Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukum pidana \ud
materil terhadap tindak pidana perjudian nomor togel yang dilakukan \ud
secara online dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum oleh hakim \ud
dalam menjatuhkan putusan perkara nomor : 587/Pid.B/2013/PN.Mks. \ud
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar khususnya pada \ud
instansi Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut \ud
penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan \ud
wawancara dan studi dokumen, wawancara dilakukan langsung dengan \ud
hakim yang terkait dengan kasus ini. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh \ud
dianalisis secara kualitatif, yaitu analisis yang bersifat deskriktif yaitu \ud
dengan menjelaskan, menguraikan, dan menggambarkan permasalahan \ud
serta menyelesaikannya berkaitan dengan rumusan masalah yang ada \ud
dalam skripsi ini. \ud
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (I) Penerapan sanksi \ud
pidana oleh hakim terhadaap pelaku tindak pidana perjudian nomor togel \ud
yang dilakukan secara online sudah sesuai karena penerapan sanksi \ud
dalam putusan perkara Nomor : 587/Pid.B/2013/PN.Mks dalam Pasal 303 \ud
BIS Ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP sudah menjelaskan unsur tindak pidana perjudian \ud
dan sanksi yang diberikanpun sudah sesuai dengan pidana materil \ud
mengingat sistem pemidanaan dalam KUHP menggunakan pidana \ud
maksimal.(II) Pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap \ud
pelaku tindak pidana perjudian nomor togel yang dilakukan secara online \ud
dalam perkara nomor : 587/Pid.B/2013/PN.Mks dalam pertimbangan \ud
hakim lebih mengutamakan perbaikan diri terhadap terdakwa, terlihat \ud
dalam pemberian hukuman yang sesuai dengan pasal 303 BIS Ayat (1) \ud
ke-1 KUHP, seharusnya pelaku mendapatkan hukuman sesuai yang \ud
diatur dengan pasal tersebut tetapi karena berbagai pertimbangan hakim \ud
memberikan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki diri agar kelak tidak \ud
mengulangi lagi perbuatan-perbuatan yang melanggar hukum
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This study aims to describe clearly about brand community, Brand Trust and Customer Loyality on Alpharian Photography Community at Kota Tua Central Jakarta. The second objective is to test the influence of brand community on customer loyality. The third objective is to test the influence of brand trust on customer loyality. And the fourth objective is to test the simultaneously the influence between brand community and brand trust to customer loyality. Population of the research is Alpharian Photography Community on Kota Tua Central Jakarta. Sampling totaled 103 respondents using nonprobability sampling method. While part of nonprobability sampling used was purposive sampling. The research was carried out quantitatively, descriptive and causal research design, and use survey methods. Analysis of the research was conducted using SPSS 16 for data processing. The results of the t test shows the brand community and customer loyality significantly influence the significance value X to Y (0.009), and brand trust and customer loyalty are also significantly influence the value of significance X to Y (0.000) both are not greater than 0.05. The results of F test simultaneously indicates brand community and brand trust influencing significantly to customer loyality (0.000). And the result of determination analysis in this study shows the variations in the value of customer satisfaction that is described in the variable brand community and brand trust price by 6.5%. While the remaining 93.5% are influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya penerapan kepatuhan syariah terhadap BMT. Kepatuhan Syariah sendiri merupakan bentuk ketaatan BMT dalam memenuhi prinsip-prinsip Syariah. Oleh karena itu, setiap BMT wajib menerapkan kepatuhan syariah. Hal ini dikaranakan BMT rentan terhadap penyimpangan transaksi non-syariah dalam berbagai produk BMT maupun operasionalnya.
Fokus dalam penelitiaan ini yaitu menjelaskan tentang: (1) Bagaimana mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Lodoyo? (2) Bagaimana Peran DPS dalam kepatuhan syariah terhadap pembiayaan murabahah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Lodoyo? (3) Bagaimana penerapan kepatuhan syariah di BMT Sidogiri Cabang Lodoyo?
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisisnya yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Mekanisme pembiayaan Murabahah di BMT Sidogiri Cabang Lodoyo, perlu adanya keseimbangan antara pihak BMT dan nasabah. (2) Keberadaan Dewan Pengawas Syariah di setiap lembaga keuangan syariah sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan kepatuhan syariah di BMT Sidogiri Cabang lodoyo. (3) Pada implementasinya BMT Sidogiri Cabang Lodoyo telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang ditetapkan. Pihak BMT berhak mengeluarkan peraturan yang harus dipatuhi oleh nasabah, begitu juga nasabah juga berhak mendapatkan pelayanan dari BMT sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.
