Supervision which has been run by BNN Pekanbaru in performing its functions as a designated agency to tackle drug abuse in the city of Pekanbaru has been going well , but there are some indicators that still have not been able to run well . Indicators of employment report could not walk properly because the BNN reporting directly down the center of spaciousness that BNN Pekanbaru not have a concrete statement about the problem of drug abuse in the city of Pekanbaru . In the absence of such reports affect performance in terms of Pekanbaru City BNN supervision . According to Griffin supervision is part of the management function that seeks to predefined plans can be achieved effectively and efficiently , in the process of supervision Griffin has set the standard three steps are set standards , conduct assessments, and conduct corrective action. This study is a descriptive qualitative approach in which the author describes the supervision of BNN in tackling drug abuse in Pekanbaru and the factors that influence the control of drug abuse . Data collection technique is by interview and observation by using purposive sampling method . Key informants in this study is Kasubbag BNN Pekanbaru City Administration . The results of the study authors was an oversight that has been run by BNN Pekanbaru City in exercising its functions as an agency that oversees drug abuse in Pekanbaru has been going well but there are some indicators that are still not maximized because supervision is not done routinely and uniformly in all circles so much abuse drugs in the city of Pekanbaru .Keywords : Monitoring , Drug

No full textThis study aimed to determined and analyze the performance of the functions of the HeadOffice of assignment in fostering RT/RW in political district administered by a village chief KotaBaru subdistrict Pekanbaru Kota and for to find out the factors that inhibit the function of the HeadOffice of assignment in fostering RT/RW in political district administered by a village chief KotaBaru subdistrict Pekanbaru Kota.This research method using qualitative and quantitative methods. This type of reseacrh thatwill be used is survey research. The sample withdrawal tecnique used in this study the author thereare technique for the population census, head of authors use census given limited population, as wellas the withdrawal of sample RT and RW that is in the location of research using census technique.These result indicate that the functions of the Head Office of assignment in fostering RT/RWin political district administered by a village chief Kota Baru subdistrict Pekanbaru Kota for a goodresponse to the complainant as 6 person or 24% of the respondents. Dinas Kebersihan dan Tata Kota Pekanbaru Not yet optimal to implement the Perda Pekanbaru No. 8 of 2014, especially Article 40. Therefore researchers want to review the implementation and inhibiting factors of implementation of article 40 of Local Regulation No. 8 Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research included into qualitative and quantitative research with descriptive approach, of which the sample of research is 74 people, where 2 people as key informants, 14 people as informants, and 58 people as respondents.Based on research results, that: (1) implementation of Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 08 Year 2014 on Waste Management is a guideline or basis in handling garbage by Sanitation and Garden Service of Pekanbaru City, but for article 40 has not been implemented, because the existing community forum is still limited to RW scope, ie LKM-RW. Where the LKM-RW is only tasked to quote garbage levies, not seek and provide solutions in handling waste problems as contained in pasa 40 Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 08 of 2014 on the Community Forum Peduli Sampah; (2) the inhibiting factor in the implementation of article 40 of Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 08 of 2014 on the Community Forum for Garbage Concern is the lack of socialization of the regulation by the Head of Service, the secretary of the Department to subordinates or the sections and sections in the Sanitation and Gardening Agency of Pekanbaru City, To the community is hampered, although there are planning activities for the formation of Community Forum Peduli Sampah before, but the realization has not existed until now. The problem is how to optimize the role of the Integrated Administrative Services Sub-district to improve the quality of public services in accordance with the expectations of society as a customer in order to realize the Good Local Government, to review the case in Indragiri Hulu. As a service center, in the sense that the future sub-districts are expected to provide services to the community proportionally based on the criteria and sub-district scale in the field of licensing and non-licensing. The purpose of this study was to determine the assignment of authority district head in Subdistrict Administrative Services Integrated especially in Sub Sand Turtle Indragiri Hulu Year 2013. In this study, the concept used refers to the Minister of Home Affairs No. 4 of 2010 on Guidelines for Integrated Administrative Services Sub-district. This study used a descriptive study using a qualitative method approach. In the data collection techniques researchers used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the task of the authority of the district head Subdistrict Administrative Services Integrated especially in Sub Sand Turtle Indragiri Hulu Year 2013 has been carried out quite well. For facilities that are expected to carry out the operations, both in quality and quantity, especially computer and printer facilities to support services in the District Patents Sand Turtle.
