    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pakeliran dan konsep sakti yang terdapat dalam lakon wayang Sawitri karya Ki Nartosabdo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dramaturgi dan hermeneutik. Berdasarkan analisis bentuk penyajian, tema utama lakon ini adalah lwdrat bisa diwiradat. Amanat yang disampaikan adalah bahwa dengan ketulusan, kesetiaan, dan pantang menyerah, segala sesuatu bisa berubah. Tokoh utama lakon ini adalah Dewi Sawitri. Lakon ini memiliki pola strulctur penyajian wayang gaya Surakarta. Konsep sakti dalam Sawitri terwujud pada laku spiritual, kesetiaan, sikapnya yang teguh pendirian dan pantang menyerah dalam menjalani hidupnya. Hal ini terbukti bahwa Sawitri mampu memberikan kontribusi positif pada suami, mertua, orang tua dan lingkuogan

    Capability Approach for well-being Evaluation in Regional Development Planning: Case Study in Magelang Regency. Central java, Indonesia

    The thesis uses Amartya Sen’s Capability Approach (1993, 2000) to devise a set of criteria to evaluate the well-being and quality of life of economic groups in a case study of Magelang, a small rural area in Central Java, Indonesia. In applying this method, the researcher examines how the spatial characteristics of a place might present opportunity, freedom and capacities to its people. The fundamental conception of well-being in the capability approach is based on a set of attributes and on the level of ‘freedom to choose between various valuable states of being and doing’. The approach is tested through action research with local stakeholders to define the extent to which their environment offers them adequate capabilities to develop. With the author, participants evaluate the changes in agro-economic opportunities and the supporting asset base. The analysis distinguishes between five types of assets: individual tangible assets, public tangible assets, individual intangible assets, social institutional assets and economic institutional assets. Based on the comprehension of how assets influence capability and observation with regards to how people function with different assets, the thesis proposes to broaden theory in relation to capability. Further exploring theory, this thesis suggests that capability analysis could be used to measure the level of a community’s well-being, particularly as the result of development and to strategically guide planners in setting up priority and to creating greater awareness of the constraints and opportunities available to people. Therefore, the method could be applied to regional development planning and evaluation

    One of the characteristics of mathematics is that it has an abstract object of study. This abstract nature is one of the obstacles for students, who experience difficulty in understanding mathematical concepts. An effective mathematics learning approach can be implemented by utilizing teaching aids or learning media. Through effective mathematics learning, students can develop a good understanding of mathematical concepts and improve their problem solving abilities efficiently. This research aims to create a medium that can increase learning interest and attract students' attention, as well as overcome difficulties in understanding fraction material. The media that will be developed is domino cards, with the aim of making it easier to convey learning material. In this research the author used the R&D research method. This research model uses the ADDIE research model. The research subjects in this study were 30 class IV students at SDN 141 Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research requires qualitative data and quantitative data. The research results showed that in accordance with the validation criteria set by the validators, the learning media in the form of domino cards based on Riau Malay Culture was created very effectively. The validation results by learning material experts show that the assessment figure for the "very valid" criterion is 91.5%, and the validation results by media experts show that the assessment figure for the "very valid" criterion is 85%. In other words, the average for the "very valid" criterion is 88.25%

    Leadership is a person who has skills and strengths, especially superior skills in one area so that he is able to influence other people. Work quality is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of the work carried out. Performance is the work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization. The aim of the research is as follows: To find out whether leadership and work quality together influence the performance of Polri personnel at the National Police Education and Training Institute in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research, the author used the Random Sampling technique or randomly from the existing population of 451 National Police Personnel who were used as samples referring to the Slovin formula in Husein Umar, 2017, obtained a sample of 82 people. The positive influence of leadership on the performance of National Police Personnel obtained a partial value of 0.916, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 83.9%. This is proven by hypothesis testing, the value obtained is to = 12.253 > t0.05 (80) = 1.660, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant effect.Kepemimpinan adalah seorang pribadi yang memiliki kecakapan dan kelebihan, khususnya kecakapan kelebihan di satu bidang sehingga dia mampu mempengaruhi orang lain. Kualitas kerja merupakan suatu hasil yang dapat diukur dengan efektivitas dan efisiensi suatu pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Untuk mengetahui apakah secara bersama-sama pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kualitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Personel Polri Pada Lemdiklat Polri di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik Random Sampling atau secara acak dari populasi yang ada berjumlah 451 orang Personel Polri yang di jadikan sampel mengacu pada rumus Slovin dalam Husein Umar, 2017 diperoleh 82 orang sampel. Berpengaruh positif kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Personel Polri diperoleh nilai parsial sebesar 0,916 berarti ada pengaruh sangat kuat atau pengaruhnya dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,9%.  Hal di buktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai to = 12,253 > t0,05 (80) = 1,660, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti ada berpengaruh yang sangat signifikan

    Science Mapping of Sustainable Green Building Operation and Maintenance Management Research

    Abstract Green building is a solution to address the impact of buildings on the environment. In its development, green buildings require sustainable green management during the operational and maintenance phase in order to meet the current and future needs of users. As the longest phase in the green building life cycle, it is important to track and map the development of studies related to this field. This paper aims to map the development of literature related to the operational and maintenance phases of sustainable green buildings from 1999 to 2019. Literature data were obtained from the Scopus database and the analysis was conducted using a science mapping approach with VOSviewers. Based on literature data, 746 publications are found to be relevant to this study, the results of this study are in the form of scientific mapping covering wave of research, source and publication types, influential countries, references with strongest citation burst, author contributions, research subjects, and major research areas divided into three categories (frequent, medium and rare). The results of this study are quite important, because they not only provide a mapping of existing research developments, but can also serve as a reference for researchers who have an interest in developing sustainable green building operations and maintenance studies in the future

    Transformational Leadership Contribution To Increase Motivation and Employee Discipline Through ASN Management Application System

    The existence of the application of a transformational leadership style by the leadership of the Malang City BKPSDM has made various implementations from the management side of the State Civil Apparatus now having to start adapting to the programs that have been made such as the implementation of the ASN Management Application System. One of the obstacles faced by the implementation of the ASN Management Application System is that there are many elderly ASNs who did not yet have technology in their era, so they still do not understand the ASN management application system. From these reasons, the authors wanted to compile research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the contribution of the Malang City BKPSDM transformational leadership in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method. The results of this study are that the transformational leadership contribution of the Head of BKPSDM Malang City in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system has been going well and as it should. Apart from that, there are also several obstacles such as the adaptation of employees who are still not good and the application system which crashes several times, there is maintenance so that employees cannot use the application
