Diseño de una estrategia didáctica para el desarrollo de la creatividad musical en estudiantes del grado de transición
Full text linkEl presente artículo expone los resultados de una investigación que tuvo como objetivo el diseño de una propuesta didáctica para favorecer el desarrollo de la creatividad musical en estudiantes de transición (5-6 años). Se trabaja bajo un enfoque cualitativo, con el uso de la entrevista, la observación participativa y no participativa, como métodos de recolección de la información. La muestra poblacional es de 18 estudiantes, cursantes del grado transición en un jardín infantil, y, de 5 docentes del área de Música. Los resultados evidencian falencias en las herramientas utilizadas por los docentes a la hora de impartir las clases, elemento que no permite que la creatividad se estimule. Estas se realizan por medio de la repetición continua, en donde no existe variación de las dinámicas. A esto, se agrega un ambiente restrictivo, que limita a los estudiantes. Para el diseño de la propuesta, en primer lugar, se realiza un diagnóstico, producto del análisis de la información recolectada, con elementos claves en la elaboración de la estrategia. El producto final, consta de 16 secuencias didácticas, diseñadas con elementos del constructivismo, que permiten desarrollar diferentes aspectos relacionados con la creatividad. Estas, están divididas en tres ejes temáticos: elementos musicales, improvisación musical y composición musical. El proyecto, evidencia que la falta de herramientas educativas adecuadas, pueden inhibir la creatividad, aun en áreas que comúnmente se relacionan con este constructo, como las artes. Esta investigación, abre paso para futuros proyectos que puedan estar encaminados al desarrollo de estrategias de enseñanza en las diferentes áreas de conocimiento, las cuales pretendan fortalecer y estimular esta capacidad del ser humano
Propuesta de un modelo de negocios para la comercialización de aguacate Colín reed en la finca del municipio de La Ceja, Antioquia
No full textEl presente documento tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo de negocios para la comercialización de aguacate Colin Reed en la finca productora “Los Henao” del municipio de la Ceja en el departamento de Antioquia. Por tanto, se realizó un diseño metodológico mixto con un tipo de investigacion descriptiva haciendo uso de escala tipo Likert y revision literaria como apoyo para las bases teoricas de esta propuesta. Asimismo, mostrará como se encuentra el mercado actual del aguacate Colin Reed con el fin de comprender la oferta y demanda del producto. Al mismo tiempo, se analizará el ambiente micro y macro, el consumo, el mercado potencial y los canales de distribución asociados al desenvolvimiento del negocio.
Por otra parte, se evidenciará el proceso de madurez y de almacenamiento del producto ya que toda vez es un producto alimenticio que necesita una serie de requisitos y pasos para un apropiado desarrollo. En conclusión, se evidencia que este tipo de aguacate requiere de ciertos cuidados pre cosecha y poscosecha para ser distribuidos en el mercado por consiguiente se elabora una propuesta de modelo funcional teniendo en cuenta los diferentes procesos. Ademas, se muestran los datos financieros asociados a la ejecución del proyecto que colaboren al cumplimiento de la mitigación de pérdidas producida por los frutos no exportados y que se pretenden distribuir a nivel local.The objective of this document is to develop a business model for the commercialization of Colin Reed avocado in the producer farm "Los Henao" in the municipality of La Ceja in the department of Antioquia. Therefore, a mixed methodological design was carried out with a descriptive type of research using a Likert scale and literature review as support for the theoretical basis of this proposal. It will also show how the current Colin Reed avocado market is in order to understand the supply and demand of the product. At the same time, the micro and macro environment, consumption, potential market and distribution channels associated with the development of the business will be analyzed.
On the other hand, the process of maturity and storage of the product will be evidenced, since it is a food product that needs a series of requirements and steps for an appropriate development. In conclusion, it is evident that this type of avocado requires certain pre-harvest and post-harvest care to be distributed in the market; therefore, a functional model proposal is elaborated taking into account the different processes. In addition, the financial data associated with the execution of the project are shown to collaborate in the mitigation of losses produced by the non-exported fruits that are intended to be distributed locally.Rionegr
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
