    Pesantren Hasan Jufri is not only an Islamic educational institution, but also a driving force in improving the community's economy. Therefore, this study describes the following research focus: 1) How does Pesantren Hasan Jufri try to improve the community's economy? 2) What are the state-owned enterprises (BUM) of Pesantren Hasan Jufri that support efforts to improve the community's economy? 3) What are the partnership agreements used by BUM- Pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. This study aims to. 1) Find out the efforts of Pesantren Hasan Jufri in improving the community's economy. 2) Find out what BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri supports efforts to improve the community's economy. 3) Find out what cooperation agreements are used by BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses observation extension, triangulation, and increased persistence. The results of this study are: 1) Efforts by Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: first, opening up employment opportunities by prioritizing alumni and potential communities. Second, the establishment of a business entity that is run through a cooperation agreement between Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school and the community. 2) Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school that supports efforts to improve the community's economy: Main Store, stalls, printing, student equipment stores, Barbershops, hotels, printing, agriculture, and laundry. 3) Partnership agreements used in Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: Musyarakah, ijarah, muzara'ah, mukhabarah, wakalah bil ujrah. mudharabah and Jualah

    The purpose of this study was to determine the role and responsibilities of teachers in implementing character education in MTs Hasan Jufri Bawean. This research is a field research using descriptive-qualitative approach. The study population consisted of all teachers of MTs Hasan Jufri totaling 40 people, and the sample 20 subject class IX teachers. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are the facilities with considerable learning, extracurricular activities, the role of teachers in regular activities, such as the implementation of Duha prayer and prayer dhuhur congregation, spontaneous activities, such as giving sanction to students who are late, and create slogans that can affect students for good character, have been lead learners noble personality which all domains of aspects aimed to implement the teachings of Islam, both in attitudes, skills, and deeds of each learner

    The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that can create quality human resources. Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri, the only Madrassa Aliyah with the largest number of learners in Bawean Island is required for its role to realize that expectation. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. Respondents consisted of madrasah head, deputy head of madrasah, head of administration, head of library and some teachers. The result of the research shows that the strategy to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri is to improve the quality of teachers, increase academic and non academic achievement, increase the achievement of National Examination score and the achievement of School Exam as well as the improvement of infrastructure facilities. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are qualified teachers of education S1 and some S2 in accordance with subjects that diampu, madrasah have education programs and clear division of tasks, infrastructure, climate and a conducive environment and great support from Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hasan Jufri. Inhibiting factors are still low student learning motivation, employee resource has not maximal, low level of teacher discipline and fund availability still less. Efforts made in improving the quality of education are intensifying guidance and counseling activities, creating an exciting learning atmosphere, rewarding outstanding students, involving relevant staff in training activities, and applying an electrical attendance system for teachers and employees

    Secara terperinci tujuan pendidikan nasional dijelaskan dalam pasal 3 Undang-undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Standart Pendidikan Nasional (selanjutnya akan disebut UUSPN), bahwa pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidika diatas maka peran guru pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sangat dibutuhkan, karena guru pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya dituntut untuk mengajarkan materi Agama saja didalam kelas namun juga dituntut untuk bisa mencetak anak didiknya menjadi siswa yang mampu mengamalkan materi-materi yang disampaikan dikelas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)  dalam menerapkan budaya religius pada siswa di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penilitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga metode yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.             Hasil penelitian karakteristik budaya religius di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean MA. Hasan Jufri karakter budaya relegius yang di terapakan di MA. Hasan Jufri ada 7 7 yaitu: 1) memakai kopyah dan baju islami 2) budaya salam, sapa, senyum, sopan da santun (5S) 3) pembacaan doa bersama sebelum memulai pelajaran 4) sholat dhuha berjamaah 5) shalat dhuhur berjama’ah 6) tausiyah tujuh menit/kultum 7) Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI).Sedangkan salah satu Strategi Guru PAI dalam Menerapkan budaya religius di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean adalah 1) Internalisasi nilai, 2) Pemberian reward dan punishment, 3) Pembiasaan, 4) Keteladanan

    The problems of classroom management are all kinds of problems that occur during the process of classroom management, both issues that arise from the material element (educational facilities) or problems arising from the human element (students and teachers). To deal with the problems that occur when managing a classroom, there are two treatment that can be done, which is preventive handling (preventing) and curative handling (treatment). The research location is excellent class of International Class Programme (ICP) of MTs. Hasan Jufri Sangkapura-Bawean-Gresik. The authors found (1). 10 kinds of classroom management problems in ICP MTs. Hasan Jufri. The problem sometimes comes from the students, for example, students in violation of the established rules, and sometimes come from the teacher, for example, teachers go to class late, and sometimes originates from a facility, such as air vents that make the classroom atmosphere uncomfortable. (2). efforts made to address the problem, using the preventive and curative handling. Preventive handling to prevent and minimize the problems that will occur, for example, set the rules, giving the appeal and so on. While curative handling is done to resolve the problems that have occurred that are not sustainable, for example, impose penalties teacher cleaning offices, or pay fines and other matters that are considered useful and can solve the problem

    Abstract: Based on Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers, teachers are entitled to earn income above the minimum living needs. To that end, the government issued a certification program to provide professional allowances for teachers. The professional allowance for teachers is the government's appreciation for teachers. The provision of this allowance is expected to increase teacher competence. This study aims to explain the competence of teachers who receive professional allowances and their effectiveness. The object of this research is located at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. The research method in this research is analytical descriptive with purposive information determination technique. Data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings obtained in this study are as follows: First, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri, they always try to improve their competence. Second, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri must understand existing professional standards, achieve the required qualifications and competencies. The conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) There is an increase in the competence of recipients of professional allowances at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. (2). The professional allowance for teachers in an effort to improve teacher competence at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri seems to be running well and effectively. Departing from the results of the research above, the authors can provide suggestions as follows: First, teachers who improve continue to maintain and continue to improve the improvements that occur in themselves as compensation for what they receive. Second, the principal remains active in uniting and realizing the learning process. Third, it is important to organize teacher development to continuously improve teacher performance and competence.
