No full textABSTRAKYusuf Sonda, NIM : 0029.02.43.2015 Efektivitas Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah pada kantor BPN (Studi Kasus Kabupaten Enrekang) (dibimbing oleh Ilham Abbas dan Hasbuddin Khalid).Tujuan penelitian : (1) mengetahui dan menganalisa sejauh mana efektivitas pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah; (2) faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian sosiolosis empirik, yakni tipe yang menitikberatkan pada kajian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Bahan hukum terdiri dua yakni bahan hukum primer dari Undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan transaksi elektronik (ITE) dengan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 24 tahun 1997 tentang pendaftaran tanah, serta bahan sekunder dari buku-buku atau literatur-literatur para ahli atau sarjana. Pengelolaan bahan hukum dilakukan secara deduktif untuk mencapai kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendaftaran tanah melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi sudah mulai efektif dengan peraturan pemerintah no. 24 tahun 1997 tentang pendaftaran tanah; (2) Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah faktor penegak hukumnya / pelaksana kegiatan pendaftaran tanah, faktor sarana/fasilitas, faktor masyarakat dan faktor kebudayaan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah : (1) perlu diupayakan penambahan / rekrutmen pegawai baru serta peningkatan SDM yang sudah ada melalui pendidikan / pelatihan terkait dengan teknologi informasi; (2) perlu peningkatan kualitas jaringan internet dan penyempurnaan aplikasi KKP (Komputerisasi Kantor Pertanahan), penyuluhan kepada masyarakat terkait dengan kegiatan pendaftaran tanah serta komunikasi dan informasi terhadap daerah-daerah tertentu yang belum terjangkau oleh kegiatan pendaftaran tanah

No full textRhetoric Stages in Ustaz Khalid Basalamah's Lecture on Youtube. This research is entitled Rhetoric Stages in Ustaz Khalid Basalamah's Lecture on Youtube. The reason the author chose this title is because this research has never been done at the Islamic University of Riau and the object being carried out has also never been studied by students of the Islamic University of Riau. And Ustadz Khalid Basalamah was able to attract the attention of listeners, so the writer wanted to know the stages used by Ustadz Khalid Basalamah. This research is included in qualitative research using descriptive method. The data collection technique of this research is through documentation. This study uses the theory proposed by Rakhmat (2014), Abidin (2013), Keraf (2015), Morrisan (2014). The results of research on the stages of rhetoric in Ustaz Khalid Basalamah's lecture on Youtube found 40 data. (1) In the invention stage, there are 7 data including 5 evidence indicators and 2 statement indicators. (2) The disposition stage contains 15 data, including 7 preliminary data, 4 content data, and 4 closing data. (3) The Elocutio stage contains 7 data, including 3 asindenton data, 1 paradox data, and 3 hyperbole data. (4) The memory stage contains 6 data, including 3 information storage data and 3 experience data. (5) The Pronontitio stage contains 5 data, the data is included in the rhythm. It can be concluded that Ustaz Khalid Basalamah in the invention stage is more dominant in using evidence. In the disposition stage, the prelude is more dominant using greetings, content is more dominant using arguments, and closing is more dominant using expectations. In the elocutio stage, it is more dominant to use asidentone and hyperbole. In the memory stage, it is more dominant to use the storage of information and experiences. In the pronontitio stage, it is more dominant to use rhythm. Thus, Ustaz Khalid Basalamah has used the five stages of rhetoric

Financial Development, Economic Growth, and Poverty Reduction
No full textThe frequent failure of financial liberalisation efforts in developing countries, and the serious damage which recent financial crises have imposed on these economies, have led to renewed attempts to understand the relationships between financial sector development, economic growth and poverty reduction, and to provide a more robust intellectual foundation on which to design efficient and pro-poor financial sector policies for developing countries. The paper examines the contribution that financial sector development can make to poverty reduction in developing countries. The linkages between financial and economic growth, and between economic growth and poverty reduction, are considered, and some preliminary empirical evidence is presented on these linkages. The paper goes on to argue that financial market imperfections are a key constraint on pro-poor growth, and that public policy directed at the correction of these financial market failures is needed to ensure that financial development contributes effectively to growth and poverty reduction. The final part of the paper examines in some detail the role of financial regulation and supervision policy as a key area for public intervention directed at enhancing the financial sector’s contribution to poverty reduction.

Chemical composition, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antibiofilm activities of essential oil from the Moroccan endemic Plant, Calendula maroccana (Ball) B. D. Jacks
No full textThe chemical characterization of the essential oil of the endemic Moroccan species, Calendula maroccana, was achieved by GC and GC-MS methods. The antioxidant, antimicrobial and antibiofilm activities of this essential oil were also studied. Eighty-one compounds were identified in the essential oil, representing 94.82% of the total. Sesquiterpenes predominate in the essential oil; 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (16.13%), delta-amorphene (13.56%), alpha-cedrene (6.23%), gamma-curcumene (5.10%) and alpha-bisabolol (4.94%) were the main constituents. The antioxidant potential was evaluated by DPPH, FRAP and ABTS assays: the essential oil exhibited antioxidant effectiveness with IC50 values of 0.92, 0.3 and 1.7 mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, the essential oil showed potent antimicrobial activity as revealed by inhibition zone values against selected clinically important pathogenic microorganisms. Inhibition zone values of 15.33 +/- 0.19, 23 +/- 0.05 and 15.33 +/- 0.33 mm were observed against Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and C. tropicalis, respectively. The maximal and minimal inhibition concentration values were in the range of 0.25 +/- 0.17 - 4.68 +/- 0.10 mg/mL for bacteria and 0.06 +/- 0.03 - 0.12 +/- 0.14 mg/mL, for Candida. The essential oil showed potent anti-biofilm activity with dual actions, inhibiting (69 - 88%) and eradicating (75 - 92%) the biofilms formed by the three tested bacteria strains. Based on these results, this essential oil can be considered as a natural antioxidant, antibacterial and antibiofilm agent that could be applied in phytotherapy, pharmaceutical and food sectors
