No full textFilip Spannbrucker Filip Spannbrucker, česká barokní architektura, hrabě František Josef Schlik, Jean Baptiste Mathey, Jičínsko The main aim of this thesis is to present the life and work of Filip Spannbrucker (approximately 1672?1729), Prague architect and builder, in the context of contemporary artistic and social course of events. In the first part of this work there will be outlined Spannbrucker's life and professional career based on elaborate archival research. Special attention will be devoted to proprietors and a patronage of building projects wherein Spannbrucker participated or whereof was an author. In the connection, his work will be brought in contiguity of contemporaneous cultural, socioeconomical and aesthetical notions and relations. In the second part of this thesis there will be pointed out a characteristic and spring of inspiration of Spannbrucker's architecture by means of an accurate formal analysis. Pavel Ježek, Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The main objective of this project was to create a multiplatform modular system for distributed data management. The system supports both local and remote accessible data storage. Therefore a part of the solution is also a server for remote data access. System also provides parallel usage of a local and remote storage which guarantees that the storage is accessible also when connection to server is lost. In this case, system is capable to synchronize changes between the server and a client. A client can use multiple instances of his storage and our system is able to synchronize them through central server. The system provides abstraction over data model to separate plugin developers from its specific behavior. As practical preview of system usability was created an extension application called TuaLoca. The application will contain implementation of preview plugins and basic user interaction. No full textSpolu se zaváděním povinného clearingu OTC derivátů v posledních letech zaznamenala bezpečnost clearingových domů zvýšenou pozornost. Předmětem analýz se stává hodnocení vhodnosti těchto produktů pro clearing a zvyšování odolnosti clearingových domů, avšak vyhýbají se rozboru situace selhání clearingového domu. Naznačené problémy jsou hlavním tématem bakalářské práce, která k dané problematice přispívá tvorbou nových názorů v oblasti regulace i řízení rizik a zároveň se snaží analyzovat dopady selhání vybraného clearingového domu, kterým podle autora není věnována dostatečná pozornost a předestírá návrh řešení při realizaci této události.An increased attention towards the security of clearing houses has been noticed along with the introduction of mandatory clearing of OTC derivatives in recent years. Main focus of analyses is given to the assessment of the suitability of these products for clearing and to the enhancement of the stability of clearing houses. Nevertheless, analyses are avoiding breakdowns of situations covering a failure of a clearing house. Indicated problems are the main focus of this thesis, which provides new insights to the areas of regulation and risk management. Moreover, it is trying to analyze the impact of a selected clearing house failure, to which according to the author is not given a sufficient attention, and offers a solution proposal to be implemented in case of occurrence.Spolu so zavádzaním povinného clearingu OTC derivátov v posledných rokoch zaznamenala bezpečnosť clearingových domov zvýšenú pozornosť. Predmetom analýz sa stáva hodnotenie vhodnosti týchto produktov pre clearing a zvyšovanie odolnosti clearingových domov, avšak vyhýbajú sa rozboru situácie zlyhania clearingového domu. Naznačené problémy sú hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce, ktorá k danej problematike prispieva tvorbou nových názorov v oblasti regulácie aj riadenia rizík a zároveň sa snaží analyzovať dopady zlyhania vybraného clearingového domu, ktorým podľa autora nie je venovaná dostatočná pozornosť a predostiera návrh riešenia pri realizácii tejto udalosti

No full textThe article is an analysis of three works by Filip Kallimach (Filippo Buonaccorsi) regarding marriage (elegy XXII, Epithalamium Fanniae ac Musaei, carmen Ad se ipsum). In the collections of Roman elegies from the Augustian era, there are no wedding pieces. The source of Callimachus’ idea is found by the author of the article in Epithalamium in Stellam et Violentillam by P. Papinius Statius and, indirectly, through the epithalamium of Statius – in the unpreserved elegies of L. Negative interest rates in the context of deflation threats
No full textThe introduction of negative interest rates, as an additional tool of unconventional monetary policy in recent years, leads to many, yet largely polarized debates about the implications of the unconventional monetary policy of central banks. The main reason for their introduction in some economies, namely the threat of deflation, is also questioned, as well as the negative side effects of this instrument on financial stability and economic growth, and finally, their limited scope is under scrutiny. Due to the still insufficient research in this field, the aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the concerns and the main long-term risks and impacts of the monetary policy using negative interest rates in the context of deflation threats. The analysis of available data confirms both the concerns about the negative effects of negative interest rates on the banking sector, the recovery process of public finances, the possible rise of a price bubble on the financial markets and real estate markets, or on the possibility of excessive risk taking, and on the other hand draws attention to the direct dependence between negative impacts and the duration of monetary policy using negative interest rates

Negative interest rates in the context of deflation threats
No full textZavedení záporných úrokových sazeb, jako dalšího nástroje nekonvenční měnové politiky v posledních letech, vede k mnohým, již tak výrazně polarizovaným diskusím o dopadech nekonvenční měnové politiky centrálních bank. Zpochybňuje se jednak hlavní důvod jejich zavedení v některých ekonomikách, a sice hrozba deflace, taktéž se mluví o negativních vedlejších dopadech tohoto nástroje na finanční stabilitu a ekonomický růst a v neposlední řadě se mluví také o jejich limitovaném rozsahu. Z důvodu stále nedostatečného výzkumu této oblasti, je záměrem diplomové práce zhodnotit uvedené obavy a hlavní dlouhodobá rizika a dopady měnové politiky využívající záporné úrokové sazby v kontextu hrozby deflace. Analýza dostupných dat potvrzuje jednak obavy z vedlejších dopadů záporných úrokových sazeb na bankovní sektor, proces ozdravování veřejných financí, možný vznik cenové bubliny na finančních trzích a trzích nemovitostí, nebo možné přijímání nadměrného rizika a na druhé straně upozorňuje na přímou závislost mezi negativními dopady a délkou trvání měnové politiky záporných úrokových sazeb.The introduction of negative interest rates, as an additional tool of unconventional monetary policy in recent years, leads to many, yet largely polarized debates about the implications of the unconventional monetary policy of central banks. Analýza dostupných dát potvrdzuje jednak obavy z vedľajších dopadov záporných úrokových sadzieb na bankový sektor, ozdravovanie verejných financií, možný vznik cenovej bubliny na finančných trhoch a trhoch nehnuteľností, či možné prijímanie nadmerného rizika a na druhej strane upozorňuje na priamu závislosť medzi negatívnymi dopadmi a dĺžkou trvania menovej politiky záporných úrokových sadzieb
