BUSINESS PRESSURE THAT AFFECTS THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF RETAIL STORE ENTREPRENEUR IN MUEANG DISTRICT, LAMPANG PROVINCE: แรงกดดันทางธุรกิจที่ส่งผลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน ของผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าปลีกในเขต อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง
This research has the objective to study the study business pressures, study competitive advantage and study business pressures that affects the competitive advantage of retail store entrepreneur in Mueang district, Lampang province. It is quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 187 retail store operators in Mueang district, Lampang province. Purposive random sampling was used. The tool used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed used descriptive statistics used percentages, means, and standard deviations and used inferential statistics by analyzing multiple regression equations.
Results of the study of business pressures is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value is the bargaining power of buyers, followed by the entry of new competitors. The bargaining power of buyers sell substitute products and competitors in the same industry. As for the competitive advantage of entrepreneurs it is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average is focusing on a specific market, followed by cost leadership and differentiation. Analysis of the Pearson correlation value found that five forces model that affect the competitive advantage of entrepreneurs: include the entry of new competitors, competitors in the same industry, bargaining power of buyers, substitute products, and bargaining power of sellers. It has a relationship statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Multiple regression analysis found that in terms of substitute products and bargaining power of sellers affects the competitive advantage of retail store entrepreneur. As for the entry of new competitors, competitors in the same industry and bargaining power of buyers it has no influence on the competitive advantage of retail store operators in Mueang district, Lampang province

The research aims to study the marketing mix factors that affect the success of the Nam Oi Sob Chang Community Enterprise Group, Mae Moh District, Lampang Province. It is both quantitative and qualitative research. The sample group used was 385 customers who consumed products and a group of nine representatives from manufacturers, distributors, and consumers. The tools used were questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics using multiple regression analysis. The results found that marketing mix factors in terms of product, price, distribution channel and marketing promotion related to the success of community enterprise groups in the same direction, which is statistically significant at the 0.01 level. And the correlation coefficient for the success of community enterprise groups was 0.951. The success of the Nam Oi Sop Jang Community Enterprise Group, Mae Mo District, Lampang Province, depends on the marketing mix factors. Regarding products, marketing promotion, distribution channels, and prices, they significantly affect the success of community enterprise groups at the 0.05 level. The researchers suggest that the production should be developed to meet standards and show a quality certification mark on the package, creating a variety of prices according to the size, number, and quantity of products. The appropriate online distribution channel, such as a LINE Ads page, may be used to contact the specific group. The community enterprise group should provide volume-based discounts, exchanges, giveaways, and freebies to customers, focusing on effective advertising and public relations. Additionally, seeking support from government agencies, particularly utilizing tradeshow booths, can significantly boost successful product promotion.งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนน้ำอ้อยสบจาง อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือลูกค้าที่บริโภคสินค้า จำนวน 385 คน และกลุ่มตัวแทนผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และผู้บริโภค จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน และมีความสัมพันธ์ทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน เท่ากับ 0.951 ซึ่งความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนน้ำอ้อยสบจาง อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง ขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาด ในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และด้านราคา ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรพัฒนาการผลิตสินค้าให้ได้มาตรฐาน มีเครื่องหมายรับรองคุณภาพ การทำราคาให้มีความหลากหลาย ตามขนาด จำนวน และปริมาณ ของสินค้า สร้างช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายออนไลน์ เช่น เพจ LINE Ads เป็นของกลุ่มโดยเฉพาะ การให้ส่วนลดลูกค้าตามปริมาณการซื้อ การลด แลก แจก แถม เน้นการใช้การโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ การออกบูธที่ทางภาครัฐมีการจัด และขอการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อ
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
