No full textThe novel contains in-depth psychological aspects which the author presents in detail about the life problems of the characters which can be studied by psychoanalysis. The problems of this research are 1) How is the development of the character's personality related to imagery in the Novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen?; 2) How is the development of the character's personality related to symbols in the Novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen?; 3) How is the development of the character's personality related to real in the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen? This study aims to determine the personality development of the characters related to images, symbols and real in the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen. This study uses descriptive methods, hermeneutic data collection techniques, content analysis data analysis techniques and data validation techniques triangulation. The theory used in this research is Mana Sikana's theory (2005). The data source for this research is the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen, which has 359 pages. The results showed that the development of imaginative personality in the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen amounted to 7 data and was found in the characters Ogi Mandraguna, Randi Dhirgantara Jauhari, Arko, Gala Gentara Putra, Sania and Lecturer Sugiono. The development of personality symbols in the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen amounts to 9 data. The characters are Ogi Mandraguna, Randi Dhirgantara Jauhari (Mines), Arko, Gala Gentara Putra (Gala), Gentara Sudjatmiko (Father Gala) and Pak Jaharizal. Real personality development in the novel Kami (Not) Bachelor of Paper by J.S Khairen totals 34 data. The characters are Ogi Mandraguna, Randi Dhirgantara Jauhari, Arko, Gala Gentara Putra, Nuriati Juwisa, Sania, Catherine Aprilia, Lira Estrini, Ph.D (Bu Lira), Babe Affandi (Ogi's father), Ms Zaenab (Ogi's mother), Mpok Titis , Gentara Sudjatmiko, Juwisa's father, Miral and Lecturer Sugiono

corporate strategy. Object of research is acompany which is engaged in coal
mining industry located in the village of East Kalimantan, Langap, Malinau. The
study uses a case study approach and elaborated descriptively. Results of the
formulation of corporate strategy put forward by the authors is related
diversification strategy.
Studies conducted using several measuring tools to obtain information
needed in the formulation of a company's strategy. Measuring instrument that is
used among other Likert scale used to measure the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats faced by the company. Other measuring tools such as
SWOT matrix and the matrix SPACE is also used as an additional tool in writing.
The entire gauge is filled by the authorities PT Putra Kayan Main Coal and
processed by the author so that the conclusion strategy options that can be taken
by the author.
The results of research and discussion to provide information for the
author. Broadly speaking, the authors conclude on the value chain analysis and
analysis of key success of the company, PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
distribution channels and good procurement procedures. The results of the SWOT
analysis and matrix analysis shows SPACE PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
ability to grow in terms of operational efficiency and managerial performance
improvements and have the ability in terms of taking the opportunities that exist
within the industry and can avoid the threat from outside. Kayan PT Putra Main
Coal industry moves at a pretty interesting and has the potential to grow. So that
the whole strength of companies can be used optimally. The products produced by
PT Putra Kayan Main Coal is unique and as a base material for other industrial
users, and therefore related diversification strategy can be applied such as
opening the energy companies are expected to expand and increase market
penetration into other industries

The research was conducted with the Empirical Juridical method which is descriptive in nature. Source of data from primary data is by conducting observations and interviews directly to the management of CV. Putra Kertonatan while secondary data from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The conclusions of this study are: The form of the agreement made between the author of the book with CV. Putra Kertonatan uses a broken sale agreement. In the process of making agreements to submit books to CV. Putra kertonatan to be published in the form of Student Activity Sheets (LKS). Then the CV. Putra Kertonatan was bought at a price of Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) to the price of Rp. 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah). Design informatics navigating dynamic knowledge flows in discontinuous innovation enterprises
No full textThis paper presents the emergence of design informatics where the fields of business management and computer science merge to support profitable sustainable innovation processes. The paper chronicles the journey to find solutions to mitigate costly knowledge losses during complex product innovation processes, the recent successes and the future of this emerging field by the Environmental Design Integration Research Group at the Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper describes knowledge loss as the inability of continuous progressive flow of any necessary working knowledge for completing a task during a product’s innovation lifecycle process. These knowledge losses keep recurring thus causing unnecessary delays and costing significant losses to their respective enterprises. The author’s doctoral dissertation found the problematic sources in four operating environmental characteristics for such complex enterprises—1) having multiple sequential and concurrent workflows, 2) having discontinuous memberships in the organization overseeing each different workflow, 3) having multiple interdependent tasks between multiple workflows, and 4) having tacit regression in their working knowledge-dominant areas. Founded on these four characteristics, the author has advanced design research investigations into understanding the product development processes for successful IT/ICT integration and understanding stakeholders’ behaviour and cognition for successful collaborations. Furthermore, her investigations have expanded to understand and streamline people and processes that utilize different knowledge types and sustainable resources for successful product innovations. With reference to completed dissertations she had supervised, the author discusses the types of knowledge contributions, the dominant research methodologies conducted, and the trans-disciplinary supervisory involved. The paper concludes with explanation how these findings become the foundation for the field of Design Informatics at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper recommends on how the new field can support the Economic Transformation Programme for Malaysia in the future

The author analyzes the data for this research using descriptive methods, namely the data obtained from the company and then arranged in such a way and analyzed based on the relevant theory which can then be drawn into a conclusion. The research results put forward by the author is PT. Melindo Pratama Putra does not provide an estimate for the allowance for uncollectible accounts, so the receivables presented are too large. In calculating depreciation expense, companies use the straight-line method. The company does not make reports, notes on financial statements. From this research the writer can find out that the company has not fully implemented generally accepted accounting principles

Warehouse computerization is very important for CV Adi Putra Utama to optimize inventory recording. The focus of the analysis in this final report is on the incoming and outgoing office supplies at CV Adi Putra Utama. System comparison is done by comparing the manual system currently used with the accounting information system analyzed by the author. Based on the available data, the author identified several problems, including frequent loss of inventory data because the company still uses manual methods in folio bookkeeping. The output of this design is in the form of warehouse cards, warehouse receipt and warehouse expenditure reports, and inventory reports that support CV Adi Putra Utama's business activities

No full textThe purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of
competitive strategy of PT Kosoema Nanda Putra in textile industry by analyzing
the company internal and external factors. PT Kosoema Nanda Putra chosen as an
sample because the company is able to maintain sustainability during this tight
national textile competition. However in the middle of this dynamic change, the
company has to be able to anticipate by analyzing the internal and external factors
in order to formulate an adequate competitive strategy to conquer the competition.
Analytical method employed in this research refer to external
environmental analysis comprises of macro environmental analysis, five forces
model porter, and key success factor analysis. Meanwhile internal analysis
comprises of core competence and value chain analysis.
The research result shows that the cost leadership strategy employed by
PT. Kosoema Nanda Putra is appropriate to compete among other textile company
because of the limitation of product differentiation in textile industry. Even
though, the strategy employed is appropriate, author suggests the company should
assign special division to handle information technology to adapt current
condition of which is based on information technology. This can strengthen
company competence to compete among competitors in this tight national textile
competition

Until this time, peeling of pineapple fruit is known only through manual
tools by kitchen knife. However, later on pineapple peeler has begun to be
developed in the form of pineapple peeler manually press by using human
operator. Therefore through this research design, the author tried to ease the
peeling of pineapple peel by designing a pineapple peeler equipment which had a
larger capacity which to be more effective and efficient in pineapple peeling. This
principle of the manual pineapple peeler and cutting was worked by moving the
blades to the pineapple after cutted both of its end, then the cutted pineapple was
place parallel on the pedestal tools with the bladesdirection move by
manuallypressed. The capacity of the pineapple peeler was 139,86 kg/hour,
