No full textBased on the problem of research, the aim of this research are to determine and to asses deeply about monitoring function of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) toward implementation of regional budget (APBD) regulation in Bulungan Regency in the year of 2015.The type of this research is descriptive-qualitative research which aimed to give a picture or painting of the situation systematically, factual, and accurate related with the research object then the result will be continued with detail explanation. Informan on this research are people who have competency to give information or data which are accurate and accountable related to the problem of research. The informan here are the whole members of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Bulungan Regency, that had been chosen randomly without consider their strata. The conclusion of this research said that the monitoring function toward regional budget (APBD) regulation in Bulungan regency had implemented but still not optimal. It is prove that there is a unsynchronized between planning with the result of local development planning consensus (Musrenbang) that was established and become the development priority. It is showed that political commitment of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) toward budget monitoring still not yet optimal. The author give some suggestions to enforce the role of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in the field of monitoring. Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) should increase capability and knowledge, conceptional and operational institutionally aboutmonitoring function which tend to policy, Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) should hire experts which have capability in their fields, that do the assesment for give input

No full textThe purpose of this research to know more deeply whether the Leadership’s Style of the Village chief is influential significantlly to Quality improvement of Public Service at Pimping’s Village Office in Subdivision of North Tanjung Palas of Bulungan Regency. The sample which was used in the research were 27 (twenty seven) people, who were gotten by saturated sampling technique or census and purposive sampling technique. The research method is quantitative with approach survey. Next the research data collecting technique used questionnare technique, observation, documentation study. While the research data analysis used a simple regression analysis tool, but in the data management used software program helping of SPSS 20. According the validity test result and independent variable data reliability (X) with dependent variable (Y) it was known that the questionnare data wich was used be proven was valid and reliable until there is no case data that be out (exclude). The similarity shape regression line from 2 (two) the research variable which was used Y=18.436+0.447 X with the sample correlation value (R) between independdents variable with public service quality in the amount of 0,480 which is at the level of correlation is being or neutral. According the analysis result of varians (ANOVA) it was known that the value F count in the amount of 7.478. with the value F table in the amount of 4.242 could be summarized that the value F is bigger than F table with value comparison namely 7.478>4.242. That means The Leadership’s Style is influential significantly the quality raising of Public Service at Pimping’s Village Office in Subdivission of North Tanjung Palas of Bulungan Regency. Next the test result explains that the value of T value in the amount of 2.735 after it was consulted with t table is namely 2.060 for the result both of sides are proven to have the value bigger than the value comparison namely 2.735>2.060 that means that the Leadership Style is influential significantly to the Public Service Quality at Pimping’s Village Office in Subdivision of North Tanjung Palas of Bulungan Regenc

No full textSosialisasi Pendidikan Politik calon Pemilih Pemula bagi kalangan pelajar SMP/SMA, khususnya yang akan atau sudah memasuki usia pemilih pemula, perlu diberikan agar mereka melek/paham demokrasi. Melalui sosialisasi, para siswa yang bakal menggunakan hak pilihnya bisa berpartisipasi dalam memberikan suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang. Sehingga kalangan pelajar atau pemilih pemula perlu dibekali dengan pendidikan politik karena mereka adalah calon-calon pemilih yang akan memberikan hak suaranya pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang atau yang akan datang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan potensi pemilih pemula yang dimiliki Desa Gunung Sari dalam keikutsertaannya pada pemilu akan datang maupun kedepannya. Based on these problems, it is considered important to assist in the management of library archives in Gunung Sari Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency, which is the only library managed directly by the Village Government and is a place for the community, especially people who are still in school, to gain knowledge by reading directly in the library that has been provided. provided by Gunung Sari Village. The method used in this service uses lecture techniques and training provided directly in the mentoring activities. Furthermore, the results obtained are improvements made in the management of the Gunung Sari Village Library archives, namely re-managing the library archives, classifying books and arranging them systematically on bookshelves which have their own categories to make it easier to find, as well as helping human resource
