Entry words for Indonesian names
Catalog is a representative of document and Entry Name is one of important part of catalog. For cataloguing purpose, Indonesian librarians used the Peraturan penentuan nama-nama Indonesia (Rules for Indonesian names) published by National Scientific Documentation Centre and recognized as the Indonesian National Standard, first published in 1975 and accepted as one of the Standar Nasional Indonesia or Indonesian National Standard. However it never been revised since its acceptance as a standard although the regulation stated that any standard must be revised every five years. The other cataloguing rule is "Peraturan katalogisasi nama-nama Indonesia" [Cataloging rules for Indonesian names] published by Pusat Pembinaan Perpustakaan (Center for Library Development) in 1976, later on continued by the Indonesian National Library as Peraturan katalogisasi Indonesia (Indonesian cataloguing rules), the last edition is the 4th edition published in 1996 and also never been revised since then. GENETIC DIVERSITY OF INDONESIAN SHALLOTS BASED ON BULB-TUNIC PATTERNS AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS
Variation within bulb tunics has been used to determine the genetic diversity in Allium species, including shallots. However, no such study has been reported for shallots of Indonesia. The study aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of the Indonesian shallots based on the bulb-tunic patterns. Thirty-five shallot genotypes from main production centers in Indonesia were used. The ultrasculptures of the bulb tunics were examined by light microscopy, including the inner surface and cell shape patterns of the bulb tunics. The phenotypic data, i.e. quantitative and qualitative traits were subjected to the descriptive statistics, principal component, correlation, regression, and clustering analyses. The results showed that the bulb-tunic cell patterns were varied, which shared almost identical with 13 Allium species. Total bulb weight per genotype showed the greatest variation (cv = 89.10%) and significant correlation with bulb weight per plant (r = 0.773). The principle component analyses showed the cumulative proportion of 78% of the total morphological variation in all shallot genotypes. Based on clustering analysis, the genetic variation of Indonesian shallots are grouped into twelve clusters with 50% genetic similarity. The study indicates that Indonesian shallots are genetically varied and could be useful for further utilization in their genetic improvement program
GENETIC VARIABILITIES OF AGRONOMIC TRAITS AND BACTERIAL LEAF BLIGHT RESISTANCE OF HIGH YIELDING RICE VARIETIES
Hundred of high yielding and bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xoo) resistant rice varieties released since the 1960s are important sources of genetic materials for exploring superior genotypes. The study aimed to evaluate the genetic resistance of 177 rice varieties to Xoo and their agronomic traits. The evaluations were conducted at the Indonesian Center for Rice Research Experimental Station during the wet season (December 2015-March 2016). The bacterial leaf blight resistance was evaluated for Xoo pathotypes III, IV, and VIII using the clipping method. The genetic variation among genotypes was categorized as low (0–10%), medium (10–20%), and high (>20%), whereas the heritability was categorized as low (0-30%), medium (30-60%), and high (>60%). The variability of resistance to Xoo pathotypes, grain yield, and spikelet fertility was low, while the variability of plant height, productive tiller number, filled grain, and total spikelet was medium, and the variability of unfilled grain number was high. The 29 varieties were categorized as superior based on their agronomic traits or resistance to Xoo pathotypes. In conclusion, Batutegi and Fatmawati were superior in the total spikelet number, while Rojolele and Inpari 2 were supreme in the thousand-grain weight. Dodokan had a very short maturity, and Inpari 24, Conde, Kalimas, Angke, Inpari 17, and Inpara 8 had the highest resistance to Xoo pathotypes. The study implies that the identified rice superior genotypes could be used as genetic materials to design cross combinations for higher yield potential and BLB resistance varietal improvement
Indonesian Rheumatology Association (IRA) Recommendations for Diagnosis and Management of Sjogren’s Syndrome
Background. Sjogren’s syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune diseasethat affects exocrine glands. Dealing with SS is challenging due to the lowlevel of awareness and knowledge about SS, as well as the difficulty indiagnosing and treating the disease. Diagnosing SS requires manysupporting examinations from many medical specialties. Therefore, theserecommendations were developed to serve as a guide for health practitionersin diagnosing and treating SS. Methods. Six selected rheumatologists fromthe Indonesian Rheumatologist Association (IRA) formulated therecommendations based on key questions formed by a steering committeefrom IRA. These recommendation materials were taken from several onlinedatabases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. Level of evidence and grades of recommendation were then assigned, and everymember of the panellist team will assign a score for level of agreement.Results. The panel generated a total of 19 recommendations discussing thediagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy, andprognosis for SS. Conclusion. These recommendations can be used to helpclinicians correctly diagnose and choose the most suitable therapy for SSpatients. All recommendation statements were created with theconsideration of Indonesia’s clinical setting, facility, and drug availability.

The benefits of growth for Indonesian Workers
Indonesia's adopted development model has proved to be the most successful in alleviating poverty and benefiting workers in developing countries. The government's development efforts focused on agriculture, education, and transport infrastructure. It emphasized providing productive employment opportunities and gradually improving the labor quality through education and training. The wage, employment, and income growth rates were left to market forces. Although the rapid growth of labor-intensive manufacturing has led to more jobs and higher wages benefiting workers, workers employed in these industries have expressed growing dissatisfaction. They complain about problems of child labor, the denial of centrally mandated wages and benefits to workers, poor working conditions, and the abuse of young female workers. The government has tried to improve worker's wages and working conditions by centrally mandating higher labor standards, relying principally on minimum wages. Enforcement has improved and, despite low compliance, minimum wages are beginning to bite. Indonesians are debating whether they need labor intensive industries and whether it is a mistake to base Indonesia's growth on cheap labor. They argue that if labor is more expensive, manufacturers must substitute some capital for labor. However, if labor-intensive industries are rejected, the capacity of the economy to absorb plentiful workers will be reduced. The main alternatives are to push up wages now, or to let wages be determined by market forces and strengthen institutions that could improve working conditions, such as labor unions.
