Das Projektteam soll die Zufriedenheit mithilfe von drei Umfragen messen. Mittels der Umfrageauswertungen möchte die K&F KiTS GmbH die Qualität und ihr Angebot verbessern. Das Projektteam untersucht mit der Arbeit folgende These: Das Angebot der K&F KiTS GmbH stellt die Eltern, Kinder und Mitarbeitenden zufrieden. Der Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt auf der Durchführung und Auswertung der Umfragen. Einen möglichen Lösungsvorschlag zu unterbreiten ist nicht Ziel dieser Arbeit

No full textBei bestehenden Kapazitäten können zusätzliche Betreuungen für die ordentlich angemeldeten Kinder durch deren Eltern gebucht werden. Solche spontane Anfragen werden per Telefon oder E-Mail gestellt und durch die Kita-Mitarbeitenden manuell bearbeitet. Dieser Prozess ist sehr zeit- und kostenaufwändig.
Damit die Eltern direkt sehen können, welche Betreuungstage bzw. Betreuungsmodule noch nicht ausgelastet und buchbar sind, wünscht sich die K&F KiTS GmbH eine Online-Lösung (eventuell eine App) für automatisierte Zusatzbuchungen und deren direkte Verrechnung
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textFontos, hogy a kisvállalkozások vezetői ismerjék a kutatásfejlesztés alapfogalmait. A K+F jelenlegi helyzete sem Uniós, sem országos szinten vizsgálva nem éri el a kívánt szintet, és ezt a kormányzat a kisvállalkozók növekvő fejlesztési ráfordításaival kívánja javítani. A K+F tevékenységre vonatkozó jogszabályok ismerete, nem csak a finanszírozás, hanem az eljárásrend és a pénzügyi tárgyú törvények területén is fontos. Komoly előny, ha ismerik az állami célkitűzéseket, mivel az azzal öszhangban lévő kutatások nagyobb támogatást élveznek. A támogatásokkal és adózással kapcsolatos szabályok nagyban javítják egy fejlesztés pénzügyi mutatóit. Emellett azonban több területen is probléma adódik a tőke és ismerethiány miatt, és abból a hozzáállásból, hogy elhatárolódnak a nemzetközi információáramlástól.vtvtközgazdász gazdálkodásirégi képzé
