    Abstrak Untuk menjadi pembelajar Bahasa Inggris yang sukses, siswa pembelajar Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing (EFL) perlu menetapkan tujuan belajar, menemukan cara belajar yang tepat, serta mengontrol proses belajar mereka. Di tingkat universitas, menjadi pelajar mandiri sangat diperlukan karena mereka harus bertanggung jawab atas pembelajaran mereka sendiri. Karena para siswa perlu mempertahankan kompetensi mereka dan bertanggung jawab untuk pembelajaran mereka sendiri, penting bagi mereka untuk menjadi siswa yang mempunyai regulasi diri. Oleh karena itu, melibatkan strategi mereka dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris mereka sendiri, dan mengevaluasi keterampilan berbahasa Inggris mereka di akhir latihan dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan strategi pembelajaran regulasi diri (SRL) yang digunakan oleh pembelajar bahasa yang baik, serta bagaimana mereka mempelajari strategi SRL dalam meningkatkan keterampilan Bahasa Inggris mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif kepada lima mahasiswa. Analisis data yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara dan jurnal reflektif menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, pembelajar yang baik menggunakan berbagai strategi SRL dalam empat dimensi; kognitif, motivasi, sosial, dan afektif, dan kedua, pembelajar yang baik mempelajari strategi SRL mereka secara mandiri, dari teman sebaya, dan juga guru. Implikasi dari temuan ini didiskusikan bersama dengan saran dan penelitian lebih lanjut. Kata kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran Regulasi Diri (SRL), Strategi Pembelajaran Bahasa (LLS), Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL). Abstract In order to be successful second language learners, EFL students need to establish goals, find appropriate ways of learning, and control their learning processes. At the university level, becoming an independent learner is required because a student needs to take responsibility for his or her own learning. Since the students need to maintain their competency and are responsible for their learning, it is essential for them to be self-regulated learners. Therefore, involving their strategy in their language learning and evaluating their skill at the end of the practice can help foster their English ability. This research aims to explore the use of self-regulated learning (SRL) strategies applied by good language learners and how they learn SRL strategies in enhancing their English skills. This research was conducted qualitatively to five undergraduate participants. The analysis of the data gathered from interviews and reflective journals showed that, first, the good learners employed a range of SRL strategies in four dimensions; cognitive, motivational, social, and effective, and second, the good learners learned their SRL strategies by themselves, and also from peers and instructors. The implications of these findings are discussed together with suggestions and further research.     ABSTRAK Oleh : Rizka Marisa Cinderella Complex merupakan suatu jaringan sikap dan rasa takut yang sebagian besarnya tertekan sehingga perempuan tidak bisa dan tidak berani memanfaatkan sepenuhnya kemampuan otak dan kreaktivitasnya . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai pada remaja perempuan minang dalam mendeskripsikan gambaran Cinderella Complex yang mereka alami. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dalam pendekatan studi kasus dimana peneliti ingin meneliti satu individu secara lebih mendalam, dan menggunakan alat bantu NVivo teknik analisis data lebih banyak menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan satu subjek remaja perempuan minang yang memiliki kecenderungan cinderella complex. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subjek Remaja perempuan minang yang mengalami cinderella complex cenderung menggambarkan pengalaman psikologisnya melalui wawancara dan narasi yang memperlihatkan ketergantungan pada orang lain kepada teman dan orang terdekat nya dalam mengatasi kesulitan yang mereka alami dan memiliki keinginan untuk dilindungi, serta adanya keraguan dalam mengambil keputusan secara mandiri. ABSTRACT Author : Rizka Marisa Cinderella Complex is a network of attitudes and fears that are mostly suppressed so that women cannot and do not dare to fully utilize their brain's abilities and creativity. The purpose of this study was to find out about Minang female teenagers in describing the Cinderella Complex they experienced. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach in a case study approach where researchers want to examine one individual in more depth, and use the NVivo tool, data analysis techniques use more semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. This study used 1 subject of Minang female teenagers who have a tendency to Cinderella complex. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the subjects of Minang female teenagers who experience Cinderella complex tend to describe their psychological experiences through interviews and narratives that show dependence on others, on friends and those closest to them, in overcoming the difficulties they experience and have a desire to be protected, as well as doubts in making decisions independently. The data from the questionnaire and the results of interviews the author to the company. Results of the analysis of understanding the events after the end of the reporting period according to SAK ETAP that is equal to 84.61% understanding of the accounting policy of Events after the Reporting Period End according to the Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability has been well understood by PT Sriwijaya Palm Oil and amounted to 92.30% are well understood also by PT Citra Sawit Lestari.     ABSTRAK Rizka Listya Ratna Dewi, D1514093, Sistem Informasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik Di Badan Perencanaan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Klaten, Tugas Akhir, Program Studi Manajemen Administrasi, Program Diploma III, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, 2017, 76 halaman. Arsip memiliki nilai guna administrasi sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah satu aktivitas sehari-hari Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten antara lain administrasi surat menyurat. Surat menyurat bertujuan untuk menciptakan kelancaran komunikasi tertulis. Bentuk komunikasi tertulis berupa naskah dinas yang berisi surat-surat. Volume surat masuk dan surat keluar di Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten yang cukup banyak, sehingga perlu adanya sistem otomatisasi kearsipan yaitu Sistem Informasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik. Sistem Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik berguna untuk memudahkan pengelolaan naskah dinas di Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Sistem Informasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik di Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten. Jenis pengamatan yang dilakukan penulis yaitu observasi berperan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi berperan aktif, wawancara terstruktur, dan mengkaji dokumen dan arsip. Hasil pengamatan berkaitan dengan Sistem Informasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik di Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten dapat dideskripsikan bahwa model sistem informasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik yang digunakan oleh Bappeda Kabupaten Klaten menggunakan model sistem sederhana yaitu input, proses, dan output. Terdapat empat kegiatan pokok sistem otomatisasi perkantoran yaitu pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyimpanan data, dan pendistribusian data. Selain itu, terdapat bentuk aplikasi yang digunakan antara lain pengolah kata/angka/data, surat elektronik, faksimile, sistem arsip elektronik, pembuatan image dengan Adobe photoshop, dan penyebaran informasi menggunakan telepon dan grup WhatsApp. Kata kunci: arsip, disposisi, sistem informasi, surat keluar, surat masuk, dan tata naskah dinas elektronik. Archive has administrative use as the guidelines in doing daily activities. One of daily activities in Bappeda of Klaten Regency is correspondence. Correspondence aims to create the smooth written communication. The form of written communication is in the form of service text containing mails. The volume of incoming and exiting mail in Bappeda of Klaten Regency is large enough, so that there should be archiving automating system, Archiving Information System of Electronic Service. The Archiving Information System of Electronic Service is useful to facilitate the management of service archive (text) in Bappeda of Klaten Regency. This research aimed to describe the Archiving Information System of Electronic Service in Bappeda of Klaten Regency. The type of observation conducted by the author was participatory observation. Techniques of collecting data used were active participatory observation, structured interview, and document and archive study. The result of study related to Archiving Information System of Electronic Service in Bappeda of Klaten Regency could describe that the Archiving Information System of Electronic Service model used by Bappeda of Klaten Regency employed a simple system model including input, process, and output. There were four main activities in office automating system: data collection, data processing, data storage, and data distribution. In addition, there was a form of application used including word/numerical/data processor, electronic mail, facsimile, electronic archive system, image creation using Adobe photoshop, and information dissemination using phone and WhatsApp group.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan kurangnya kreativitas dalam membuat karya dekoratif siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Hal ini tentu berdasarkan observasi sebelum penelitian yang mana terlihat siswa belum mampu untuk mengkombinasikan unsur-unsur rupa dalam membuat karya dekoratif, siswa masih cenderung menggambar karya dekoratif dengan motif geometri, dan siswa kurang berani untuk menuangkan ide dan kreasi dalam karyanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana rancangan pembelajaran discovery learning untuk meningkatkan kreativitas membuat karya dekoratif siswa kelas III sekolah dasar, yang terdiri dari rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, lembar kerja peserta didik, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Delphi dengan langkah-langkah Lisstone yaitu studi pendahuluan, tahap mendesain, verifikasi, dan menganalisa. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga orang ahli, yaitu ahli rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, ahli materi dan ahli pembelajaran di kelas untuk memvalidasi hasil rancangan pembelajaran yang telah disusun oleh peneliti.. Hasil dari penelitian ini sesuai dengan kesepakatan ketiga ahli, bahwa rancangan pembelajaran discovery learning yang telah disusun dapat meningkatkan kreativitas membuat karya dekoratif siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. This is, of course, based on prior research which seems unable to combine visual elements in making decorative works, students still tend to draw observational works with geometric motifs, and students are less daring to express ideas and creations in games. The purpose of this study is to describe how to design discovery learning, to increase the creativity of third grade elementary school students, consisting of lesson plans, teaching materials, learning media, student worksheets, and learning evaluations. In this study, the author uses the Delphi research method with Liststone steps, namely preliminary studies, design stages, levers, and analysis. This study involved three experts, namely the lesson plan expert, material expert, and classroom learning expert to validate the results of the learning design that had been prepared by the researcher. The results of this study are in accordance with the third agreement, that the discovery learning design has been prepared can increase creativity in making artworks for third grade elementary school students.     Improving school engagement student with autism spectrum disorder using flip-through and follow method in social story and visual schedule

    The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Flip-through and Follow method for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The research is being conducted by applying Flip-through and Follow method for students with autism to improve school engagement. School engagement is active participation of the student in the academic and nonacademic area which is being assessed through behavioral, emotional and cognitive engagement. Flip-through and Follow Method is an intervention that combines social story and visual schedule. Social Story is a short story which can support individuals with autism to comprehend social situations. Visual Schedule is a visual representation of a daily agenda or a sequence of task or activity to be followed. The visual schedule will be tucked in the story as the social story ads information about why they should behave appropriately during school activities. This research is conducted using multiple baseline designs across conditions. The participant in this research is an elementary school-aged child, diagnosed with mild autism, having difficulties engaging with school activities and able to communicate verbally. The data will be collected using an observation form written by the author adjusted for school engagement for a student with autism. Data will be analyzed using a descriptive statistic and Wilcoxon T-Test. The result shows that Flip-through and follow method is not entirely effective in improving school engagement. Flip-through and follow is effective in improving engagement in classroom learning activities and scout activities, however flip-through and follow is less effective in improving physical education activity

    ABSTRAK Tinjauan Atas Prosedur Penentuan Tarif Jasa Hotel Pada Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Oleh : Rizka Ramana Putri Dalam menentukan tarif jasa, tarif berperan besar dalam menentukan keberhasilan bisnis, terutama yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Selain untuk hasilkan profit, tarif suatu jasa juga disinyalir mampu membuat pelaku bisnis bertahan dari gempuran kompetitor. Prosedur penentuan tarif tentunya harus berdasarkan berbagai macam pertimbangan, untuk memperoleh laba. Selain pertimbangan, persaingan bisnis juga harus dipikirkan dalam menentukan tarif tersebut. Jangan sampai tarif yang telah ditetapkan terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah dari tarif kompetitor. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui cara menentukan tarif jasa hotel pada Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan tarif jasa hotel pada Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang dikumpulkan peneliti untuk menjawab permasalahan secara khusus. Sedangkan data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh bukan dari sumbernya melainkan pihak lain seperti literatur buku, atau sumber yang berkaitan dengan topik penetapan harga. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Tehnik pembahasan yang digunakan adalah pembahasan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kumpulan data mentah menjadi mudah dipahami dalam bentuk informasi yang lebih ringkas. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel untuk mempengaruhi penentuan tarif jasa hotel mempunyai dua faktor yaitu faktor biaya dan faktor bukan biaya. Dari kedua faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan tarif jasa Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, faktor biaya merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan tarif jasa yang paling tepat untuk Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Hasil penelitian diatas sebagai alasan dalam memberikan saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah sebaiknya Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang tepat agar dalam menentukan tarif jasa Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki produk dan jasa berkualitas dengan harga murah. In addition to generate profit, the tariff of a service also allegedly able to make businesses survive the onslaught of competitors. Procedure tariff determination must be based on a wide range of considerations, to make a profit. Besides considerations, business competition should also be considered in determining the tariffs. Do not let the rates have been set too high or too low on the fare competitors. This study has several objectives, namely to know how to determine tariffs for hotels in Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, as well as to determine the factors that affect the determination of tariffs for hotels in Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. This type of research used by researchers is a descriptive study. The research methods used by the author in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data collected researchers to address issues specifically. While secondary data is data obtained from the source, but not other parties such as literature books, or resources related to the topic of pricing. Techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature. Discussion technique used is descriptive study that aims to change the set of raw data into easily understood in a more compact form of information. From the research that has been done can be concluded that the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel to affect the determination of tariffs for hotel has two factors: the cost factor and not a cost factor. Of the two factors that affect the determination of tariffs for Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, the cost factor is a factor affecting the determination of the most appropriate tariff for Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. The above results as a reason for giving advice that can be delivered is preferably Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel needs to consider the appropriate factors in order to determine tariffs for Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel as a company that has quality products and services at low prices. The focus of the discussion in this study is how the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu and what factors hinder Remedial Learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu. The method that the author uses in this study is a qualitative research method. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu, namely efforts to improve students are carried out if these students have not reached the minimum standard value, then students will be given remedial. because in this remedial learning students only repeat material that is not understood.
