HALD, a human aging and longevity knowledge graph for precision gerontology and geroscience analyses
HALD is a text mining-based human aging and longevity dataset of the biomedical knowledge graph from all published literature related to human aging and longevity in PubMed. HALD includes seven sets of files in JSON and CSV formats: (1) The "Literature_Info.json" file containing the human aging and longevity-related literature information about PMID, title (TI), abstract (AB), journal impact factors (IF), five-year journal impact factors (IF5), author (AU), full author (FAU), affiliation (AD), publication type (PT), date of publication (DP), place of publication (PL), journal title (JT), journal title abbreviation (TA), and source(SO). (2) The "Entity_Info.json" file containing the information of the entities appearing in the literature about entity, type, official full name, PMID, sentence, number of articles, JT, TA, IF, IF5, year, date, alias names, description, url, mutation position, mutation alleles, MeSH ID, relation, external links, aging biomarker, and longevity biomarker. (3) The "Relation_Info.json" file containing the triples information about source entity, relationship, target entity, method, sentence, source, target, source type, target type, PMID, DP, date, TI, TA, IF, and IF5. (4) The "Aging_Biomarkers.json" file containing the aging biomarkers information about source entity, relationship, target entity, sentence, source, target, source type, target type, PMID, DP, date, TI, TA, IF, and IF5. (5) The "Longevity_Biomarkers.json" file containing the longevity biomarkers information about source entity, relationship, target entity, sentence, source, target, source type, target type, DP, TI, TA, IF, and IF5. Kinetics analysis of two-stage austenitization in supermartensitic stainless steel
The martensite-to-austenite transformation in X4CrNiMo16-5-1 supermartensitic stainless steel was followed in-situ during isochronal heating at 2, 6 and 18 K min− 1 applying energy-dispersive synchrotron X-ray diffraction at the BESSY II facility. Austenitization occurred in two stages, separated by a temperature region in which the transformation was strongly decelerated. The region of limited transformation was more concise and occurred at higher austenite phase fractions and temperatures for higher heating rates. The two-step kinetics was reproduced by kinetics modeling in DICTRA. The model indicates that the austenitization kinetics is governed by Ni-diffusion and that slow transformation kinetics separating the two stages is caused by soft impingement in the martensite phase. Increasing the lath width in the kinetics model had a similar effect on the austenitization kinetics as increasing the heating-rate

Implementation of electronic ground states and singlet and triplet excitation energies in coupled cluster theory with approximate triples corrections
An implementation of triples corrections for the calculation of the electronic ground states and for singlet and triplet excitation energies within the CC3 model is discussed. At most objects of size (VO2)-O-2 and (VO)-O-3 are kept in memory and on disc, respectively (V is the number of virtual orbital and O is the number of occupied orbitals). The used strategy means that more terms that scales as (VO3)-O-4 has to be calculated than if the triples amplitudes are kept on disc but it allows larger cases to be handled. Sample calculations are presented for the triplet excitation energies of benzene. (C) 2002 American Institute of Physics

Fractures in the lower leg in children

A significant part of the fractures involves the growth plates. This review describes a broad range of techniques for treatment ranging from immobilization in a cast to open reduction and fixation with K-wires, screws, or flexible intramedullary nails. Premature growth arrest is relatively common following the physeal fractures in proximal or distal tibia. We recommend early consultation with a tertiary care centre for guidance and planning of the best treatment
