No full textA presente dissertação constitui-se da análise das traduções brasileiras do século XX da obra italiana I Fioretti di San Francesco. Através da análise das escolhas lexicais dos tradutores, e tomando a tradução como um ato lingüístico metonímico, procura-se apresentar as diferentes leituras de I Fioretti disponíveis ao público brasileiro: uma mais rebuscada e clericalizada, porém mais atenta ao original como obra de valor literário; outra mais simples e mais acessível, apesar de menos atenta ao caráter literário do original.The present dissertation is an analysis of the 20th century Brazilian translations of I Fioretti di San Francesco. Through the analysis of the translators lexical choices, and taking translation as a metonimic linguistic act, it intends to present the different readings of I Fioretti available to the Brazilian readers : one more far-fetched and clericalized, but more attentive to the original as a book with literary value ; another more simple and accessible though less sensitive to the literary aspect of the original

Full text linkEste trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma leitura crítica da obra I Fioretti de San Francesco, de autor desconhecido, vista aqui como instrumento de comunicação do cristianismo e, mais precisamente, do Movimento Franciscano para a causa da evangelização e, sobretudo, como meio de representação cultural (especialmente, da religiosidade) do Trecento italiano, período inicial do Renascimento, época em que foi produzida e publicada essa obra. Para tanto, fundamentalmente, a leitura de I Fioretti é feita no confronto com alguns argumentos importantes utilizados por Jacob Burckbardt na sua análise sobre o Renascimento italiano. A conclusão central deste estudo é que I Fioretti, ao resgatar a experiência cristã de Francisco e de alguns de seus seguidores mais fiéis, ainda que não de forma prioritária, quer evidenciar valores morais e culturais defendidos pela Igreja ao longo da Idade Média e que passaram a ser confrontados com o advento do Renascimento e de sua visão humanística anticlerica

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
L’esperienza dei fondi sanitari in Italia tra luci e ombre
No full textIl paper presentato ricostruisce e analizza il fenomeno della diffusione dei fondi sanitari integrativi in Italia. Viene così prima ricostruita l'evoluzione normativa del fenomeno, che ha portato a favorirne lo sviluppo dopo una fase iniziale più confusa e a precisarne il ruolo rispetto al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale pubblico. Successivamente, viene descritta e analizzata la diffusione del fenomeno, a partire dalle risultanze di precedenti ricerche, dall'elaborazione di dati ISTAT e da quella di alcuni risultati di un più ampio progetto di ricerca condotto dall'Università Politecnica delle Marche, in collaborazione con l'IRES CGIL e il Dipartimento Politiche di Welfare della CGIL, cui ha collaborato l'autore afferente all'ateneo. La conclusione è che i fondi sanitari, pur venendo incontro ad alcuni bisogni di prestazioni sanitarie degli individui e delle famiglie sempre meno soddisfatti dal sistema pubblico, presentano alcuni rischi rilevanti per il SSN. Tra questi, quello di creare diseguaglianze in ambito sanitario e nella salute tra categorie di cittadini, intaccando i principi universalistici del SSN, nonché quello di sottrarre risorse che potrebbero essere utilmente investite nel sistema pubblico, proprio per impedire il verificarsi di tali diseguaglianze
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. RESENHA DE: “CRÔNICAS DE SÃO FRANCISCO: I FIORETTI” POR ALEX SILVA COSTA: Review of: “Chronicles of San Francisco: I Fioretti” by Alex Silva Costa
Full text linkAo ser presenteado pela Doutoranda Elisângela Coelho Morais (PPGHIS-UFMA) com a recente tradução lançada em 2021 de I Fioretti di San Francesco realizada por Veríssimo Anagnostopoulos e lançada pela editora Minha Biblioteca Católica. Na versão optou-se pelo título Crônicas de São Francisco, o que traz diferenças em relação a uma tradução mais aproximada que seria Florezinhas/ Florinhas de São Francisco. A atribuição “Crônicas” nem por isso deixa de ter sentido, ao contrário, confere condição semântica ao gênero textual por justamente apresentar textos curtos que apresentam episódios vividos de maneira exuberante e mística por Francisco de Assis e seus companheiros e discípulos destes. Por isso, apressei-me a desfrutar da novidade do material por ser uma fonte de pesquisa que há tempos trabalho para a construção da tese, “Nos qui cum eo fuimus”: representação e memória do milagre dos estigmas de Francisco de Assis nas hagiografias franciscanas “não oficiais” (séculos XIII e XIV), junto ao PPGHIS-UFMA e sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Marcus Baccega (UFMA).
