Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif empiris merupakan pemahaman hukum dalam arti norma dan pelaksanaan aturan hukum dalam perilaku nyata dan merupakan bukti apakah warga telah berperilaku sesuai atau tidak dengan ketentuan hukum normatif peraturan perundang- undangan dan dokumen tertulis lainnya. Analisis data dengan cara menguraikan data secara bermutu dalam bentuk kalimat yang teratur, runtun , logis
,tidak tumpah tindih dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaturan Undang- Undang ITE terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penyebaran data pribadi ( Doxing ) Di media sosial sebagai upaya perlindungan hak pribadi, Perlindungan hukum yang diberikan terhadap data pribadi adalah secara preventif dan represif dimana kedua- duanya mengatur baik tentang isi pasal sanksi pidananya , kemudian sanksi sesuai dengan Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang informasi dan transaksi elektronik dan di pasal 26 ayat jo pasal 67 ayat 1 Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 Undang- Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi yang diberikan kepada pelaku tindak pidana penyebaran data pribadi berupa pidana penjara paling lama 5 tahun penjara danpidana dengan lima miliar rupiah. Personal data is included in the scope of cyber law discussion, namely the law that regulates digital matters. The rapid development of technology and information has an impact on the world. The problems in this thesis were the statutory arrangements of information law and ITE electronic transactions for perpetrators of disseminating personal data (doxing) criminal acts on social media to protect Personal rights and the criminal sanctions against perpetrators of Disseminating personal data criminal acts on social media. It used empirical normative legal research methods, which was an understanding of law in the sense of norms and the implementation of legal rules in daily behavior, and the evidence of whether or not citizens had behaved following the normative legal provisions, legislations, and other written documents. Then, the data analysis described the quality material data in a in the form of orderly, coherent, logical, non-overlapping, and effective sentences. Based on the results of research on the regulation of the ITE Law on perpetrators of disseminating personal data (Doxing) crimes on social media, it was an effort to protect Personal rights. The legal protection given to personal data was preventive and repressive, which both regulated the contents and the criminal sanctions article, then sanctions following Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions and in article 26 paragraph in conjunction with article 67 paragraph 1 Number 27 of 2022 of the Personal Data Protection Law which were given to perpetrators of criminal acts dissemination of personal data in the form of imprisonment for a maximum of 5 years in prison and a penalty of five billion rupiah
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
