No full textAnthropology of Law owes an important rethinking to the recent work of Louis Assier-Andrieu. He clarifies there the historical path of a crucial field in Social Anthropology; he also questions some problematic issues in Anthropology of Law; and he rethinks all this subdiscipline on the basis of an accurate phenomenology (then recreating case law) that is attentive to all the extent of social and cultural contexts. I also will attempt to comment and develop some corollaries that we owe to the work of this french anthropologist and jurist.La Antropología jurídica debe un replanteamiento importante a la reciente obra de Louis Assier-Andrieu (1996a; 1996b). En ella se aclara el recorrido histórico de un ámbito crucial de la Antropología social, se cuestionan varias inercias de la "Antropología legal" y se replantea todo el ámbito según una fenomenología rigurosa (que recrea el método casuístico) y que es atenta a la amplitud de los contextos sociales y culturales. Nuestra intención es también la de comentar y desarrollar algunos corolarios que debemos a la obra de este jurista y antropólogo francés

A contribution to the mathematical theory of diffraction. Part II: Recovering the far-field asymptotics of the quarter-plane problem
No full textWe apply the stationary phase method developed in (Assier, Shanin \&
Korolkov, QJMAM, 76(1), 2022) to the problem of wave diffraction by a
quarter-plane. The wave field is written as a double Fourier transform of an
unknown spectral function. We make use of the analytical continuation results
of (Assier \& Shanin, QJMAM, 72(1), 2018) to uncover the singularity structure
of this spectral function. This allows us to provide a closed-form far-field
asymptotic expansion of the field by estimating the double Fourier integral
near some special points of the spectral function. All the known results on the
far-field asymptotics of the quarter-plane problem are recovered, and new
mathematical expressions are derived for the secondary diffracted waves in the
plane of the scatterer
On the asymptotic properties of a canonical diffraction integral: A canonical diffraction integral
No full textWe introduce and study a new canonical integral, denoted I+-ϵ, depending on two complex parameters α 1 and α 2. It arises from the problem of wave diffraction by a quarter-plane and is heuristically constructed to capture the complex field near the tip and edges. We establish some region of analyticity of this integral in C2, and derive its rich asymptotic behaviour as |α 1 | and |α 2 | tend to infinity. We also study the decay properties of the function obtained from applying a specific double Cauchy integral operator to this integral. These results allow us to show that this integral shares all of the asymptotic properties expected from the key unknown function G +- arising when the quarter-plane diffraction problem is studied via a two-complex-variables Wiener-Hopf technique (see Assier & Abrahams, SIAM J. Appl. Math., in press). As a result, the integral I+-ϵ can be used to mimic the unknown function G +- and to build an efficient 'educated' approximation to the quarter-plane problem.</p

No full textEn los dos últimos años han venido realizándose diversos encuentros de trabajo entre los componentes de los equipos francés y español que han estado colaborando en una misma investigación común y comparativa sobre la pluralidad de base económica en la reproducción social de familias y comunidades locales. Estos encuentros, que se proyectaron en una primera reunión realizada en Braga en abril de 1986, se han venido realizando gracias a las subvenciones concedidas por el acuerdo de cooperación franco-español CNRS-CAICYT en ciencias sociales y humanas. A estas reuniones han asistido también habitualmente los dos coordinadores de los equipos de trabajo que en Portugal y Grecia, respectivamente, han estado trabajando en una línea semejante. Asistió también el profesor Maurice Godelier, inspirador del proyecto.
