Andong Wisata merupakan aset seni dan budayayang menjadi daya tarik wisata di Kota Yogyakarta. Definisi strategi adalahproses penyusunan langkah-langkah ke depan yang dimaksudkan untukmembangun visi dan misi organisasi, menetapkan tujuan strategis dan keuanganperusahaan, serta merancang strategi untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dalamrangka menyediakan customer value terbaik. Tata Kelola merupakan istilah yangterkait dengan mekanisme mengarahkan, mengendalikan, baik suatuorganisasi/lembaga ataupun suatu fungsi, agar sesuai dengan tujuannya danharapan para pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan duapendekatan analisis yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatifmenggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan kuantitatif denganmenggunakan analisis SWOT. Temuan di lapangan mengindikasikan bahwa salahsatu stakeholder utama Tata Kelola Andong Wisata adalah PORDASI DaerahIstimewa Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan matriks IE (internal external) menunjukkanbahwa Tata Kelola Andong Wisata berada pada posisi hold and maintain (jagadan pertahankan), selanjutnya berdasarkan Kuadran Analisis SWOT ada padaposisi combination. Berdasarkan posisi tersebut di atas berimplikasi pada strategiTata Kelola Andong Wisata yang perlu dilakukan adalah: 1. Penetrasi pasar(bekerjasama dengan hotel dan asosiasi pemandu wisata/guide) untuk bisamemperoleh konsumen lebih banyak; 2. Pengembangan produk: menambahmanfaat Andong Wisata tidak sebatas untuk wisatawan tetapi juga untuk acaraacarakebudayaan di kota Yogyakarta (pengantin, kirab budaya, acara lainnya); 3.Menghias Andong Wisata dengan tetap menjaga orisinalitasnya agar penampilanlebih menarik, tarif tetap terjangkau wistawan, dan dengan pelayanan ramah,memuaskan, dan nyaman di jalan; 4. Untuk memudahkan wisatawan memperolehAndong Wisata maka penempatan pangkalan Andong Wisata ada bersebelahandengan lahan parkir bus dan mobil wisatawan.

Seni bela diri aikido merupakan seni bela diri yang berasal dari Negara Jepang yang sekarang tumbuh dan berkembang diberbagai pelosok Negara di dunia ini. Aikido tidak seperti seni bela diri yang lain yang kebanyakan gerakannya kuat, keras, kasar, dan kaku, tapi seni bela diri aikido gerakannya lebih mengalir dan mengalun sehingga gerakannya terkesan lembut dan indah. Gerakan yang mengalir dan mengalun yang menghasilkan kesan lembut dan indah itu terwujud dari cara permainan tangan dan pola kaki yang selalu terbuka dan melebar tanpa ada pemotongan gerak bagian perbagian. Gerakan-gerakan tersebut seperti perputaran badan yang menggunakan pola kaki yang berpola tiga langkahan contohnya menggunakan pola kaki irimi, tankan dan hapodaishi kaiten. Pada tangan terlihat lebih memutar, hal itu bertujuan untuk menetralisir kekuatan lawan yang datang. Kekuatan yang ada pada lawan dapat di netralisir melalui gerakan-gerakan yang mengalun dan mengalir tersebut. Sehingga tercipta bahwa kekuatan itu tidak selalu identik dengan keras dan ternyata dengan lembut, mengalun dan mengalir pun bisa menjadi sebuah kekuatan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. PENDIDIKAN MULTIKULTURAL BERBASIS SENI BUDAYA DI SD TAMAN MUDA IBU PAWIYATAN YOGYAKARTA
No full textThis research aims to : (1) describe the education multicultural through the education based on culture and art at SD Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta, (2) identify obstacle in applying the education multicultural through the education based on culture and art at SD Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta, and (3) find solutions to overcome the obstacles in education multicultural through the education based on culture and art at SD Tama Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta. This was a qualitative research. In order to gain data, the researcher used interview, direct observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used steps of Miles and Huberman’ model such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification, while the data validation included internal validation, external validation, reliability and objectivity. The result of the research showed that (1) education multicultural based on culture and art at SD Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Yogyakarta was not taught in a special lesson but integrated into lessons (intracurricular) such as Ketamansiswaan, Pkn, SBK, SeniTari, Batik, Bahasa Indonesia, Karawitan, Tembang and BahasaJawa. Discoveringthe multicultural values and culture and art through self-developed activity was done by creating a condusive school culture and extracurricular activities which include dolanan anak, senilukis, bahasa jawa, pencaksilat, pramuka, drumband and pianika. (2) The obstacles experienced were low teacher competence, difficulties in learning bahasa jawa, the minimum of learning media and facilities, the influence of students’ association outside school and technology, and special need students. The strategies to overcome the obstacle are increasing the professionalism quality of the teacher. It can be done by making meeting once in three months and giving professional training at local and national levels, using two language system (Java language and Indonesia language) in learning bahasaj awa, making a meeting between teachers and parents once in six months, making rules to limit the using of handphone at school, working together with parents to supply teacher for the special need students.Key words: Education multicultural, culture and art, multicultural values
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
