No full textThe priority in building a mosque is very important because as a place of worship for Muslims, there are still many mosques that do not apply the principles of Islamic architecture both in terms of the application of the interior and exterior of the building. - Rules of the Qur'an and Hadith The research method of this journal uses a qualitative research method by collecting observational data, namely observing and recording signs that occur in a location. Analysis of a matter in the application of the rules of the 10 mosques observed that there are three mosques that are not appropriate accordance with the rules of Islamic architecture. The results of observations of mosques in the city of Kendari have a shape and appearance that tend to use tiered roofs with the addition of stainless cubes as an architectural feature. Observations show that the mosque has a relatively long building age but its shape changes are still maintained

This type of research used in this study is Observational Research or empirical sociological law research. Because in this study the writer goes down to the location or place of research. This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana and Kelayang Jaya Cooperative, Indragiri Hulu Regency, while Population and Sample are all parties related to this problem, the data sources used are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data, data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and literature study.
From the results of the study there are three things that can be concluded. First, the cooperation agreement that was applied at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana and Koperasi Kelayang Jaya are legally valid and do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations, but in terms of fulfillment of rights and obligations, especially regarding profit sharing where the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative feels disadvantaged over profit sharing that is not in accordance with what has been promised. In Article 2 which regulates the pattern of cooperation and in the third point the profit sharing is clearly stated that the First Party in this case the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative is entitled to receive a profit of 35%, but in fact the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative often receive a profit of 35%, this is clearly contrary to what has been promised. Second, the obstacles that arise in the implementation of production sharing agreements between the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative with PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana, such as the rights of the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative, were not granted in accordance with what was promised, the lack of good faith on the part of the company, the lack of awareness and understanding of the public about the importance ofan agreement and so on. Third, efforts that can be made by the Kelayang Jaya Cooperative related to revenue sharing that is not in accordance with what has been agreed is through a deliberation to reach consensus, but apparently these efforts did not reach an agreement, then it can be resolved through the Court in this case in accordance with the District Court selected by the parties in the agreement

This study used a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. The author uses the method of path analysis with the SPSS version 25. The results of this study shows that service quality and complaint handling have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on user loyalty, complaint handling and user satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on user loyalty, user satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of service quality on user loyalty, and user satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of complaint handling on the loyalty of Bibit application users sharia mutual fund investment in the millennial generation in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pengguna dengan kepuasan pengguna sebagai variabel intervening pada generasi milenial di Jakarta sebagai pengguna aplikasi Bibit reksa dana syariah. Surya Agrolika Mutual From the results of this study the authors concluded that there were still rights workers who have not been properly fulfilled. As well as legal protection provided still not in accordance with the law, on the protection of safety and health of PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa is still negligent in its implementation like the lack of safety equipment that is given to workers, often first aid drug, there is no medical personnel or health clinics close with the factory area, and there are still many workers who do not understand or understand about labor law

No full textPenelitian ini didasarkan pada persoalan karakter kedisiplinan yang berakibat pada perubahan mentalitas siswa-siswa yang berada di Kabupaten Lebak. Maraknya kekerasan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan seperti tawuran antar siswa, kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada siswa, bullying merupakan salah satu ciri merosotnya karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh para pelaksana di dunia pendidikan. Cara yang dianggap dapat menjadi solusi terbaik dari permasalahan ini yaitu dengan cara menerapkan pendidikan karakter kepada siswa sejak dini. Namun yang jadi pertanyaan, apakah tenaga kependidikan kita sudah mampu untuk menerapkannya di sekolah?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi atau penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin belajar melalui kegiatan pembiasaan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Pajagan Kecamatan Sajira Kabupaten Lebak dilaksanakan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan wajar, mendalam dan mendetail tentang segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan subjek penelitian. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah dan guru kelas yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Pajagan, siswa dan orang tua siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Pajagan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan hasil penelitian ini meliputi: Latar belakang pendidikan karakter disiplin belajar diterapkan di sekolah karena guru menyadari bahwa pembentukan karakter disiplin selalu berbanding lurus dengan keberhasilan siswa di masa yang akan datang. Secara umum hampir semua guru mampu menerapkan pendidikan berkarakter dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehari-hari, namun hanya sedikit guru yang mampu secara konsisten untuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah dan dampak pembiasaan pendidikan karakter terhadap siswa Sekolah Dasar negeri 2 Pajagan telah berhasil menenemkan nilai-nilai dasar seperti tepat waktu, tertib, saling menghormati, dan sebagainya. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian ini penulis kemukakan saran yang ditunjukan kepada berbagai pihak. Bagi kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Pajagan diharapkan ikut mengawasi jalannya penerapan budaya sekolah, jadi penerapannya tidak hanya dibebankan kepada guru saja, bagi guru, hendaknya terus mengembangkan pengetahuannya dalam bidang pendidikan berkarakter dengan cara membaca buku sumber, mengikuti pelatihan, seminar dan sebagainya.
The study was based on the character issue discipline which consequently changes the mentality of the students who are in Lebak district. The rise of violence in the world of education as fighting between students, violence perpetrated by teachers to students, bullying is one of the characteristic decline of characters that must be owned by the executive in the world of education. Ways that are considered to be the best solution of this problem is by way of implementing character education to students from an early age. But the question is, whether educators we have been able to implement it in schools? The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of implementation or application of the discipline of character education learned through habituation Public Elementary School students 2 Pajagan Sajira Lebak District implemented. The author uses a qualitative approach to the naturalistic study conducted with a reasonable, depth and detail about everything related to the research subject. Sources of data in this study were principals and classroom teachers who teach in the Public Elementary School 2 Pajagan, students and parents of elementary school students Pajagan State 2. Collecting data in this study with observation and interviews. Data analysis was conducted in three phases, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The findings of this research include: educational background character discipline of learning applied in school because teachers realize that the formation of the character of discipline is always directly proportional to the success of students in the future. In general, almost all teachers are able to implement character education in learning activities of everyday life, but only a few teachers who are consistently able to implement character education in all teaching and learning activities in schools and the impact of character education habituation to elementary school students 2 Pajagan have managed instill basic values such as timely, orderly, mutual respect, and so on. Based on the findings of this study the authors pointed advice addressed to various parties. For the head of the State Primary School 2 Pajagan are expected to supervise the implementation of the school culture, so its application not only be left to the teachers, for teachers, should continue to develop their knowledge in the field of character education by reading a book source, training, seminars and so on

Indonesia (MAMI) in the mutual fund industry in Indonesia, has three objectives,
first, to identify the factors that inhibit MAMI mutual fund�s increase in total asset
under management. Second, to analyze the strategies that already applied by MAMI
to win the competition and the third is to identify the fittest strategies to raise its
position as the market leader in the Indonesia�s mutual fund industry. The research
results are expected to give an overview and an useful inputs to MAMI�s management
to develop a strategic plan for the future.
The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary
datas are coming from observation activity and numerous interviews with the board
of directors and senior management of MAMI which covered internal and external
environment of the company. As for the secondary, the author use public data
available from Financial Service Authority (OJK), Infovesta and various news
related to mutual fund from online and printed media. Those datas are processed
with industry characteristic analysis, five forces analysis, key success factors, SWOT
analysis and competitive strategy.
The research�s result show that MAMI�s strategy to increase their mutual
fund�s asset under management already in line with the author. However, author is
expect MAMI to develop new ways in marketing and sales activities as well as
increasing the human resource capabilities which determine MAMI�s ability to
manage the mutual funds
