮與良好的接種效果,同時該接種箱造價低廉,且工作人員可以不再受到一般無菌室悶熱之苦,亦為其優點之一。 A convenient inoculation chamber was developed for mushroom spawn producers. it occupies small space than conventional inoculating room does. Moreover the cost for the construction of the inoculation chamber is cheaper. Another advantage of this inoculation chamber is that the operator can work comfortably durins the operation process.     筆者等1953年至1967年引進洋菇品種計有21種之多,其中白色品種有17個品系,乳白色品種有2個品系,褐色品種亦有2個品系。所有各品種中以乳白色品種子實體最大,褐色品種次之,白色品種較小,但各品種間因受栽培環境因子之影響住往子實體大小之差異很大。菌絲之生長速度則以褐色品種最快,乳白色品種次之,白色品種稍慢,而白色品種中則以303號品系最快。子實體之產量平均以褐色品種較高,惟各品種最高產量均可達到30kg/坪左右,同一品種因栽培場所或年度不同其間產量差異極大。 各品種加工談開罐之色澤均可合乎外銷規格,香味方面褐色品種202及白色品種208,M2,S.W-34等品種較佳。 Some physiological and morphological characters of varieties or strains of the introduced foreign cultivated mushroom were observed, of twenty one strains introduced, seventeen strains belong to variety whose color are white, two are cream, and two are brown. Size of fruiting body varied with each other, Cream variety was the biggest, Brown variety was the next. The rate of the growth of mycelium also varied among the strrins, Brown variety faster than the other two, and followed by the cream variety. Brown variety produced the highest yield of the fruiting body among three. The biggest yield of the strain of each variety was about 3Okg/6x6ft. The quality of each strain for canned mushroom industry was also discussed

    A comparism of the utilization of nitrogen sources from ammonium sulfate and urea by Agaricus bisporus was investigated. Better response in yield of the fungus from urea nitrogen was observed. The pH of the culture solution was also noted. An increase of pH of the culture solution was obtained when the urea served as nitrogen source.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
