Reading of Al-Qur'an Verses In The "Dikia Rabano" Tradition
This research originated from the phenomenon of community religious traditions in the West Sumatra region, precisely in Jorong Halalang. The local community named it Dikia Rabano. In this tradition there is a series of Al-Qur'an verses that are read before starting the recitation of sholawat to the prophet. The formulation of the problem is how is the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? and how is the public perception of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? This research is a field research (Field research) whose data collection techniques the author uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources are traditional leaders, religious leaders, teachers and members of Dikia Rabano and the community in Jorong Halalang Nagari Kamang Mudiak. To analyze the data, the author uses data reduction steps, data analysis and finally conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, that the practice of reading these verses has existed since the time of the Prophet which then continued in the generations after him. As for the public perception of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, including as protection to be given a smooth event, it is also understood as a means to ask for the blessing of reading shalawat to be conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad so as to get syafa'at from him in the afterlife, one form of khidmat to teachers and previous scholars by following their teachings, heart healers when read in tahlilan events and for expressions of gratitude when read in events related to thanksgiving and celebrations and as a form of worship to Allah SWT
War and fair war in the writings of Rabano Mauro
The history of the expansion of the Kingdom of the Franks under Carolingian rule is a subjectÐidely explored by historiography, both from the point of view of military expansion as well as for its political, cultural, religious and economic consequences in the Latin West However. Although war was a fundamental factor in this expansion, the meaninig of this phenomenon for Carolingian theologians has not been fully studied yet. This paper responds to this problem through the study of one particular author -Raban Maur- and his views on the just war
PENGALEH PUKOL Komposisi Karawitan Kesenian Kompang Di Desa Concong Luar Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
ABSTRACTKompang art in Concong Luar Village, Concong Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, in the kompang pattern game on the long pukol song, the kompang pattern is played with manners and the musical structure of the work is still underdeveloped. From this musical case, the artist got the idea to develop a kompang transition pattern that is still underdeveloped to be varied both in terms of sound color and rhythm pattern. the creator was inspired by the transition pattern in the long pukol song. Pengaleh Pukol is a term that the author adopted from the mention of the transitional pattern in the long pukol song. From the kompang transition pattern, the artist develops transitional patterns in the kompang found in the long pukol song with a new composition that is different from the tradition. Based on the artist's observations of the transitional pattern, this has still not been worked out in a variety of ways, so the idea arose from the artist to work on the Riau Kompang art into compositional work with a traditional approach, with several instruments such as, rabano, kompang, and flying as a form of developing work as well as a touch of taste. varied and unobtrusive

The encounter of art and language in Hrabanus Maurus’ In honorem sanctae crucis and the Communication of philosophical and theological content
[a cura dell'Autore]The In honorem sanctae crucis of Hrabanus Maurus consists of 28 carmina figurata, in which text and image are
interwoven into multiple complex unities. This work, rather than employing text and image in parallel, uses the visual
level to create multiple levels of language, while the visual level in turn is constituted by the linguistic levels. Each
carmen relates some aspect of the universe to the cross of Christ. They combine, thus, into a structured whole devoted
to honoring the cross and displaying it as the fundamental structuring principle of the universe. My thesis analyzes
the complex internal structure of this work, considers how it communicates with its diverse audiences, and attempts to
elicit its philosophical and theological content. Christ, as creator and totality of being, redeems all creation, opening
the way to Heaven for the saved, while the cross itself becomes the metaphysical, metacosmic and metatemporal
principle and the means through which Christ sends grace into the world. The correct response of angels and men to
this event is ever-lasting praise, which the In honorem recommends, defends, justifies and embodies. [edited by Author]XI n.s

Pyruvate Kinase M (PKM) binds ribosomes in a poly-ADP ribosylation dependent manner to induce translational stalling
In light of the numerous studies identifying post-transcriptional regulators on the surface of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), we asked whether there are factors that regulate compartment specific mRNA translation in human cells. Using a proteomic survey of spatially regulated polysome interacting proteins, we identified the glycolytic enzyme Pyruvate Kinase M (PKM) as a cytosolic (i.e. ER-excluded) polysome interactor and investigated how it influences mRNA translation. We discovered that the PKM-polysome interaction is directly regulated by ADP levels-providing a link between carbohydrate metabolism and mRNA translation. By performing enhanced crosslinking immunoprecipitation-sequencing (eCLIP-seq), we found that PKM crosslinks to mRNA sequences that are immediately downstream of regions that encode lysine- and glutamate-enriched tracts. Using ribosome footprint protection sequencing, we found that PKM binding to ribosomes causes translational stalling near lysine and glutamate encoding sequences. Lastly, we observed that PKM recruitment to polysomes is dependent on poly-ADP ribosylation activity (PARylation)-and may depend on co-translational PARylation of lysine and glutamate residues of nascent polypeptide chains. Overall, our study uncovers a novel role for PKM in post-transcriptional gene regulation, linking cellular metabolism and mRNA translation
Terminal suturing of Gondwana along the southern margin of South China Craton : evidence from detrital zircon U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes in Cambrian and Ordovician strata, Hainan Island
This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (grants 41472086 and 41272120), “111” Project (B08030), the fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (CUG2012019240 and CUG2013019137). The first author also acknowledges China Scholarship Council (grant 201208420001) for supporting his research in the University of St. Andrews. Date of Acceptance: 20/11/2014Hainan Island, located near the southern end of mainland South China, consists of the Qiongzhong Block to the north and the Sanya Block to the south. In the Cambrian, these blocks were separated by an intervening ocean. U-Pb ages and Hf isotope compositions of detrital zircons from the Cambrian succession in the Sanya Block suggest that the unit contains detritus derived from late Paleoproterozoic and Mesoproterozoic units along the western margin of the West Australia Craton (e.g., Northampton Complex) or the Albany-Fraser-Wilkes orogen, which separates the West Australia and Mawson cratons. Thus, in the Cambrian the Sanya Block was not part of the South China Craton but rather part of the West Australian Craton and its environs. In contrast, overlying Late Ordovician strata display evidence for input of detritus from the Qiongzhong Block, which constituted part of the southeastern convergent plate margin of the South China Craton in the early Paleozoic. The evolving provenance record of the Cambrian and Ordovician strata suggests that the juxtaposition of South China and West Australian cratons occurred during the early to mid-Ordovician. The event was linked with the northern continuation of Kuungan Orogeny, with South China providing a record of final assembly of Gondwana.Peer reviewe
