No full textAccording to Francois Ricard in La generation lyrique: essai sur la vie at l'oeuvre des premiers-nes du baby-boom , the group born in Quebec during the decade immediately following the Second World War is primarily characterized by "[...] un amour eperdu de soi-meme, une confiance categorique en ses propres desirs et ses propres actions, et le sentiment d'un pouvoir illimite sur le monde [...]" (p. 8).The objective of the present research was to determine more precisely whether the first novel of writers of the lyric generation reflected the spirit particular to that generation, in what way and to what extent. In other words, the present work consisted of either confirming or invalidating Ricard's hypothesis by analysing it in the light of the literary works themselves.Twenty-three novels were chosen according to the year of their publication (1967--1975) and the age of the authors at the time of publication (between 21 and 31 years).An analysis of the works clearly confirmed Ricard's intuition: egocentricity and introspection, revolution and reinvention of literary style and narcissism were consistently present in the novels studied. These characteristics stem from a clear dominance of the autodiegetic narration style, the control of elements of time and space by the narrator, who is often personally identifiable with the author and finally from an upheaval of scriptural standards. The thematic of the style of writing as an outlet, a pleasure or an experimentation is ever present. The narrators themselves dominate the stage and their narcissistic personalities are evident throughout

No full textAs the Eurozone debt crisis reaches a turning point, this Policy Brief argues for a more organised intervention by the ECB to stop contagion through the creation of a quantitative easing programme, coupled with a political agreement among member states on a more federalist budget for the Eurozone.
The roots of this crisis and how institutions have repeated some of the mistakes of the Argentine crisis, both in 1998 and 2010, are considered in this paper. The author analyses the reasons why the ECB should start a quantitative easing programme to contain government bond yields, and shows that it can be done with limited impact on inflation targeting policies. The importance of reinforcing the new policy announced by the ECB, which has lain rather dormant during the Eurozone crisis, is also highlighted as a pre-condition for a broader political agreement on more harmonised fiscal policies and to stabilise market conditions. Valiante finds that responses should be organised on three levels: institutional competences, monetary policy support, and fiscal policy coordination

realización de sus prácticas profesionales e intenta describir los procesos de las funciones
principales del área de compras con el fin de identificar las oportunidades de mejora en sus
procesos internos. La problemática u opción de mejora encontrada se identificó gracias al
diagnóstico realizado tanto al interior como el exterior del área y de la empresa, bajo la herramienta
de análisis DOFA. Se identificaron diferentes problemas en los procesos del área, estos podían ser
debidos a los procesos internos de la compañía o también por factores externos relacionados con el
entorno que actualmente se está viviendo a nivel mundial. Se logro agrupar estos diferentes
problemas en función del tiempo gastado en una sola solicitud de compra, donde la solución que se
busca es la implementación de herramientas ERP. Esta investigación es de tipo cualitativa
utilizando herramientas de recolección de datos como la observación participante y las entrevistas
semiestructuradas. Estas herramientas permiten relacionar lo vivido por el estudiante y la
percepción de diferentes sujetos de investigación en diferentes niveles jerárquicos de la empresa. De
esta manera se puede esclarecer sesgos que puedan existir por falta de información del autor.This research document is based on the experiences lived by the author during the performance of
his professional practices and tries to describe the processes of the main functions of the purchasing
area in order to identify the opportunities for improvement in its internal processes. The problem or
improvement option found was identified thanks to the diagnosis made both inside and outside the
area and the company, under the DOFA analysis tool. Different problems were identified in the
processes of the area, these could be due to the company's internal processes or also to external
factors related to the environment that is currently being experienced worldwide. It was possible to
group these different problems based on the time spent in a single purchase request, where the
solution sought is the implementation of ERP tools. This research is of a qualitative type using data
collection tools such as participant observation and semi-structured interviews. These tools make it
possible to relate what the student experienced and the perception of different research subjects at
different hierarchical levels of the company. In this way, biases that may exist due to lack of

No full textThis article makes a few reflections on philosophy as a professional activity both
at college and high-school level, taking as reference two conceptions of Eastern
philosophy. The first corresponds to Indian philosophy in general, as it was
understood by Heinrich Zimmer; the second, to Tibetan Buddhism, as understood
and practiced by Matthieu Ricard. With both conceptions as references, some
professional aspects of Western philosophy are criticized, valuing those elements
of Indian philosophy that – according to the author – are required in Western
philosophy.Dieser Artikel stellt eine Reihe von Überlegungen zur Philosophie als berufliche
Tätigkeit sowohl auf College- als auch auf High-School-Ebene vor und bezieht
sich dazu auf zwei Begriffe der östlichen Philosophie. Der erste entspricht der
indischen Philosophie im Allgemeinen, wie sie von Heinrich Zimmer verstanden
wurde; der zweite entstammt dem tibetischen Buddhismus, wie er von Matthieu
Ricard verstanden und praktiziert wird. Mit beiden Konzepten als Referenzen
werden einige professionelle Aspekte der westlichen Philosophie kritisiert und
diejenigen Elemente der indischen Philosophie gewertet, die nach Ansicht des
Autors in der westlichen Philosophie erforderlich sind.Este artículo hace una serie de reflexiones acerca de la filosofía como actividad
profesional en la universidad y en el colegio, tomando como referencia dos
concepciones de la filosofía oriental. La primera corresponde a la filosofía de la
India en general, según la entendió Heinrich Zimmer; la segunda, al budismo
tibetano, según lo comprende y practica Matthieu Ricard. Con ambas
concepciones como referentes se realiza una crítica a ciertos aspectos de la
