A new approach to the temporal significance of house orientations in European Early Neolithic settlements
The files provide supplementary information for the paper "A new approach to the temporal significance of house orientations in European Early Neolithic settlements" published in PLOS ONE.
First it provides magnetic plans of sites unpublished before. For the sites Horný Ohaj, parts of Čifare, Nevidzany, parts of Úľany nad Zitavou and Vlkas, a handcart with 6 Foerster fluxgate gradiometers in a 0.5 m spacing was used. Each of these magnetometers consists of two sensors which are vertically positioned in a distance of 0.65 m and the difference in their signals is measured. For Maňa, Telince and parts of Úľany nad Zitavou, a handcart with 9 SENSYS-Foerster fluxgate gradiometers, also spaced 0.5 m apart was employed. Finally, the site Vráble 'Drakovo' was measured with a 16-channel system (SENSYS MAGNETO®-MX ARCH). In all three cases, the setup was accompanied with a DGPS and a monitoring laptop.
Second,it contains a PostgreSQL-dump (vers. 9.3.25) as txt-file with the relevant tables and views to reproduce the computation of house orientations. For further reference, the main tables (polygons_mf, polygons_nms, polygons_wm) also exist in a version as plaintext WKT (polygons_mf_as_text, polygons_nms_as_text, polygons_wm_as_text).

Measurement of elastic J / psi photoproduction at HERA
The reaction a p --> J/psi p has been studied in epsilon p interactions using the ZEUS detector at HERA. The cross section for elastic J/psi photoproduction has been measured as a function of the photon-proton centre of mass energy W in the range 40 J/psi p), is observed to rise steeply with W. A fit to the data presented in this paper to determine the parameter delta in the form sigma(ap-->J/psi p) proportional to W-delta yields the value delta=0.92+/-0.14+/-0.10. The differential cross section d sigma/d\t\ is presented over the range \t\ < 1.0 GEV(2) where t is the square of the four-momentum exchanged at the proton vertex. d sigma/d\t\ falls exponentially with a slope parameter of 4.6+/-0.4(-0.6)(+0.4) GEV(-2). The measured decay angular distrubitions are consistent with 8-channel helicity conservation

Measurement of the cross-section for the reaction gamma p ---> J / psi p with the ZEUS detector at HERA
This paper reports the cross section measurements for the process ep --> e J/psi p for Q(2) < 4 GeV2 at root s = 296 GeV, based on an integrated luminosity of about 0.5 pb(-1), using the ZEUS detector. The J/psi was detected in its e(+)e(-) and mu(+)mu(-) decay modes. The photoproduction cross section was measured to be 52(-12)(+7) +/- 10 nb at an average gamma p centre of mass energy of 67 GeV and 71(-20)(+13) +/- 12 nb at 114 GeV. The significant rise of the cross section compared to lower energy measurements is not in agreement with VDM models, but can be described by QCD inspired models if a rise in the gluon momentum density at low x in the proton is assumed
