Tradisi perkawinan Nyebrang Segoro Geni perspektif Maqasid al-Shari ah Jamal Aldin ‘Athiyyah: Studi di desa Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk

تقليد الزواج “nyebrang segoro geni” تقليد قرية بانران كرتاسانا, عانجوك, التي تمنع الزواج مع مجتمع بانران, كرتاسانا, وعنجوك بسبب الحطر إذا كان الخطر معتدى عليه. لم يتم شرح مقاصد الشريعة صراحة من قبل السياثيبي في كتابه ، لكن السياثيبي أوضح على الفور بالتفصيل حول مفتاح مقاصد الشريعة في مسائل الزواج و الأسرة .
هذا البحث له عدة أهداف. الأول, لوصف الزواج “nyebrang segoro geni” عند مجتمع بانران, كرتاسورا, وعانجوك. والثاني, لشرح أسباب تقليد زواج “nyebrang segoro geni” لايزال قائما حتى اليوم. والثالث, وصف تحليل مقاصد شريعة جمال الدين عطية لتقليد حظر زواج “nyebrang segoro geni”يسخدم هذا البحث بالمنهجي الوصفي مع المنهجي الميداني والمنهجي الوعي. وموقع هذا البحث في قرية بانران, كرتاسورا, وعانجوك. وهذا البحث يستخدم بمصادر البيانات الأولية والثانوية. جمع البيانات في شكل مقابلات وتوثيق. تحليل البيانات هو التحرير والتصنيف والتحقق والتحليل.
تستخدم صلاحية البيانات التثليث من مصادر البيانات والروابط مع نظرية المقاصد الشرعية العطية يظهر هذا البحث النتائج. الأول, أن نظرة المجتمع لتقليد زواج “nyebrang segoro geni” لها أسلوب إسلامي تقدمي, يعني الجمع بين تقاليد الزواج الاجتماعي والمجتمعي. الثاني, يمكن الحفاظ على تقليد الزواج “nyebrang segoro geni” في قرية بانران, كرتاسورا, وعانجوك, بسببين ؛ السلامة واحترام الأجداد. الثالث, تقليد الزواج”nyebrang segoro geni” له أساسه في الشريعة الإسلامية progresif لأن جوهر هذا التقليد قد حقق الجوانب المطلوبة في الزواج ، الذي كان لديه سبعة في البداية ، أخذ الكاتب الجوهر إلى أربعة ، وهي حفظ الدين ، وحفظ النسل ،حفظ المال, وخلق الفروق الدقيقة, يعني, السكينة ، المودة ، والرحمة
ABSTRACT
The marriage tradition crossing segoro geni is a tradition in Banaran village , Kertosono, Nganjuk that prohibits the community from marrying into the people of Bangsri village, Kertosono, Nganjuk with distressing consequences if they break it. Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah is clearly explained by Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah in matters of marriage in order to focus on answering problems of marriage in depth.
This research first aims to describe the views of the people of Banaran village, Kertosono, Nganjuk on the marriage tradition crossing the segoro geni. Second, to describe the reasons for the marriage tradition crossing the segoro geni to be preserved until now. Third, describe the analysis of Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah on the marriage tradition crossing the segoro geni in Banara Village, Kertosono, Nganjuk.
This research process uses descriptive research with the type of field research and a qualitative approach. The research location is located in Banaran Village, Kertosono, Nganjuk. The data sources are primary and secondary. Data collection in the form of interviews and documentation. Data analysis is editing, classification, verification, and analysis. The validity of the data uses triangulation from the data source and connects with the theory of Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah.
The results of this study indicate: 1) That the community's view of the tradition of crossing the segoro geni marriage has a progressive Islamic style, which is to accommodate the marriage tradition based on social conditions and benefits. 2) The marriage tradition of crossing segoro geni in the villages of Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk can be preserved until now based on two reasons; safety and respect for ancestors. 3) The tradition of marriage across segoro geni is legal in Islamic law in the view of Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah. It can be said like that because the substance of this tradition has fulfilled the aspects desired by Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah in a marriage, which initially had seven, then the author takes the essence into four, namely maintaining religion, preserving descent, creating a sakinah, mawaddah warahmah and take care of finances.

Tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni adalah tradisi di Desa Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk yang melarang masyarkatnya untuk melangsungnkan perkawinan dengan masyarakat Desa Bangsri, Kertosono, Nganjuk dengan konsekuensi marabahaya yang didapat apabila melanggarnya. Maqa>si}d Al-Shari>>’ah dijelaskan secara jelas oleh Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah dalam masalah perkawinan agar dapat secara fokus menjawab permasalahan perkawinan secara mendalam.
Penelitian ini pertama bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan masyarakat Desa Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk terhadap tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan alasan tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni dapat lestari hingga sekarang. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan analisis maqa>si}d al-shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah terhadap tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni di Desa Banara, Kertosono, Nganjuk.
Proses penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Desa Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk. Sumber datanya yaitu primer dan skunder. Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya ialah pengeditan, klasifikasi, verifikasi, dan menganalisis. Adapun keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dari sumber data dan mengaitkan dengan teori maqa>si}d al-shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Bahwasannya pandangan masyarakat terhadap tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni mempunyai corak Islam Progresif, yakni mengakomodir tradisi perkawinan tersebut berdasarkan kondisi sosial dan kemaslahatan. 2) Tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni di Desa Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk dapat lestari hingga sekarng berdasarkan dua alasan; keselamatan dan penghormatan terhadap leluhur. 3) Tradisi perkawinan nyebrang segoro geni mendapatkan legalits di muka hukum Islam dalam pandangan maqa>si}d al-shari>>’ah Jama>l Al-Di>N ‘Athiyyah. Bisa dikatakan seperti itu dikarenakan substansi tentang tradisi ini telah memenuhi aspek yang diinginkan oleh maqa>s}id al-shari>’ah dalam perkawinan yang mulanya ada tujuh kemudian penulis ambil intisarikan menjadi empat, yakni menjaga agama, menjaga keturunan, menciptakan nuansa yang saki>nah, mawaddah warah}mah dan menjaga keuangan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

The tradition of crossing the segoro geni marriage is a tradition in Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk villages that prohibits the community from marrying into the people of Bangsri, Kertosono, Nganjuk villages with distressing consequences if they break it.Maqa> si} d Al-Shari >> 'ah explained clearly by Jama> l Al-Di> N 'Athiyyah in marriage problems in order to focus on answering marital problems in depth.
This research first aims to describe the reasons for the marriage tradition to cross the segoro geni can be sustainable until now. Second, describe the analysismaqa> si} d al-shari >> 'ah Jama> l Al-Di> N 'Athiyyah against the tradition of crossing the segoro geni marriage in Banara Village, Kertosono, Nganjuk.

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
