No full textThis research is motivated by the phenomenon of a decrease in the level of work productivity in Indonesia which has an impact on employee performance. One of the efforts made by the company in order to increase employee productivity and performance is through employee career development through training activities. Through employee career development, employee knowledge, abilities and skills will increase and will have an impact on employee productivity and performance. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance. Population is the total number of objects of a study. The population in this study were employees of PT Anggara Prima, totaling 99 people. While the sample in this study were 80 people. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between career development on employee performance when viewed from the t-test with a t-count value (7.185 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R Square value of 0.398 or 39.8% of employee performance variables can be explained by career development variables while the remaining 60.2% is influenced by other variables not explained by the author in this study.product quality) to the dependent variable (purchase interest) is 58.9
Persuasive Communication Strategy in Facebook Buy and Sell Groups: A Case Study of Sari Octavia Qi’s Mobile Phone Promotion in the Sungai Are Sindang Danau Pulau Beringin Forum
No full textThis research explores the persuasive communication strategy employed by Facebook user Sari Octavia Qi in promoting mobile phones through the Facebook group “Jual Beli Sungai Are Sindang Danau Pulau Beringin”. The study aims to analyze how persuasive techniques influence consumer behavior, using the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) as a theoretical framework. ELM explains two primary routes of persuasion: the central route, which relies on logical reasoning and detailed information, and the peripheral route, which depends on external cues such as visuals, testimonials, and emotional appeal. This qualitative descriptive study uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to gather data. Results indicate that Sari Octavia effectively combines both routes. She utilizes the central route by clearly explaining product specifications such as RAM, battery capacity, and purchase terms, and by providing transparency about the product source and testing process. Meanwhile, the peripheral route is applied through visual cues like real customer testimonials, product photos, friendly emojis, and informal language that resonates with buyers in her local community. These strategies build trust and credibility, which significantly affect purchase decisions. The study concludes that dual-route persuasive communication can enhance online sales success in Facebook buy-and-sell forums, especially for small-scale sellers in rural area

ABSTRAK
Layanan teknologi komunikasi pada internet merupakan sarana yang yang tidak asing
pada semua kalangan. Teknologi komunikasi internet memiliki dua kategori protokol yang
digunakan, yaitu secara non real-time dan real-time. Non real-time merupakan suatu
kategori protokol komunikasi internet yang tidak memiliki batas waktu komunikasi contoh
dari non real-time yaitu FTP, SMTP, dan HTTP. Real-time merupakan suatu kategori dari
komunikasi internet yang memiliki batas waktu tertentu dalam melakukan komunikasi,
contohnya Voice Over Internet Protocol. Voice Over Internet Procol (VOIP) merupakan
komunikasi paket suara yang diproses menjadi paket data, lalu dikirimkan melalui protokol
RTP. Komunikasi dengan VOIP tidak memiliki jaminan keamanan saat paket dikirimkan,
dengan hal ini VOIP menyediakan beberapa jenis keamanan contohnya menerapkan
keamanan enkripsi Virtual Private Network (VPN), Transport Layer Security TLS, dan
Secure Real-time Tranport Protocol (SRTP), dengan menerapkan beberapa keamanan ini
penulis mencoba membandingkan pengaruh performa hasil pengujian ketika Voice Over
Internet Protocol menerapkan sistem keamanan tersebut. Penulis melakukan pengujian
dengan topologi WAN secara simulasi dengan GNS3 dan real requipment router cisco.

Communication technology Internet services is familiar tool in people. Internet
communication technology has two categories of protocols used, i.e non-real-time and realtime.
Non real-time is a category of Internet communication protocol that has no real-time
communication deadline, for example FTP, SMTP, and HTTP. Real-time is a category of
Internet communication that has a certain time limit in communication, for example Voice
Over Internet Protocol. Voice Over Internet Procol (VOIP) is a voice packet communication
processed into a data packet, then transmitted over the RTP protocol. VOIP Communication
has no security guarantees when the package is shipped, with this VOIP provides some
security types for example implementing the security of Virtual Private Network (VPN)
encryption, Transport Layer Security (TLS), and Secure Real-time Tranport Protocol (SRTP),
author tries implementing some security to compare the effect of test result performance,
when Voice Over Internet Protocol implements the security system. Authors tested WAN
topologies simulated with GNS3 and cisco's real-time router requests.

Rancang Bangun Alat Monitoring Ketidakseimbangan Beban Pada Jaringan Tegangan Menengah
No full textLoad unbalance is a fault that can damage power transformers in medium voltage networks. The larger load or current unbalance cause heating at the transformer winding and can cause fatal damage if it occurs in a long time. One way to prevent this damage is by monitoring the percentage of load unbalance or current unbalance in medium voltage network. This paper presents the design of load unbalance monitoring equipment on medium voltage networks. Arduino microcontroller is used as the main controller. Current sensors and voltage sensors are used to obtain the data of current and voltage at any time. The load unbalance monitoring result that exceeds the setting value is sent to a warning systems and mobile phones. The test results on the secondary side of the power transformer showed that the equipment can monitor load (current) unbalance with a maximum difference of 0.17%, voltage unbalance with maximum difference of 0.033% and neutral current with maximum difference of 3.29A compared to the actual values. The monitoring equipment is also capable of sending data to sound warning system and to the mobile phone when the percentage of load (current) unbalance exceeds the setting value, i.e. 30%.Keywords : load unbalance,monitoring, medium voltage network, power transformerAbstrak— Ketidakseimbangan beban merupakan gangguan yang dapat merusak transformator daya di jaringan tegangan menengah. Ketidakseimbangan beban atau ketidakseimbangan arus yang besar menyebabkan pemanasan pada belitan transformator dan menyebabkan kerusakan fatal bila berlangsung pada waktu yang lama. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah kerusakan ini adalah dengan memonitoring persentase ketidakseimbangan beban atau ketidakseimbangan arus di jaringan tegangan menengah. Makalah ini menyajikan perancangan dan pembuatan alat monitoring ketidakseimbangan beban pada jaringan tegangan menengah. Mikrokontroler Arduino digunakan sebagai pengendali utama. Sensor arus dan sensor tegangan digunakan untuk memperoleh data arus dan tegangan setiap saat. Hasil monitoring ketidakseimbangan beban yang melebihi nilai yang sudah ditentukan dikirim ke sistem peringatan dan handphone. Hasil pengujian pada sisi sekunder transformator daya menunjukkan bahwa peralatan dapat memonitoring ketidakseimbangan beban (arus) dengan perbedaan maksimum 0,17%, ketidakseimbangan tegangan dengan perbedaan maksimum 0,033% dan arus netral dengan perbedaan maksimum 3,29A dibandingkan dengan nilai-nilai sebenarnya. Alat monitoring juga mampu mengirimkan data arus ke sistem peringatan bunyi dan ke handphone bila persentase ketidakseimbangan beban (arus) melebihi nilai yang sudah ditentukan, yakni 30%. No full textIn general, the issue of Manpower in companies is a problem that can be said to be very complex, where the problem is increasing with normalization of wages and social security. In essence, the productivity of a company describes the internal performance of the company itself, and reflects the success or failure of the work system that was built to produce goods or services as much as possible with input in the form of material or company resources as sparingly as possible. CV. Linda Jaya is one of the companies producing processed wood in the field of pallet packing for distribution to large companies which is the main research objective of the author. This study aims to determine how the implementation of wages to employees and the effect of wages on employee productivity at CV. Linda Jaya in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The research method used is to use empirical legal research methods by examining how law works in the community, in this case CV. Linda Jaya. Research carried out by way of observation (observational research) by way of going straight to the field to get information and data relating to the author's research. In the results of this study, showed that the level of wages is inversely proportional to employee productivity in the CV. Linda Jaya, where employee work productivity tends to decline which makes the entry and exit of employees because the implementation of wage payments has been delayed (not on time). Guaranteed Legal Protection for this event that article 18 point c PP No.78 regarding wages confirms that companies must pay a fine of 5% for each day of delay. This should be a particular concern and attention for business operators, namely CV. Linda Jaya that the implementation of these wages is very influential on employee work productivity and business productivity itself

No full textEvaluation Of The Implementation The Function Of The Formation of Regional People Representative Council of Rokan Hulu Abstract This research is motivated by the indications that the Regional House of Representatives of Rokan Hulu Regency is not optimal in carrying out the function of forming Regional Regulations while the problems identified are: The new Regional Regulations formed based on the initiative of the Rokan Hulu Regency DPRD for the period 2014 - 2019 only 2 Regional Regulations, namely Regulations Rokan Hulu Regency Number 8 of 2017 concerning Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Rokan Hulu Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2017 concerning Empowerment and Placement of Local Workers. And it is indicated that the Human Resources of the DPRD of Rokan Hulu Regency are still weak in the Formation of Regional Regulations. In this study the author uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data processing or data analysis in this study is the presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. This research uses the theory of Policy Evaluation According to Ndraha, namely the Das Sollendas Sein Model, which is a comparison between what should be and what is actually. With indicators of Planning, Preparation, Discussion, Ratification, Promulgation, Dissemination. Based on the results of research on the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Function of Formation of Regional Regulations of the Regional House of Representatives of Rokan Hulu Regency (2014-2019 Period) it is concluded that the implementation of the function of forming regional regulations cannot be said to be good. Judging from the Regional Regulations that were successfully ratified in 2018, there were 7 of the 20 RANPERDA that had been enacted. The obstacles in implementation are the time that is too short to carry out discussions and coupled with the divided concentration of council members to prepare themselves for the 2019 political year, the technical preparation process is too long and the content contained in the RANPERDA

The Qur\u27an applies throughout the ages until the Day of Judgment. As the laws contained therein apply, both textually and contextually. Al-Qur\u27an, a phenomenal holy book. Protected until the end of time, both written and read. It is a guide to life for Muslims and at the same time a guide for humans. Imam Baihaqî narrated the hadith from Abu Hurairah Ra. Hadith History of al-Baihaqî No. 2212. Based on this hadith, the Qur\u27an really needs to be studied. With in-depth study, good understanding will emerge, with the hope that a sense of awe and majesty will arise towards the Al-Qur\u27an, especially towards Allah SWT. who took it down. And it is hoped that they will be able to practice the messages contained in it. Something that is rarely studied is about amtsâl and aqsâm in the Koran. As Imam Al-Mâwardî said, among the greatest knowledge in the Qur\u27an is the knowledge of amtsâl, and most people are negligent and forget to study it. So in this paper we will present a study of amtsâl and aqsâm contained in the Al-Qur\u27an. With the problem formulation; What is the meaning of amtsâl and aqsâm? What type? And what are the benefits? The method used by the author is a qualitative method, which produces findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification. Even simpler is research that does not carry out calculations. Based on the area, this study can be classified as library research, which involves identifying and finding sources that provide factual information
FACTORS AFFECTING PURCHASE INTENTION TOWARDS NATURAL SKIN CARE PRODUCT

Indonesia is home to hundreds of run-small business in cosmetics producers that concerns in producing natural skin care products (Global Business Guide Indonesia, 2014), but the tendency of choosing import brands still tend to be high, although some of them begin to look at local brands whereas Indonesia government continues to strive to increase Peningkatan Penggunaan Produk Dalam Negeri (P3DN). There are several independent variables include in this research; Consumer Values (Health, Environment, Apperance Consciousness), Attitudes toward Natural Skin Care Product, Product Stimulus, Price Stimulus, Promotion Stimulus, and Place Stimulus. This study has limitations in terms of availability of data about the total population of skin care natural users in Indonesia or any areas of Indonesia. Therefore, The Author uses judgement sampling technique as a reference in selecting samples, which had already collected 446 samples, who has experience consuming at least one natural skin care product before. To gain the result to know whether there is significant affect among each independent variables toward dependent variables the, The Author use Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS tool. The result shows that there are positive relation between all independent variables with purchase intention toward natural skin care product, except for Attitudes toward Price. Better product will encourage consumers’ purchase intention, so people are careless with the price provided that there are better product that will satisfy themselves.Keywords: Attitudes, Consumer Values, Marketing Mix, Natural Skin Care Product, Purchase Intention   Â
