No full textABSTRAK Reactive black 5 adalah contoh dari pewarna azo yang biasa digunakan di industri tekstil produksi tekstil (TPT) sebagai pewarna dasar untuk katun, wol, dan nylon. Sebanyak 10 % dari total pewarna ditemukan pada limbah cair yang dapat menyebabkan eutrofikasi, mutagenik, dan karsinogenik. Oleh karena itu, limbah Reactive black 5 perlu diolah sebelum dibuang langsung kelingkungan. KLUM1 (Kakao Liling UM 1) dan KLUM2 (Kakao Liling UM 2) merupakan isolat kapang pelapuk kayu (KPK) indigenos yang memproduksi enzim ligninase dan mampu mendekolorisasi reactive black 5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui jumlah sel inokulum dan waktu inkubasi optimum isolat KLUM1 untuk dekolorisasi reactiveblack 5, (2) mengetahui jumlah sel inokulum dan waktu inkubasi optimum isolat KLUM2 untuk dekolorisasi reactiveblack 5. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratoris.Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, yaitu: (1) peremajaan KPK isolat KLUM1 dan KLUM2, (2) produksi suspensi sel isolat KLUM1 dan KLUM2, (3) menghitung jumlah sel per mL suspensi sel isolat KLUM1 dan KLUM2, (4) optimasi jumlah sel inokulum dan waktu inkubasi isolat KLUM1 dan KLUM2 untuk dekolorisasi reactiveblack 5. Indikator keberhasilan pada penelitian ini adalah terjadinya penurunan absorbansi pada panjang gelombang 600 nm yang menunjukkan penurunan konsentrasi Reactive black 5. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Isolat KLUM1 membutuhkan jumlah sel inokulum optimum mediumuntuk mendekolorisasi reactiveblack 5 dengan konsentrasi awal 15 ppm selama waktu inkubasi tertentu, (2) Isolat KLUM2 membutuhkan jumlah sel inokulum optimum medium untuk dekolorisasi reactiveblack 5 dengan konsentrasi awal 15 ppm selama waktu inkubasi tertentu

The title of this final report is “Analysis of The Source and Usage of Working Capital at PT Global Multipack Palembang”. The purpose of this final report is to find out the management and usage of working capital in the company. The writing of this report, data were gathered throught interview, observation and study document at PT Global Multipack Palembang. The data obtaine are in terms of financial report consist of profit and loss report and balance sheet year 2011, 2012 and 2013. Data were analyzed based on the theory associated with the of working capital. After analyzed, the author conclude that PT Global Multipack decrease working capital during two consercutive years in 2012 and 2013. Based on these problems, the company should improve it’s obligations by reduced current debt and to collect the receivables thats accumulate each year in oreder to be transferred to cash/bank is relative small

No full textThis srudy aims to identify and obtain data on maxims that are often violated and the causes of violations of politeness principle in two-sided debate speeches on Tv One. The author uses the theory proposed by Leech (Chaer, 2010) as a theoretical refence to analyze the problem. Research method, namely the method of content analysis. Data collection techniques used are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis techniques in this study are 1) identification, in this stage, the writer identifies the maxim of politeness principle in the two-sided debate on Tv One, 2) coding, at the initial stage the author provides a code to the research data. The coding is adapted to the research problem, 3) classification, at this stage, the writer classifies the speeches of the debate participants by determining and classifying the six maxims contained in the two-sided debate of Tv One, 4) analysis, at this stage, the author analyzes the violation of the maxim of politeness principles in the two-sided debate on Tv One, 5) interpretation or discussion, at this stage, the author discusses the research findings, then the concludes the results of the study. The results of this study conclude that the two-sided debate speech on tv one is more dominant in violating the maxim of compatibility, namely as many as (21) utterances, while the speech thet is rarely violated is the maxim of sympathy. The cause of the violation of the politeness principle in the two-sided debate on Tv One is more dominantly caused by the emotional impulse of the speaker and the interlocutor

Novel can not be separated from the elements, they are intrinsic and extrinsic elements. Intrinsic elements as building of novel which covering the characterizations, themes and message,storyline, background, style, and viewpoints. Talking about the intrinsic elements of the novel, especially regarding the characterizations of the important element in literature. Characterizations belong to the naming issue, characterization, physical state, mental state, and the character. Eventually, the characterizations become a combination of character and disposition. This journal aims to describe the tendency of the characterizations contained in the novel Bumi Cintaby Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Characters and the physical state of the characters in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy described and developed analytic and dramatic. Analytically, namely the direct author elaborated on the personality or characters, the author mentions that the figure pertinacious, stubborn, loving, and so on. While dramatic, the draftsman is not dispositive told directly by selecting names of characters, through physical depiction and through dialogue. Based on the data analysis and discussion of the conclusions of this study, it can be described as follows. First, the character Ayyas more highlighted in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Second, the physical state Ayyas less portrayed as the main character in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy so the physical of Ayyasis not handsome and ugly. Third, the supporting cast of characters in the novel Bumi Cintaby Habiburrahman El Shirazy can help to clarify the character of protagonist character. Fourth, the physical state of the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy is highlighted so that researcher can determines the physical state of the supporting cast as a whole

The data collection technique that the author uses is through documentation and direct interviews, the financial statements made by the Mekar Sari farmer group are not in accordance with regulations ISAK 35 because the reports made are only limited to monthly reports or cash in and out reports. While the reports that will be generated from this research are the statement of financial position, comprehensive income report, report on changes in net assets, cash flow statement and notes to financial statements
