Vectorizing : the electric bass in the dialogue between two aesthetics
No full textste trabajo de grado de Maestría en Composición expone los parámetros musicales y filosóficos que permitieron al autor, Daniel I. Sossa-Aljure, intérprete del bajo eléctrico, poner en diálogo dos estéticas contrastantes —como son las Músicas Populares Tradicionales de Colombia (MPT, aludiendo a los circuitos andino, llanero, pacífico sur y caribe colombiano, y utilizando los géneros de pajarillo, guabina, currulao y fandango de lengua) y la música minimalista (como corriente de las músicas contemporáneas)—, junto con algunos recursos técnicos compositivos de estos lenguajes en los que la repetición, asumida desde el concepto de territorio musical, es importante para la formalización de cada momentum de la obra. El resultado, la intervención compositiva Vectorizante (para bajo eléctrico de seis cuerdas), es una propuesta escénica cohesionada por el bajo eléctrico, intervenido con técnicas extendidas y elementos electrónicos.This document, made to obtain a Master’s degree in Musical Composition, exposes the musical and philosophical parameters that allowed its author, Daniel I. Sossa-Aljure, also an electric bass performer, to put two contrasting aesthetics into dialogue —such as the Traditional Popular Music of Colombia (MPT, alluding to the Andean, Llanero, South Pacific and Colombian Caribbean circuits, and using the genres of pajarillo, guabina, currulao and fandango de lengua) and minimalist music (as a current of contemporary music)—, together with some technical compositional resources of these languages in which repetition, assumed from the concept of musical territory, is important for the formalization of each momentum of the work. The result, the compositional intervention Vectorizante (for six-string electric bass), is a scenic proposal cohesive by the electric bass, intervened with extended techniques and electronic elements.Magíster en MúsicaMaestrí

No full textAprès plus de deux décennies d'expérimentation, le moment est venu pour l'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du droit des Affaires ou OHADA de marquer une pause et de récapituler l'application de ses valeurs normatives aux différents domaines relevant du champ matériel d'application du Traité ayant fondé l'organisation. L'intérêt et l'utilité d'un tel bilan passent, entre autres, par la relecture de sa norme juridique sur l'arbitrage ad hoc qu'est l'Acte Uniforme OHADA relatif à l'Arbitrage (AUA). Ce bilan doit pouvoir se faire non pas au regard de ce qui a été dit et analysé. Il s'impose plutôt d'examiner la perspective de ce qui lui reste d'exceptionnel et d'inédit. Sur ces aspects inédits, il manque une analyse comparée au plan du droit international, maillon manquant des différentes approches abordées. C'est à cet exercice intellectuel que s'est livrée notre étude, procédant à la relecture à l'aune des standards transnationaux de la justice arbitrale par le prisme d'autres normes sur l'arbitrage international, qu'elles soient d'origine étatique ou conventionnelle, de la pratique internationale et dans une certaine mesure de la jurisprudence
Estrategias de articulación para el sistema nacional de innovación agropecuaria enmarcadas en el contexto del norte del Valle del Cauca
No full textSon múltiples los estudios relacionados con los sistemas de innovación agropecuaria; sin embargo, a pesar de los avances en la literatura, la articulación de estos en los contextos regionales no ha logrado repercutir de la manera esperada. Por este motivo el objeto del presente trabajo es proponer estrategias que articulen el Sistema Nacional de Innovación Agropecuario al contexto del Norte del Valle del Cauca. La investigación se aborda a través de una revisión de la literatura existente y la indagación a expertos acerca de los sistemas de innovación agropecuaria en la que se establecen los elementos clave que benefician el dinamismo de estos. El análisis y la comprensión de estos hallazgos permitió el diseño de unas estrategias de articulación en lo que el autor considera son los pilares fundamentales de los sistemas de innovación agropecuaria a nivel mundial. En concreto se encuentran, los intermediarios, las plataformas, las cadenas de valor y la normatividad. Estos pilares en conjunto con una adecuada estrategia permiten desarrollar una propuesta para la articulación del Sistema Nacional de Innovación Agropecuaria para el caso de Colombia en el contexto del Norte del Valle del Cauca.There are many studies related to agricultural innovation systems; however, despite advances in the literature, the articulation of these in regional contexts has not been able to have the expected impact. For this reason, the object of this work is to propose strategies that articulate the National System of Agricultural Innovation to the context of the North of Valle del Cauca. The research is approached through a review of the existing literature and the investigation to experts about the systems of agricultural innovation in which the key elements that benefit the dynamism of these are established. The analysis and understanding of these findings allowed the design of articulation strategies in what the author considers to be the fundamental pillars of agricultural innovation systems worldwide. These include intermediaries, platforms, value chains and standards. No full textEl proyecto de investigación-creación UN LLANO DE COLORES: Cancionero infantil de los Llanos Orientales de Colombia consiste en la intervención por parte de Germán Alejandro Barragán Ramírez de un repertorio de ocho canciones inéditas compuestas por Astrid Carolina Arenas dentro del sistema musical joropo. Los arreglos armónicos y melodías acompañantes se realizaron teniendo en cuenta las líneas melódicas, y usando diferentes formas de re armonización trabajadas en los talleres de análisis y creación tomados en el transcurso de la Maestría en Músicas Colombianas de la Universidad El Bosque, en Bogotá, Colombia. El trabajo arreglístico e interpretativo que propone el autor se fundamenta en el concepto de mundo infantil, concepto que parte de la consideración de que el mundo de los niños es fantástico, es un mundo sin fronteras en donde la magia y la imaginación inundan todo a su alrededor. Los aspectos musicales y la articulación coherente entre música y texto se plasman en un montaje escénico y en un documento sonoro, con el que se busca enriquecer el escaso cancionero infantil de las músicas populares tradicionales de los Llanos colombovenezolanos, no solo resaltando sus tradiciones culturales sino enfatizando el contenido de los textos, buscando que sean acordes al espíritu infantil, con composiciones que resalten valores, tradiciones, mitos y leyendas, flora y fauna de la región. The harmonic arrangements and accompanying melodies were made taking into account the melodic lines, and using different forms of re-harmonization worked on in the analysis and creation workshops taken during the course of the Master's Degree in Colombian Music at El Bosque University, in Bogota, Colombia. The arranging and interpretative work proposed by the author is based on the concept of children's world, a concept based on the consideration that the world of children is fantastic, a world without borders where magic and imagination flood everything around them. The musical aspects and the coherent articulation between music and text are embodied in a scenic montage and a sound document, which seeks to enrich the scarce children's songbook of traditional popular music of the Colombian Venezuelan plains, not only highlighting their cultural traditions but also emphasizing the content of the texts, looking for them to be in accordance with the children's spirit, with compositions that highlight values, traditions, myths and legends, flora and fauna of the region. Its musical appropriation is oriented to the vocal development in childhood and the initial approach to music

No full textGuillame Beauplan, autor słynnego Description d’Ukranie (Opis Ukrainy, 1651, 1660), wykonal Mapę Generalną (1648, 1660) i Mapę Specjalną (1650) Ukrainy, które najbardziej precyzyjnie odzwierciedlały terytorium Ukrainy w tamtym czasie. G. Beauplan planował dodać mapę do Description d’Ukranie. Małe mapy i plany Beauplana-Hondiusa (1652) pozostały jednak niedokończone z powodu śmierci grawera. Drugie wydanie Description d’Ukranie (Roüen, 1660) zostało uzupełnione nowym wydaniem Generalnej mapy Ukrainy. Mapy G. Beauplana (generalna i specjalna) pokazują granice Rzeczypospolitej i granice administracyjne województw, które są prawie niezmienione we wszystkich wydanych wersjach map. W tekście Description d’Ukranie nie ma informacji o granicach i punktach rozgraniczenia. Autor szczegółowo opisuje obraz podziału administracyjno-terytorialnego ziem ukraińskich w składzie Rzeczypospolitej na mapach Generalnej i Specjalnej.French military engineer and cartographer Guillaume Le Wasser de Beauplan (1600-1673), author of the famous Description of Ukraine (1651, 1660), founded a new stage of mapping the territory of Ukraine in the middle of the XVII century. Based on his own surveyings, G. Beauplan created the General Map (1648, 1660) and Special Map (1650) of Ukraine, which territory of Ukraine mapping was the most accurate and detailed at that time and became decisive for showing this territory in European cartography for centuries. G. Beauplan planned to add a map to the Description of Ukraine, as evidenced by a short note to the first edition (Roüen, 1651). However, the small-format maps and plans of Beauplan-Gondius (1652) remained unfinished due to the engraver’s death. The second edition of the Description of Ukraine (Roüen, 1660) was supplemented by a new edition of the General Map of Ukraine. The maps of G. Beauplan (General and Special) show the borders of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the voivodships administrative boundaries, which are shown almost unchanged on all issued versions of the maps. This geographical basis content element has escaped the attention of researchers of the G. Beauplan cartographic heritage. In the text of the Description, which contains a description of the nature and population of the south-eastern voivodships of the Rzeczpospolita and the Crimea (the region of Tataria), there is no information about borders and boundaries. The article covers in detail the mapping of Ukrainian lands as a part of the Commonwealth borders and administrative boundaries on the General and Special Maps of G. Beauplan. The author recorded the political and administrative structure of the Ukrainian lands until 1648. It was established that state borders and administrative boundaries mapping on these maps was not paid due attention. Beauplan’s maps were using in European cartography for mapping the territory of Ukraine or its individual regions for a long time in the second half of XVII and in the first half of XVIII century.
