    ABSTRACT Yulia Sari. C0213071. 2017. Speech Acts and Politeness Strategies on the Talk Show "Mata danHati" in Trans Tv. Thesis. Indonesian Literature Program. UniversitasSebelasMaret. This research deals with acts of politeness strategies and said on the Talk Show "Mata danHati" in Trans Tv. follow-up Study said that reviewed based on the theory of Searle, while for politeness strategies using the theory of Brown and Levinson as the main runway. This thesis will be indicated on the realization of the politeness strategy and said follow-up based on the speech of people who contribute on the Talk Show "Mata danHati", include: emcee, multicounselour, star guests and callers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research belongs with the pragmatic approach. Source of research data obtained from the youtube website which features the Talk Show of "Mata danHati" and uploaded by the television station in question. The data on this form of speech research containing acts of politeness strategies and said in the Talk Show "Mata danHati" as for the data collection methods used in this research is a method of download, refer to, and note. Furthermore, the method of data analysis used the author is contextual methods, goals, and methods of heuristics. The process starts from data processing process see, record, classification data, and analysis of data specifically and explicitly. Based on the analysis performed on the data, the found three types of acts of said ilokusi used by speakers who contributed in the Talk Show "Mata danHati". The third type of follow up that is both used the follow said submitted by Searle, namely criminal acts, said asertif said the directive and follow up said expressive. The details of the said acts of data are as follows: the follow follow up include asertif said said states, denied, notify, remind, guess, and confess. On follow-up follow-up include directive said said rule, forbid, give advice, and hope. On follow-up follow-up include expressive said thank you, say sorry, praise, give greetings, welcome, disproving and complain. On the second problem i.e. strategy formulation politeness, has done an analysis and found the use of politeness strategies four i.e. politeness strategies bald on record (bald on record), positive politeness strategies, negative politeness strategies and politeness strategies are vague. Based on the analysis of politeness strategies in the four above, found substrategi politeness include eight substrategi of positive politeness, two negative politeness and six substrategi vague politeness

    The purpose of this report is to determine the students' perceptions of product purchasing decisions toothbrush formula especially at Diploma III study program of Business Administration Department. Collecting data in this report is obtained by the author by conducting field research process by distributing questionnaires and literature study. The questionnaire distributed to 67 respondents. Deployment questionnaire was conducted to determine how students' perceptions of product purchasing decisions toothbrush formula and dimensions which are the most dominant perception in students of Business Administration Diploma Program Business Administration Department State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. This research was conducted in order to be able to know the author and provide a reference for making purchasing decisions necessary to the needs of day-to-day about the toothbrush. The average yield obtained from the dimensions of product performance (73.82%), improved ability dimension (52.53%), the dimensions of durability (70.05%), product reliability dimension (69.99%), the dimensions of the product features (68.85%), dimensional conformity (68.95%) and the dimensions of perceived quality (70.59%). From the seventh dimension that the overall perception of the product obtained toothbrush formula has been said to be good. However, for the dimensions of perception that are less well as improved dimensional capability, companies should further enhance product quality toothbrush that consumers are more satisfied formulas for products produced by the company. The most dominant perception dimension is the dimension of product performance because it has the largest percentage among the six other dimensions. With such results, it is expected the company to retain its existing quality in the product formula toothbrush.However, for the dimensions of perception that are less well as improved dimensional capability, companies should further enhance product quality toothbrush that consumers are more satisfied formulas for products produced by the company

    Ectomycorrhizal macro fungi have a mutualistic symbiosis with several plants, including those from the Dipterocarpaceae, Myrtaceae, and Fagaceae families. The existence of ectomycorrhizal macro fungi in nature is very important to preserve, therefore this study was conducted to determine the diversity of ectomycorrhizal macro fungi at Soraya Research Station. This study aims to determine the diversity of ectomycorrhizal macro fungi at the Soraya Research Stasiun Subulussalam, Leuser Ecosystem Area. The study was conducted from August 2021 to January 2022. The research method used is an exploratory survey, sampling using the squared method, using a permanent phenological plot of 20 plots measuring 20 m x 20 m, which are randomly placed in the secondary forest of the Soraya Research Station. The results obtained consisted of 5 orders, 14 families, 31 species, and 1440 individual numbers of ectomycorrhizal macro fungi. The most numerous species are obtained from the Boletaceae family, which is 5 species, and the Russulaceae family is 4 species.     Abstract: Cancer is the biggest cause of death in Indonesia. Cancer treatment efforts have been made but it could harm cancer patients. It is necessary to find another alternative from nature as an anticancer. This study aims to see the ability of endophytic actinobacterial isolates from ginger (Zingiber officinale) as an anticancer tested using the BSLT method (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) by calculating the values of LC50 and LT50. The best value isolates from the BSLT method, then tested using phytochemical ethanol extract. The highest toxicity value was found in AJ2 isolates. LC50 and LT50 values of AJ2 isolates were 309.358 µg/ml and 11.879 hours. Phytochemical results of ethanol extract of AJ2 isolates were detected containing steroids, terpenoids, phenols, tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, and saponins. AJ2 isolates which derived from ginger endophytic actinobacteria have potential as an anticancer because they have high toxic values that rised rapidly.Abstrak: Kanker menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar di Indonesia. Upaya pengobatan kanker sudah dilakukan namun memberikan dampak negatif bagi penderita kanker. Perlu dilakukan penemuan alternatif lain berasal dari alam sebagai antikanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan isolat aktinobakteri endofit asal jahe (Zingiber officinale) sebagai antikanker. 7 isolat aktinobakteri endofit jahe diuji menggunakan metode BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) dengan menghitung nilai LC50 dan LT50. Isolat nilai terbaik dari metode BSLT, selanjutnya diuji  menggunakan fitokimia ekstrak etanol. Nilai toksisitas tertinggi terdapat pada isolat AJ2. Nilai LC50 dan LT50 isolat AJ2 adalah 309,358 µg/ml dan 11,879 jam. Hasil fitokimia ekstrak etanol isolat AJ2 terdeteksi mengandung steroid, terpenoid, fenol, tanin, flavonoid, alkaloid dan saponin. Isolat AJ2 yang berasal dari actinobacteria endofit jahe berpotensi sebagai antikanker karena memiliki nilai toksik yang tinggi dalam waktu singkat

    Secondary Metabolites Profiling and Antimicrobial Activities of Ethanol Extract from Jamblang (Syzygium cumini L.) Stem Bark

    This study was conducted to determine the secondary metabolite compounds and evaluate the antimicrobial activity of ethanol extract of jamblang stem bark (Syzygium cumini). The method used in this research is experimental method. The extraction was carried out using the maceration method with 96% ethanol as the solvent. Secondary metabolite compounds of the extract samples were analyzed using a Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Antimicrobial activity of the extract against Cutibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans using disc diffusion method tested on MHA (Mueller Hinton Agar) media with extract concentrations of 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%.  Each experiment was repeated three times to ensure validity. The results revealed that the extract have dominant compounds such as 7-Tetradecenal (Z), Octadecanoic acid, and n-Hexadecanoic acid. The antimicrobial test showed that the highest inhibition zones were 7.45 mm for C. acnes, 8.04 mm for S. aureus, and 4.60 mm for C. albicans at 100% extract concentration. The inhibition zones increased with higher extract concentrations, indicating a dose-dependent relationship. Compared to the positive control results (20.70 mm; 22.29 mm; and 18.62 mm) the extract showed moderate antimicrobial activity. These findings suggest that jamblang stem bark extract has potential as a natural antimicrobial agent
