    No full text
This thesis comprises:(i) A biography of Marc-Claude de Buttet (1529-1531?- 1586), intended to bring up to date the previous mostcomprehensive biography by François Mugnier (1896).(ii) A critical edition of Buttet's major sonnet sequence, L'Amalthee (1575). This is preceded by a literary study which evaluates the principalcharacteristics, trends and influences apparent in the work, and aims to clarify Buttet's place in the literary history of the Renaissance. This edition is accompanied by a footnote commentary, a list of incipit, an index of proper names, a glossary, and appendices containing those compositions in the first edition of the sonnet sequence (1560) which were excluded from the 1575 edition.(iii) A bibliography of all works known to be by Buttet, or attributed to him.

In the present paper we expound the concept of semi-self-translation, with which we aim to reflect the great diversity of self-translation in which the translator is offered other people's collaboration. After analyzing the concept of collaboration with respect to allograph translation and to selftranslation, we contend the convenience of not fusing the concepts of allograph translation with author's collaboration and self-translation with allograph collaboration, the latter being associated with semi-self-translation. In addition, we describe five modalities of semi-self-translation: i) self-translation in collaboration with an allograph translator; ii) self-translation revised by an allograph translator; iii) allograph translation revised by the author; iv) self-translation in collaboration with a relative; and v) allograph translation by a relative or a friend of the author

The objective of the study is to analyze the scientific literature related to satisfaction in online courses. Through a bibliometric analysis, articles published from 2009 to 2014 relating to the terms "satisfaction" and "online courses" were found in the research base Web of Science. 25 articles were analyzed using the criteria: (i) countries of publications; (ii) authors; (iii) amount of publications per author; (iv) number of citations in the research base; (v) content; (vi) methodology; (vii) variables of satisfaction measurement (viii) conclusions; (ix) suggestions for future research. The results showed a concentration of US research on the topic and a preponderance of quantitative methods of data collection and analysis. The variables most connected to online course satisfaction were: the student / teacher interaction, the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the behavioral characteristics of students such as self-confidence and anxiety. In general, the articles indicated that the speed and quality of feedback provided by teachers, environment with good instructional design and self-confidence to study alone and use technology are fundamental to the satisfaction of students in online courses

Paussus brancuccii sp.nov., an unusually abundant species of the Paussus jousselinii group from Laos and South China (Coleoptera, Carabidae, Paussinae, Paussini)

    No full text
A new myrmecophilous species of flanged bombardier beetles is described from northeastern Laosand China (Guangxi), Paussus brancuccii sp.nov. This species stands out from other members of the Paussusjousselinii group and most other Paussines by the large number of specimens available for study from onesingle locality. The long series allows an assessment of the variability of the shape of the antennal club. Somespecimens were collected together with the possible host ants Tetramorium sp. and Pheidole sp. (Myrmicinae)

Disciplinas jurídicas en revistas españolas. Un repertorio bibliográfico (1836-1935)

Repertoire and selection of references consisting of more than 1600 individual references that were published in Spanish law journals between 1836 and 1935. The fundamental criterion for the organisation of the material was the attribution of each reference to a specific legal discipline or area of interest. The aims of this repertoire are: i) to present references that are largely unknown and/or scarcely worked in historiography; ii) to provide data to researchers when they are looking for a legal concept or institution of their interest, thus leading them to find primary sources; iii) to present references when inquiring about a specific author; iv) to provide data on how a legal book was received in its historical moment through the reviews and commentaries of the period covered; iv) to provide references on the study and teaching of a legal discipline and on legal studies in general.
