In particular this quick scan addresses the question whether there are segments in this sector with a low ML and TF risk. This question has been raised in the fourth EU directive on money laundering and terrorist financing.In het bijzonder tracht deze quick scan antwoord te geven op de vraag of er segmenten in de kansspelsector zijn, waar de aard en omvang van de genoemde risico's laag zijn. De reden voor deze vraag is dat vanaf 26 juni 2017 de vierde EU richtlijn inzake de voorkoming van het gebruik van het financiële stelsel voor het witwassen van geld of terrorismefinanciering moet zijn geïmplementeerd. Alle segmenten van de kansspelsector dienen dan aan de verplichtingen uit deze richtlijn te voldoen. Doggett, president of Springfield College, asked that Van Bommel be contacted. The letter informs Van Bommel that the money he sent was received.Dirk J. Van Bommel graduated from Springfield College in 1911. After graduation, he worked as a secretary for the International Committee in Constantinople. In 1920, Springfield College awarded him an honorary Master of Humanics. Two years later, Van Bommel was hired as secretary to the National Council in Turkey. He died on November 9, 1953

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
