No full textLaporan ini terbahagi kepada beberapa bahagian dan dimulakan dengan latar belakang syarikat dan latar belakang projek pembinaan. TSP Numumwah Sdn. Bhd. merupakan syarikat yang terlibat secara langsung bagi projek ini. Penglibatan TSP Numumwah Sdn. Bhd. di dalam pembinaan semenjak tahun 1985 lagi sebagai kontraktor pembinaan kelas 'D' dengan nama TSP Cahaya. Syarikat ini telah menubuhkan syarikat Sdn. Bhd. Untuk mendaftar kontraktor kelas 'A'. Kos projek ini bernilai RM 6,711,840.00. Tarikh milik tapak ialah pada 10 Ogos 2009 dan dijangka siap pada 28 November 2010. Hasil pemerhatian penulis mendapati bahan-bahan seperti konkrit, batu-bata, batu-baur, kayukayan, besi tetulang dan mortar. Pembaziran bahan-bahan binaan ini kebanyakan disebabkan sikap pekerja yang tidak bertanggungjawab dalam penggunaan bahan binaan. Selain itu, antara kesan-kesan lain ialah seperti sistem pengurusan kurang teratur, aktiviti jenayah, tempat penyimpanan bahan yang kurang sesuai dan lebihan stok. Namun demikian, untuk mengatasi masalah ini pelbagai langkah diambil oleh pihak kontraktor seperti memantau aktiviti kerja dan menghadkan kemasukan pekerja tidak mahir

Program diadakan di zoo negara, Ampang Selangor dan dianjurkan oleh pelajar Semester 5 ADM599 kursus Etika Korporat (Kelas A, B, C, D, E) Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Korporat (Kepujian) Fakulti Sains Pentadbiran dan Pengajian Polisi UiTM Seremban 3. Ia dilaksanakan secara fizikal dan ianya disertai oleh 137 orang yang terdiri daripada pelajar semester 5 Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Korporat dan 4 orang pegawai pengiring dari kalangan pensyarah iaitu Puan Farihah binti Hassan, Encik Mohd Faiz bin Ismail, Dr. Mohamed Fajil Abd Batau dan Puan Norashikin binti Mohd Mokhtar. NUTELLA NUTBALL COOKIE BY FAIZ is a business that have been registered in the e-Commerce domain, which sells Nutella nutball cookie as their product. The business established since April 2021 in Ranau, Sabah with the goal of to provide great satisfaction to their customers and clients with everyday fresh baked cookies.
The current bakery product trend such as cookies offered by numerous of bakers are usually bad in textures and inconsistent in their flavours, quality, textures, and taste. NUTELLA NUTBALL COOKIE BY FAIZ saw this as an opportunity to provide something fresher cookie as well as consistent in terms of flavours, quality, textures, and taste with our everyday baked Nutella nutball cookies. We are able to provide new flavour cookie as well that still rare in the market which is the combination of Nutella and almond nuts in the cookie ingredients. Hence, Nutella nutball cookie as our main product.
As mentioned earlier, NUTELLA NUTBALL COOKIE BY FAIZ utilises Facebook as their main platform to promote its business. In our official Facebook page, we develop and use three main ways of posting and copywriting on the Facebook page which is, teaser posts, soft sell posts, as well as hard sell posts. Teaser post are post that only reveal few and little information about any products, promotions, or collaboration on the business. Mainly in our business, teaser posts are used to exposed to the end consumer about our product launching to increase its hype before it is officially launched and available for sale. Soft sell posts are subtle advertisements that remind the end consumer that our product exist and give awareness about the product sold. On the contrary, hard sell posts are more aggressive posts to sell our products and usually it will take an immediate action for the end consumer to buy the product.
Eventually, NUTELLA NUTBALL COOKIE BY FAIZ had started off quite competent since its first established on April 2021 and are planning to expand more both in short term and long term. In a short term, we plan to expand our product offered which will be more variety in the future. We hope for research and development activities before proceeding into new product generation. Meanwhile, in a long term we hope that we can be an established business among the local bakery product business in Malaysia

No full textSkripsi ini membahas tentang “KH. Muhammad Faiz Abdul Razzaq Kaligrafer Nasional”, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana Biografi KH. Muhammad Faiz Abdul Razzaq? (2) KH. Muhammad Faiz Abdul Razzaq menjadi kaligrafer Nasional? (3) Bagaimana tanggapan takmir Masjid tentang kaligrafi KH. Muhammad Faiz Abdul Razzaq?. Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode sejarah. Adapun metode penulisan sejarah yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa langkah yaitu heuristik (mengumpulkan data-data tentang perannya sebagai kaligrafer nasional), verifikasi (kritik terhadap data), interpretasi (penafsiran), serta historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Dalam skripsi ini penulis menggunakan teori kharismatik dan kepemimpinan yang dikutip oleh Soerjono Soekanto. Teori ini merupakan wewenang yang didasarkan pada kharisma yaitu suatu kemampuan khusus yang ada pada diri seseorang. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) KH. Muhammad Faiz Abdul Razzaq adalah kaligrafer Nasional yang berasal dari desa Lengkong Ulama Tangerang dan sekarang bertempat di Bangil Pasuruan. Karir nya di bidang kaligrafi (2) karyanya bersama teman-temanya di Mushaf Istiqlal Indonesia dan Mushaf Sundawi Jawa Barat yang terkenal dengan hiasan ornamennya. Kedua mushaf ini begitu indah akan tetapi masih indah mushaf Istiqlal dikarenakan penataan huruf dan disetiap ganti juz selalu berganti ornamen dan format penulisannya. (3) tanggapan para ta’mir masjid al-Akbar Surabaya, Baitul Haq Surabaya dan masjid Agung Sidoarjo keseluruhanya berpendapat bagus dari aspek tulisan kaligrafinya

No full textPada 24 Jun 2024, hari Jumaat, dari pukul 8.00 pagi hingga 1.00 petang, seramai 4 orang pensyarah serta 68 pelajar program Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Korporat dari Fakulti Sains Pentadbiran dan Pengajian Polisi Kampus Seremban yang diketuai oleh Encik Mohd Faiz Ismail, telah mengadakan program khidmat masyarakat di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMKS3) Seremban 3, Negeri Sembilan. Program ini dianjurkan dengan kerjasama Perpustakaan Tunku Abdul Razak (PTAR) Kampus Seremban, yang diwakili oleh Encik Mohd Aizat bin Abd Halim dan Encik Syaiful Hisyam bin Saleh. Dua kategori aktiviti telah diadakan semasa program tersebut. Aktiviti pertama melibatkan kerja-kerja pembersihan dan penyusunan semula pusat sumber sekolah, yang dikendalikan oleh pelajar UiTM di bawah pengawasan pensyarah. No full textIn this study, Meranti wood has been used as the raw material for the manufacturing of this
product. It has been used widely because of its durability and easy working properties. It is
easy to cut and works on many operations such as carving, screwing, nailing and gluing.
Meranti wood is recommended for making indoor and carving furniture. The objective of study
was conducted to produce Hidden Storage Side Table for keeping valuable things at home and
to determine customer satisfaction towards the function and appearance of the side table. The
data was analysed based on questionnaire that had been distributed to 104 respondents of
different age, gender, profession and income. The characteristics that were evaluated by the
respondents include design, material, satisfaction, commercial and price of the product. Based
on the feedback, commercial has the highest score followed by satisfaction, design, material
and price. Over all this Hidden Storage Side Table is accepted by most respondents since it
provides positive impacts and benefits to consumer
