Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan efektifitas intruksi penggunaan peluit tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas intruksi lisan dan intruksi penggunaan peluit dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tim ahli pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang terdiri dari 3 orang Dosen di Magister Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Proses pembuatan efektifitas penilaian berbentuk format indikator kisi-kisi isntrumen yang terdiri dari pendahuluan, proses, evaluasi, penguatan dan penutup serta dilanjutkan penilaian tim ahli pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya di kategorikan dan di analisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan penilaian instruksi lisan dan instruksi penggunaan peluit dalam pendidikan jasmani, menunjukkan penilaian intruksi penggunaan peluit yang di anggap efektif dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Maka penilaian intruksi penggunaan peluit dapat diterapkan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Data tersebut menerangkan bahwa penilaian efektifitasitas intruksi penggunaan peluit dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di anggap lebih efektif.Kata Kunci: efektifitas, intruksi lisan, intruksi penggunaan peluit.?EFFECTIVENESS OF ORAL INSTRUCTIONS AND WHISTLE USE IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING PROCESSABSTRACT(Jafaruddin)One of the main problems in the physical learning process in schools up to now is that there are no specific instructions that are easily understood by students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the effectiveness of the instructions for using the whistle. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of oral instructions and instructions for using a whistle in the physical education learning process. The subject in this study was a team of physical education learning experts consisting of 3 lecturers in the Masters in Sports Education at Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The process of making assessment effectiveness takes the form of an instrument lattice indicator format consisting of introduction, process, evaluation, reinforcement and closing and continued by the assessment of a team of physical education learning experts. The data collected is then categorized and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the assessment of oral instructions and instructions for using the whistle in physical education, it shows the assessment of whistle usage instructions that are considered effective in the physical education learning process. Then the assessment of the use of whistle instructions can be applied by the teacher in the process of learning physical education. The data explains that the assessment of the effectiveness of the whistle usage instructions in the physical education learning process is considered more effective.Keywords: effectiveness, oral instruction, whistle use instructions
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Panglima Nyak Makam, Gampong Lambhuk, KecamatanUlee Kareng, Kota Banda Aceh tepatnya di samping Hermes Hotel. Daerah inimemiliki intensitas kegiatan yang cukup tinggi, karena ruas Jalan T. PanglimaNyak Makam merupakan pusat kegiatan seperti perkantoran, sekolah,perdangangan, dan lain-lain. Dampak lalu lintas juga disebabkan oleh adanyapengoperasian pusat kegiatan yang menimbulkan bangkitan dan tarikan lalu lintasyang cukup besar salah satunya adalah Trans Studio Mall yang terletak di ruasjalan T. Panglima Nyak Makam Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui bagaimana pergerakan lalu lintas akibat adanya Trans Studio MallBanda Aceh serta menganalisis kinerja jalan pada kondisi eksisting sertamemprediksi kinerja jalan setelah dilakukan manajemen lalu lintas, perhitungankinerja jalan dan kinerja simpang menggunakan metode MKJI (1997).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan kinerja lalu lintaspada kondisi eksisting di jalan T. P. Nyak Makam pada hari Sabtu dengan tingkatpelayanan adalah C, pada hari Minggu dengan tingkat pelayanan adalah B,sedangkan pada hari Senin tingkat pelayanan pada Segmen I dan Segmen IIadalah D dan tingkat pelayanan pada Segmen III adalah C. Untuk perhitunganmanajemen Simpang BPKP dihasilkan tingkat pelayanan simpang BPKP adalahD dengan tundaan 43 detik. Kondisi tersebut terjadi dengan waktu siklus 129detik dalam empat fase. Skenario penanganan bagian jalinan jalan denganmengalihkan pintu keluar kendaraan Trans Studio Mall Banda Aceh dapatmengurangi kemacetan yang terjadi akibat adanya jalinan jalan yang berada didepan Trans Studio Mall, hal ini diperlihatkan dengan nilai DS sebelum dilakukanpenanganan adalah sebesar 0,82 menjadi 0,71 dengan tingkat pelayanan dari Dmenjadi tingkat pelayanan C, Perancangan median tanpa bukaan di depan HermesHotel dapat memperbaiki manajemen lalu lintas dari tingkat pelayanan padakondisi eksisting rata-rata C menjadi tingkat pelayanan jalan B. Panglima Nyak Makam, Lambhuk Village, Ulee Kareng District,Banda Aceh City to be precise next to the Hermes Hotel. This area has a fairlyhigh activity intensity, because the Jalan T. Panglima Nyak Makam section is thecenter of activities such as offices, schools, trade, and others. The traffic impact isalso caused by the operation of the activity center which causes a considerabletraffic generation and attraction, one of which is the Trans Studio Mall, which islocated on Jalan T. Panglima Nyak Makam, Banda Aceh City. This study aims todetermine how traffic movements due to the Trans Studio Mall Banda Aceh andto analyze road performance in existing conditions and to predict roadperformance after traffic management, calculation of road performance andintersection performance using the MKJI method (1997). Based on the results ofresearch and analysis that has been carried out the traffic performance on theexisting conditions on the TP Nyak Makam road on Saturday with the servicelevel is C, on Sundays the service level is B, while on Monday the service level inSegment I and Segment II is D and the service level in Segment III is C. For thecalculation of BPKP intersection management, the resulting BPKP intersectionservice level is D with a delay of 43 seconds. This condition occurs with a cycletime of 129 seconds in four phases. The scenario for handling part of the roadnetwork by diverting the exit of the Trans Studio Mall Banda Aceh vehicle canreduce congestion that occurs due to the road link in front of Trans Studio Mall,this is shown by the DS value before handling is 0.82 to 0.71 with the servicelevel from D to the service level C, the design of the median without openings infront of the Hermes Hotel can improve traffic management from the service levelin the average existing condition C to the road service level B. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
