ANALISA KERJA RUAS JALAN S. TUBUN
Jalan S. Tubun merupakan jalan perkotaan di Kota Manado yang saat ini memeliki aktivitas guna lahan samping jalan yang beragam serta tingkat kesibukan yang tinggi. Aktivitas guna lahan yang beragam tentunya menarik pergerakan melintasi Jalan S. Tubun yang secara langsung mempengaruhi kondisi arus lalu lintas pada ruas jalan dan berpotensi menimbulkan titik konflik yang menghambat arus pergerakan lalu lintas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja dari ruas Jalan S. Tubun pada saat ini, diukur berdasarkan derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan tempuh dan waktu tempuh. Kemudian setelah mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan maka diberikan alternatif penanganan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja ruas Jalan S. Tubun, pada jam puncak hari kerja terutama, berada pada kondisi yang kurang baik. Untuk memperbaiki hal ini, serta menghindari bertambah buruknya kinerja ruas jalan tahun 2015, makadiperlukan penertiban pemberhentian angkutan umum, suatu studi menganalisi dampak parkir di badan jalan, dan pemasangan road furniture untuk meningkatkan tingkat disiplin pengguna kendaraan. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Road Network Performance Analysis (Case Study: Jalan S Parman Medan)
104 HalamanPada saat ini jalan S Parman yang terdapat di Kota Medan sudah sangat padat dikarenakan disekitar jalan tersebut terdapat bangunan baru dan parkir sembarangan sehingga membuat KINERJA ruas jalan pada jalan S Parman semakin meningkat. Sehingga, pengguna jalan S Parman memerlukan suatu alternatif perbaikan agar didapat jalan yang tidak padat. Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja jaringan jalan pada ruas jalan S Parman. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bedasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Tahapan untuk melakukan studi ini adalah dengan melakukan survey lalu lintas pada ruas jalan S Parman, simpang cambrige pada Jalan S Parman – Jalan Glugur dan pengukuran geometrik jalan pada ruas jalan S Parman. Pada kondisi eksisting jalan S Parman memiliki DS sebesar 0,73,dan jalan Gajah Mada sebesar 0,70 dan jalan KH Zainal Arifin sebesar 0,69 dan jalan Kejaksaan sebesar 0,38 dan jalan Glugur sebesar 0,33. Dengan DS sudah mendekati batas standar sebesar 0,73, yang ditetapkan dalam Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 sebesar 0,75, maka diperlukan manajemen lalu lintas agar didapatkan kinerja jalan yang optimal.Yaitu dengan memasang rambu larangan parkir sembarangan pada ruas jalan S Parman. At this time the S Parman road in Medan City is very congested because around the road there are new buildings and indiscriminate parking so that the performance of the roads on S Parman road is increasing. Thus, S Parman road users need an alternative repair in order to obtain a less congested road. In general, this study aims to determine the performance of the road network on the S Parman road section. The method used in this research is based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). The steps to conduct this study are to conduct a traffic survey on the S Parman road, the cambrige intersection on the S Parman - Glugur road and geometric measurements of the road on the S road section. Parman. In the existing condition, S Parman road has a DS of 0.73, and Gajah Mada road is 0.70 and KH Zainal Arifin road is 0.69 and the Attorney road is 0.38 and Glugur road is 0.33. With the DS already approaching the standard limit of 0.73, which is set in the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) of 0.75, traffic management is needed in order to obtain optimal road performance
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
Pengaruh Guna Lahan Terhadap Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan (Studi Kasus: Ruas Jalan S. Supriadi Kota Malang)
Kota Malang adalah salah satu kota besar di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan jumlah
penduduk mencapai 927.285 jiwa pada tahun 2020 dan pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar
1,23% per tahun. Perkembangan penduduk karena urbanisasi maupun secara alami akan
dibarengi dengan pertumbuhan lahan terbangun di perkotaan. Jalan S. Supriadi yang terletak
di Kecamatan Sukun memilki guna lahan yang beragam yang terdiri dari guna lahan
perkantoran, guna lahan pendidikan, guna lahan kesehatan, serta guna lahan perdagangan
dan jasa yang paling mendominasi perkembangan guna lahan pada ruas Jalan S. Supriadi.
Keragaman guna lahan yang ada di sepanjang ruas Jalan S. Supriadi menjadikan ruas jalan
ini sering mengalami kepadatan yang menyebabkan kemacetan lalu lintas. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh dari guna lahan terhadap kinerja jalan yang ada
di Jalan S. Supriadi serta tingkat pelayanan jalan setelah adanya interkasi dengan volume
internal guna lahan di ruas Jalan S. Supriadi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kauntitatif dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis diantaranya adalah
analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan regresi, serta analisis tingkat pelayanan jalan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh guna lahan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap total
volume lalu lintas adalah guna lahan perdagangan dan jasa. Selain itu tingkat pelayanan jalan
setelah adanya pengaruh dari volume internal guna lahan pada ruas Jalan S. Supraidi segmen
1 hari kerja dan hari libur adalah F pada jam puncak dengan pengaruh guna lahan sebesar
9,09% dan 11,08%. Pada segmen 2 ruas Jalan S. Supriadi segmen 2 tingkat pelayanan jalan
setelahnadanya pengaruh guna lahan adalah F pada jam puncak dan pada beberapa jam sibuk
lainnya dengan pengaruh guna lahan sebesar 7,83% dan 11,97%
