Metodologi Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum Karya Luthfie Abdullah Ismail
No full textTafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum karya Luthfie Abdullah Ismail merupakan salah satu tafsir dengan corak hukum atau fiqih yang sangat ringkas dan mudah dipahami. Hal ini dikarenakan penafsirannya yang cenderung tidak menggunakan pendapat baik dari ulama tafsir maupun ulama fiqih. Munculnya penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh metodologi tafsir yang digunakan oleh Luthfie Abdullah Ismail dalam menafsirkan Alquran. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisa metodologi yang digunakan Luthfie Abdullah Ismail dalam menafsirkan Alquran dan karakteristik yang dihasilkan dalam kitab Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum. Karenanya, fokus penelitian ini adalah memperoleh jawaban seputar: 1) Bagaimana metodologi yang digunakan Luthfie Abdullah Ismail dalam menafsirkan kitab Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum?, dan 2) Bagaimana karakteristik dari kitab Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum karya Luthfie Abdullah Ismail?
Model penelitian yang saat ini digunakan adalah kualitatif, yang mana dalam segi penyajiannya menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan analisis. Penelitian ini berobjek pada penafsiran Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu library research, yaitu menitikberatkan terhadap literatur-literatur baik primer maupun sekunder. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini memberikan jawaban bahwa: 1) kitab Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum karya Luthfie Abdullah Ismail menggunakan metode yang di mana ada empat hal terkait metodologi tafsir, yaitu a) Metode yang digunakan adalah maudhu’i, b) Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum karya Luthfie Abdullah Ismail dalam menafsirkan Alquran menggunakan sumber dari Alquran dan hadis-hadis shahih, c) Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum cenderung atau lebih dominan tafsir bentuk bi al-ma’tsur (riwayat), d) Dari segi corak tafsir jelas dari sebuah judul dan isi penafsirannya yakni corak fiqih atau hukum. Kemudian, 2) Dalam Tafsir Ayat-ayat Hukum yang menjadikan karakteristik tafsir ini ialah tafsir ini sangat ringkas dan mudah dipahami, menafsirkan dan menetapkan hukum dengan menggunakan sumber Alquran dan hadis, tidak menggunakan argumen madzhab meskipun coraknya tafsir fiqih, praktis dan sistematis dalam menjelaskan kandungan Alquran, dan tidak adanya catatan kaki dan daftar pustaka sebagai tinjauan referensi yang digunakan
Trade Performance of Fruit and Vegetable Industry in Selected ASEAN Countries
No full textThis paper examines the trade performance for thirteen commodities in the fruit and vegetable industry in relation to that of selected ASEAN countries (Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand), based on Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) indicator. The analysis shows that Singapore has comparative advantage in 5 commodities (ground-nuts, hazelnuts, plums, apricots and walnuts), Philippines has comparative advantage in 3 commodities (tomatoes nes prepared or preserved, tomatoes whole or in peaces and cherries), Thailand and Malaysia has comparative advantage in 2 commodities (citrus fruits, fruit and vegetable juice, and tomatoes and apple juice, respectively) while Indonesia has comparative advantage in 1 commodity (cashew nuts). Malaysia has comparative advantage only in tomatoes and apple juice but comparative disadvantage in other commodities such as cashew nuts, walnuts and fruit and vegetable juice. The RCA index for apple juice in Malaysia is increasing over the years 2000 to 2006 indicating improvement in comparative advantage. Cet article traite de deux éminentes personnalités du monde des Lettres malaises, qui ont travaillé en étroite collaboration à Singapour, dans les années 1830 et 1840. Le premier, Abdullah bin Abdulkadir connut le succès comme la gloire dès le début de sa carrière. Son autobiographie, Hikayat Abdullah ainsi que ses autres œuvres sont toujours lues et appréciées à l'heure actuelle. Le second, le Bugis Husin Bin Ismail - sans doute le scribe le plus productif en manuscrits malais - demeure beaucoup moins connu. Un examen de leur graphies respectives pourrait conduire à résoudre l'énigme des «deux» Hikayat Abdullah conservées aujourd'hui en Nouvelle-Zélande.

She paints women who are bold, strong, and determined. She almost exclusively paints voluptuous female bodies in the nude to provide an alternative feminist narrative on the subject, reclaiming it from the ‘male gaze’ that defines the female body only as sexual or lewd or shameful or virginal. This piece was created in direct response to what I see in how the nation is feeling right now. Not the fear, not the anxiety, not the anger. But rising above all of that, against all odds, I see love, I see strength, and I see courage. Now more than ever, we need to see ourselves only as a nation of humans. And none of us is safe unless we are all safe. In our darkest hour, I believe we have the capacity to dig deep, and find the courage to hold on to our humanity. We will overcome
