Therefore, research is needed that discusses Islamic religious values. This research is motivated by Islamic religious values ??which are divided into 3 problem formulations, namely: 1) what are the Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno in terms of aqidah?, 2) what are the Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno in the aspect of shari'ah?, 3) how are the Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno in the aspect of morality?. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe data on Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters. The theory used in this study is the theory of Islamic Religious Education Based on Character Education by (Wiyani, 2013). The research method uses descriptive method. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used by the author is the hermeneutic technique, namely reading, recording, and concluding. The results of this study contained 3 concepts of Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno. Includes: (1) Aqidah, can be seen from the character's belief that Allah SWT knows what is good and bad and believes in the most effective prayer to ask Allah SWT. (2) Shari'ah, can be seen from the traditional belief in the teachings contained in Islam. (3) Morals, can be seen from the behavior of the characters who always respect those who are older than them and give advice to people who make mistakes. Morals are mostly conveyed by the author in the novel because this novel tells about the life of Islamic boarding school children who have a positive influence on the Islamic boarding school environment, not only within the Islamic boarding school environment but also carried into the community environment

Full text linkThe fact that in a literary work, including novels contains a lot of values, especially ethical values which are reflected through the attitudes, behavior, and actions of these characters, it is this that attracts the writer's interest in conducting an analysis of literary works in the form of novels, namely the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finding the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The problem of this research is how are the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Sees the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the analysis of the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, Men Who Seek the Most Beautiful Places by Retno Mawarni. The benefits of research are for teaching Indonesian language and literature, readers of literary works, and other researchers.The research method uses a descriptive method. The data source used is the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni, which totals 370 pages, published by Sabil, Yogyakarta in July 2012. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques. The approach uses a moral approach, while data analysis techniques use content analysis techniques.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni is a novel that tells about a young man's efforts to forget his dark past and the efforts he makes to find his identity. As for Faya Nevu or Nevu as the main character, she has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah), good-natured (anie satun), kindness (al-khairu), and diligent (al-khusyu') as well as bad ethics , namely egoistic and liar nature. Meanwhile, supporting characters, namely Abah Syarif, have good ethics, namely the nature of being liked (al-aliefah) and the nature of kindness (al-khairu). Nitya has good ethics, namely the nature of kindness or al-khairu. Iqbal has good ethics, namely liking (al-aliefah), sweetness (anie satun), and kindness (al-khairu). Gareng has good ethics, namely the nature of being liked or al-aliefah and bad or reprehensible ethics, namely the nature of persecution and the nature of arrogance or arrogance. Doctors Akmal, Bagas, Rieya, and Anton Perdana both have good ethical values, namely being liked or al-aliefah. Rusdi Iskandar has good ethics, namely the nature of goodness (al-khairu). Finally, Satria as a supporting character has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah). The suggestions that the author can put forward are: (1) for readers and connoisseurs of literature, (2) for teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, and (3) for other researchers

Full text linkDalam menetapkan harga jual unit rumah, harga yang ditawarkan harus bersaing dengan harga perumahan lain di sekitarnya yang memiliki segmentasi dan konsep tidak jauh berbeda. Hal ini agar konsumen tertarik membeli rumah di perumahan tersebut. Harga jual rumah merupakan acuan pertimbangan pemilihan rumah oleh konsumen, disamping fasilitas dan desain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga jual unit rumah pada pengembangan Grand Mandiri Residence yang memperhitungkan besarnya biaya agar dapat memberikan keuntungan, serta dapat diterima oleh konsumen menurut permintaan pasar. Penetapan harga jual menggunakan analisa titik impas yang mempertemukan kurva biaya dan kurva pendapatan. Kurva biaya diperoleh dari perhitungan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Kurva pendapatan diperoleh dari kurva permintaan yang berasal dari survei. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh harga jual yang sesuai dengan analisa biaya dan permintaan pasar untuk tipe 120 adalah Rp 767.455.121 dengan jumlah unit rumah sebanyak 34 unit, dan harga jual untuk tipe 140 sebesar Rp 1.174.668.574 dengan jumlah unit rumah sebanyak 6 unit

Full text linkHotel Ciputra World di Surabaya adalah hotel bintang lima yang terletak di Jalan Mayor Jendral Sungkono Surabaya. Gedung yang bersebelahan dengan Mall Ciputra World ini memiliki luas 22.008 m2. Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya diidentifikasi memiliki biaya tidak perlu. Biaya tidak perlu dapat dikurangi dengan menerapkan rekayasa nilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari penghematan pada proyek pembangunan Hotel Ciputra World di Surabaya dengan menggunakan rekayasa nilai. Penerapan rekayasa nilai dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rencana Kerja Rekayasa Nilai. Tahap dari rencana kerja tersebut meliputi empat langkah, yaitu tahap informasi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisis dan tahap rekomendasi. Tahap informasi berisi Analisis Fungsi. Tahap kreatif dilaksanakan dengan Brainstroming. Tahap analisis terdiri dari Analisis Keuntungan dan Kerugian, Analisis Life Cycle Cost, dan analisis pengambilan keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Tahap rekomendasi adalah tahap untuk menunjukan alternatif mana yang akhirnya diputuskan layak untuk menggantikan item pekerjaan existing. Melalui penerapan rekayasa nilai pada proyek pembangunan Hotel Ciputra World di Surabaya memiliki item pekerjaan yang memiliki potensi biaya tidak diperlukan paling besar yaitu pekerjaan dinding dalam. Penghematan biaya konstruksi yang didapat dari pekerjaan dinding dalam adalah sebesar Rp. 2.259.177.900 atau sebesar 7.03% dari biaya total pembangunan (Rp. 32.140.900.000,00.) Pekerjaan dinding pada awalnya mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp 7.483.900.771 menjadi Rp 5.224.722.871

Full text linkProyek Grand Island adalah salah satu proyek kawasan perumahan yang terdapat di dalam area Pakuwon city. Proyek ini memiliki luas 1.550.267,97 m2 atau sekitar 155 ha. Sebelumnya kawasan tersebut merupakan area hutan bakau dan tambak. Untuk mencapai elevasi yang sesuai dengan perencanaan maka di area tersebut perlu dilakukan penimbunan material. Material yang digunakan untuk penimbunan antara lain kapur, sirtu dan paras. Dalam pelaksanaan penimbunan diperlukan beberapa alat berat agar pelaksanaan dapat selesai sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Penggunaan alat berat harus dianalisa agar optimal, yaitu mencapai biaya minimum tanpa mengabaikan target waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan biaya minimum adalah programa linier. Biaya yang akan dihitung adalah biaya pengangkutan dan biaya penimbunan. Sebagai variabel keputusan adalah jumlah jam operasional pemakaian alat berat. Kendala yang diperhitungkan adalah kendala waktu, kendala sewa alat berat, kendala waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan dan kendala volume. Berdasarkan analisa perhitungan, biaya minimum yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan pengangkutan kapur adalah Rp. 61.411.547.565,94, untuk pekerjaan pengangkutan sirtu adalah Rp. 72,998,010,635.29, dan untuk pekerjaan pengangkutan paras adalah Rp 66,448,466,086.83. Untuk pekerjaan penimbunan biaya minimum yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp. 8,271,827,597.2

The title of this report is “The Analysis Calculation Of Cost of Goods Manufacture By The Order At CV Champion Furniture Palembang”. CV Champion Furniture Palembang is the industrial that making meubel and located in Sudirman Street Number 2841, Palembang. The author uses several methods for obtaining data report such as interview, observations, and literature study. The objects analyzed are the calculation of cost production of chairs and dining table, office desk, and wardrobe by using job order costing method. Based on the obtained data, the author found several problems such as the company has not been precise in classifying the elements of cost of productions especially direct material cost and indirect material cost, the company also don’t calculate indirect material cost, electrical cost, and the assets depreciation. So, the author gives some suggestions to the company such as the company should classify the elements of cost of productions correctly into direct material cost and indirect material cost. The company should indirect material cost, electrical cost and assets depreciation cost into the factory overhead cost so that the cost of goods manufacture can reflect the actual values

The main matter of this research are: 1. What are the Japanese idioms that use animal names and are still used today. 2. How the meaning of lexical and meaning idiomatikal from idioms that use the name of animal.
The research has two purposes. First, to describes the meaning of idiom formed from animal names. Second to examine the idiomatic meaning and lexical meaning contained in idioms that use animal names. Author obtained the data from Reikai jiten kanyouku, Animal Idiom, and 101 Japanese Idiom book. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze structure and meaning of idiomatical authors using data that has been presented semantically. The method of presenting the results of data analysis in an informal method, which is presenting the results of analysis data with words.
Based on the data analysis, the result of this research shows idioms that use animal names and are still commonly used today there are 39 animals.

The purpose of this research is to explain various forms of comparison bushido value delivered in the folklore of Momotarou and Issunboushi.
The method of this research is qualitative method with literature review. The theory used to analyse is a structural approach. Structural used to analyse intrinsic substance in this folklore, such as the theme, character and characterization also background of the story. Meanwhile, seven bushido values are used to analyse the value of bushido as reflected in the Momotarou and Issunboushi stories.
In this research we can know that the bushido values contained in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories is very related to whole of event and characteristic of the character in the story. The events that happened to primary character show that there are seven bushido values in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories of courage, virtue, modesty, loyalty, honesty, honor and justice. The author also compares the two folklore, which distinguishes the application of the seven bushido values in each story.

The Advisor Elizabeth Ika Hesti ANR, S.S., M.Hum. In this thesis the author discuss “Comparisons in Auxiliary Verbs –Teiru and Compound Verbs –Tsuzukeru ”. The purpose of this research are to describe the structure and meaning of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru and describe the similarities and differences of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru. The author obtained data from short stories and Japanese websites. The first step the authors collect data from various sources, then the author sorting data, then analyzed using the method of agih and substitution techniques. Based on the data analysis, the structure of the auxiliary verb –teiru is attached to the activity verb, punctual, and type 4. While the compound verbs -tsuzukeru attached to the activity verb and punctual. The equations between the auxiliary verbs and the compound verbs -tsuzukeru are both continuous. The difference between auxiliary verbs –teiru indicates events or events occurring at a particular point in time, whereas a compound verb -tsuzukeru indicates the continuity of unfinished activity or event.
