No full textKetidakseimbangan beban pada suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik selalu terjadi dan penyebab ketidakseimbangan tersebut adalah pada beban-beban satu fasa pada pelanggan jaringan tegangan rendah. Akibat dari ketidakseimbangan beban tersebut adalah munculnya arus di netral trafo. Arus yang mengalir di netral trafo ini menyebabkan terjadinya losses (rugi-rugi), yaitu losses akibat adanya arus netral pada penghantar netral trafo dan losses akibat arus netral yang mengalir ke tanah. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa bila terjadi ketidakseimbangan beban yang besar, maka arus netral yang muncul juga semakin besar, akibatnya losses yang terjadi akan semakin besar pula

PT.Lintas Samudra Borneo Line adalah perusahaan pelayaran yang
berkantorkan di Kalimantan Selatan. Salah satu armadanya MT FERY XII
sebagai kapal tanker yang mengangkut solar.
Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menerangkan tinjauan pustaka yang
berisi tentang teori-teori yang mendukung terhadap faktor-faktor yang mendukung
harmonisasi untuk mendukung kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Upaya dan usaha
untuk menciptakan suasana yang harmonis dengan: fokus penelitian dan alternatif
upaya penyelesaian permasalahan, serta definisi oprasional.
Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis
menggunakan metode kualitatif, serta pengumpulan data secara observasi yang
penulis lakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung objek penelitian, melakukan
wawancara dengan sejumlah crew dan didukung dengan metode dokumentasi
agar penelitian lebih akurat.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa penulis
menguraikan tentang hasil-hasil yang diperoleh selama dilaksanakannya
penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah dan upaya yang harus
dilakukan untuk menciptakan suasana harmonis untuk mendukung kinerja yang
efektif dan efisiensi awak kapal yang bekerja di atas kapal. Dalam hal ini
pimpinan kapal harus memiliki terobosan-terobosan untuk menciptakan suasana
tersebut, sehingga suasana yang diinginkan dapat terwujud dan efektif dan efisien
dalam pekerjaan tercapai.

Marine Fuel Oil.
In this thesis writing, the writer explain literature review which consist of
supporting theories in supporting harmonization factors for supporting effective
and efficient work. Efforts to create a harmonious atmosphere with : research
focus and alternative efforts to solve problems and operational definitions.
Related to that things, in the writing of this thesis the writer use qualitative
method, and observational data collection by the author by observing the research
object directly, conducting interview with crews and supporting with
documentation method for accurate research.
According to the research, it can be seen that, knowing that the writer tells
about results which are from helding of the result, that is for knowing steps and
effort that must to do to create the harmonious situation to support the effective
and efficient work the crew of the ship which work in ship. In this situation the
leader of the ship must have idea to create that situation, so the situation can be
realized and the effective and efficent work can be reach

The purpose of this study, reveals the structural elements of the novel and moral values contained in the novel The Secret of Cartensz, which the author wants to convey to the readers of the novel The Secret of Cartensz. The Secret of Cartensz novel tells the story of a young man's expedition with his team in the Jaya Wijaya Mountains. The Secret of Cartensz's novel is rich in moral values. The problem in this research is how the structural elements contained in the novel The Secret of Cartensz and the moral values contained in the novel The Secret of Cartensz through a review of literary sociology. The author uses two analytical methods in this study. First, the analysis of intrinsic elements, especially characters, plot, and setting with a fictional structure approach. Second, the analysis of moral values found in the novel The Secret of Cartensz through a review of literary sociology.
The results of structural analysis in this study are as follows. There are eleven characters in the the novel The Secret of Cartensz. The eleven figures are Krisna, Abdul, Dendy, Rinjani, Fay, Salabai, Robert Standford, Big Pappy, Arnold, Rita, and Tobo. The flow in the novel The Secret of Cartensz has five stages, namely the stage of settlement, the stage of conflict arising, the stage of increasing conflict, the stage of climax, and the stage of resolution. The setting in the novel The Secret of Cartensz is mostly in the Jaya Wijaya Mountains. The time setting contained in The Secret of Cartensz Novel is illustrated in the morning, afternoon, evening and night. The social setting in the novel The Secret of Cartensz is depicted through bars that are identical to alcoholic drinks and good communication skill with local people using local languages.

No full textThe unbalanced load in electric power distribution system always happen and it is caused by single phase loads on low voltage system. The effect of the unbalanced load is appear as a neutral current. These neutral current cause losses, those are losses caused by neutral current in neutral conductor on distribution transformers and losses caused by neutral current flows to ground. In conclusion, when high unbalanced load happened (28,67%), then the neutral current that appear is also high (118,6 A), ultimately the losses that caused by the neutral current flows to ground will be high too (8,62%).

Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana upaya Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota untuk menanggulangi overbelasting laporan/pengaduan tndak pidana di wilayah hukum Polres Tegal Kota dan bagaimana hambatan Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota dalam menanggulangi overbelasting laporan/pengaduan tndak pidana di wilayah hukum Polres Tegal Kota. Tujuan penulis meneliti permasalahan tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui upaya Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota untuk menanggulangi overbelasting laporan/pengaduan tndak pidana di wilayah hukum Polres Tegal Kota, dan untuk menganalisis hambatan Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota dalam menanggulangi overbelasting laporan/pengaduan tndak pidana di wilayah hukum Polres Tegal Kota.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan karakteristik deskriptif-preskrptif yang bersumber pada data sekunder, meliputi : bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Data sekunder ini meliputi bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan tertier yang diperoleh dengan cara studi kepustakaan, kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis hukum.
Upaya Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota Untuk Menanggulangi Overbelasting Laporan/Pengaduan Tindak Pidana Di Wilayah Hukum Polres Tegal Kota : Program pencegahan dan pengendalian; Program penataan kelembagaan dan penegakan hukum; Program peningkatan peranan masyarakat; Pendekatan formal melalui intens menerbitkan Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyidikan (SP2HP). Hambatan Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Tegal Kota dalam Menanggulangi Overbelasting Laporan/pengaduan Tindak Pidana di Wilayah Hukum Polres Tegal Kota, adalah : Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang belum mumpuni untuk melaksanakan tugasnya selaku penyelidik dan penyidik; Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai terkait dengan perkembangan kejahatan saat ini yang hampir semua kejahatan berbasiskan pada teknologi informasi; Upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan profesionalisme Penyidik dalam penegakan hukum di wilayah hukum Polres Tegal Kota adalah tidak ada upaya apa-apa; Kemahiran/keterampilan dan pengetahuan Penyidik melaksanakan tugasnya selaku penyelidik maupun penyidik diperoleh atas otodidak, belajar atau bertanya sama senior, atau mendasarkan pada hasil pemikiran-pemikiran personil penyidik yang bersangkutan.

The problem studied is how the efforts of the Tegal City Police Criminal Investigation Unit to deal with overbelasting of criminal reports / complaints in the City Tegal Police jurisdiction and how the City Tegal Criminal Police Criminal Investigation Unit inhibits the overbelasting of criminal reports / complaints in the City of Tegal Police. The purpose of the author examines the problem is to determine the efforts of the City Tegal Police Criminal Investigation Unit to tackle criminal overbelasting reports / complaints in the City of Tegal Police jurisdiction, and to analyze the obstacles of the City Tegal Police Criminal Investigation Unit in tackling the overbelasting of crime report / complaints in the region Tegal City law police.
This type of research is normative legal research with a statutory approach with descriptive-prespective characteristics that are sourced from secondary data, including: primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This secondary data includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary materials obtained by means of literature study, then analyzed by legal analysis.
The Efforts of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tegal City Police to Overcome the Reporting / Complaints of Criminal Acts in the Tegal City Police Jurisdiction: Prevention and Control Programs; Institutional and law enforcement structuring program; Program for increasing the role of the community; Formal approach through intense issuance of Notification of Progress of Investigation (SP2HP). Obstacles of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tegal City Police in Overcoming the Reporting / Complaints of Criminal Acts in the Legal District of the Tegal City Police, are: Quality of human resources (HR) that have not been qualified to carry out their duties as investigators and investigators; Inadequate facilities and infrastructure related to the current development of crime which almost all crimes are based on information technology; Efforts to improve the ability and professionalism of investigators in law enforcement in the area of the Tegal City Police Resort are no effort at all; Expertise / skills and knowledge Investigators carry out their duties as investigators and investigators obtained by self-taught, study or ask questions with seniors, or base on the results of the investigative personnel concerned.

Aplikasi Biling Hotspot Internet Prabayar Menggunakan SMS Autoresponder
No full textCommunity needs to access the Internet has increased along with increasing community needs for information. Ease of
accessing the Internet in open place or public area is an advantage for a commercial Internet service providers such as Internet
cafes, therefore it is required a system to calculate the cost of Internet use that are reliable and can accommodate those needs.
Conventional Internet access billing system, generally require the installation on the client and the adjustment back to the
operating system used by the client and the use of internet access should always be supervised by the operator, making it less
flexible to be implemented in public areas using hotpsot. By making some modifications to the open source captive portal
software NoCat and Gammu SMS Gateway it can produce an Internet hotspot billing application that uses Web-based prepaid
payment mechanism through the deposit balance. The design of Internet applications billing hospot using SMS autoresponder
will use modeling diagrams UML (Unified Modeling Language) to model the processes of the system being designed. These
processes are then used to determine the needs of the system to be built. With an Internet hotspot prepaid billing application
using SMS autoresponder is expected to enhance the user experience to access the Internet in public areas, and users can freely
use their respective computer devices.
