No full textThe growth of the world economy continues to increase causing the movement of containers to various locations. The addition of the container flow should be anticipated by shipping companies, port authorities and terminal operators. Overview physically, the container terminal operator must calculate the capacity, then planned infrastructure development projects such as the expansion of Container Yard and Building Facilities, and make a purchase of new cranes, to accommodate the projected increase throughput targets ahead. This is the reason for the owners of Container Terminal at the Port of Tanjung Priok, to undertake investment projects, one of which is the XYZ Container Terminal. XYZ Container Terminal is a form of Public Private Partnership in the field of port infrastructure, between government-owned corporation (BUMN) and private investors, by making an agreement operate Terminal Container until 2018 and has a production target of 1 million TEUs. This thesis studied the feasibility of the investment project, the first phase of the contract is a cooperation agreement operate XYZ Container Terminal with the condition that it is still running, the contract will expire in 2018 and also the possibility of cooperation scenarios in the second stage agreement. Planned two (2) cooperation scenarios to be performed, government-owned corporation operate independently container terminal or continuing cooperation agreement between government-owned corporation and private investors. The assessment process container terminal investment projects, including container terminal service capacity analysis and financial analysis. The purpose of analyzing the capacity of container terminal services is to calculate the ability of the infrastructure and supra-structure to accommodate the flow of ships and containers in the coming year, with parameters including Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR), the capacity of Quay Container Crane (QCC), the capacity of Rubber Tired Gantry Crane (RTGC) and capacity of Container Yard. The next phase of the financial feasibility calculations using parameters that include the Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period. Zainal Arifin, S.Si., M.Kom. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, buku ajar, sistem komputer, kurikulum 2013. Sistem Komputer merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada guru Sistem Komputer, di semester genap memiliki kendala yakni terbatasnya bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru maupun siswa. Bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru adalah bahan ajar dari internet yang dicari berdasarkan materi pokok di silabus. Sedangkan siswa menggunakan hasil catatan dan materi dari internet agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar saat ingin mengulang dirumah. Dampaknya hampir seluruh peserta didik memiliki hasil belajar di bawah KKM. Nilai tertinggi adalah 60 sedangkan nilai terendah adalah 15. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan buku ajar Sistem Komputer untuk kelas X semester genap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan buku ajar Sistem Komputer berorientasi Kurikulum 2013 semester genap kelas X TKJ di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Model Penelitian dan Pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model penelitian dari Pustekkom Depdiknas, dengan 7 langkah pengembangan, yaitu (1) bedah kurikulum, (2) identifikasi media, (3) pengembangan naskah, (4) produksi, (5) penyempurnaan, (6) tes atau ujicoba, dan (7) revisi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang dilakukan, didapatkan persentase hasil akhir validasi oleh ahli media sebesar 92,1%, ahli materi 99,5%, dan pengguna guru 94,7%. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil 93,28% dan ujicoba kelompok besar 89,10%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengembangan buku ajar Sistem Komputer Kelas X Semester Genap secara keseluruhan dinyatakan sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. Selain itu, pada ujicoba kelompok kecil memiliki rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 40,705 dan rata-rata nilai posttest 94,705. Sedangkan ujicoba kelompok besar memiliki rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 43,5 dan rata-rata nilai posttest 96,89. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar Sistem Komputer Kelas X Semester Genap dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Based on the interview with Computer System teacher, at the even semester, teacher and student have a problem. They don’t have Computer System teaching material. Teaching material that is used by teacher is coming from internet. It is searched based on main material at syllabus. Whereas, students use their notes and some material from internet in order to use as teaching material if they want to repeat at home. The impact of that problems, almost all of student score under KKM. The highest score is 60 and the lowest score is 15. Based on that problems, the author will develop a computer system teaching book for class X even semester. The research aims to develop and determine the feasibility of computer system teaching book that is oriented by curriculum 2013 for even semester class X TKJ at SMKN 2 Malang. Model of research and development that is used is a model from Pustekkom Depdiknas. It contains seven steps including: (1) analyzing the curriculum, (2) identification of the media, (3) development of a script, (4) production, (5) improvement, (6) testing or trial and (7) revision. Based on the result of data analysis, the percentage from the final result validation by media expert is 92,1%, material expert is 99,5%, and Computer System teacher is 94,7%. The final result of a small group testing is 93,28% and the field trial is 89,10%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the result of Computer System teaching book development for class X even semester as whole declared with very valid and can be used without revision. Besides that, the average of pretest at the small group testing is 40,705 and the average of post-test is 94,705. Whereas, the average of pretest at the field trial is 43,5 and the average of post-test is 96,89. Therefore, it can be concluded that Computer System teaching book for class X even semester can increase the learning result of students. Computer System teaching book can be used as handbook for teachers and students
Organizational Communication Strategy of Menantea Purwokerto in Handling Customer Complaints Through Digital Media

Although Menantea Purwokerto has been successful in utilizing digital media to increase its sales potential, it has been noted that since the opening of Menantea Purwokerto on 5 February 2022, there have been customer complaints that can have a negative impact on Menantea Purwokerto. This study aims to analyze and describe how Menantea Purwokerto's organizational communication strategy handles customer complaints via digital media, what obstacles are encountered when implementing organizational communication, and how solutions are devised to overcome the obstacles encountered. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected via observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature reviews. The research shows two types of complaints made by customers via digital media: Gofood, Grabfood, Shopeefood, and Menantea Customer Service at 0812-8415xxxx. Menantea Purwokerto encountered internal obstacles such as the distance between the owner and employees, obstacles to individual employee behavior, and external obstacles such as difficulties in handling incoming complaints via Gofood, Grabfood, and Shopeefood when implementing organizational communication. The Menantea Purwokerto conducts an organizational communication audit to address complaints and obstacles in the implementation of organizational communication. MEDIA EDUKATIF TENTANG HEWAN AIR TAWAR BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY DENGAN TEHNIK SUPERIMPOSITION
Get PDFAugmented Reality (AR) is revolutionizing human-computer interaction by blending the physical and virtual worlds. AR learning using markers or markerless has been widely used in learning media. However, both have a level of saturation because it has been repeated. The learning process of Kindergarten students requires learning that is interesting and fun, so this study explores learning freshwater fish using AR for children and emphasizes the importance of interactivity-centered design through 3-dimensional real objects. The approach is carried out using a superimposition technique that allows real 3-dimensional objects to become varied markers. The test results at the scan angle of the papercraft object used at a distance of 50cm with a slope of 1800, 50cm with a slope of 1300, 50cm with a slope of 900. Likewise the test results on respondents between ordinary learning using the AR application found 83.4% for ordinary learning and 100 % to study with the app. In the end, this research tries to present a new method in markers with a more interesting and real Superimposition technique
