Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Para Pelaku Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang Dalam Transaksi Perbankan Ditinjau Dari Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pencegahan Dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang
Pada saat melakukan Tindak Pidana seperti Korupsi, Pencurian, hingga Perdagangan Narkotika serta kejahatan lainnya. Para pelaku cenderung mendapatkan harta dengan jumlah yang sangat banyak dan harta tersebut akan dibuat seolah-olah sah di mata hukum, caranya adalah dengan melakukan Pencucian Uang. Atau dalam hal ini dikenal dengan Tindak Pidana pencucian Uang. Tindak Pidana pencucian Uang merupakan sebuah tindakan sebagai upaya menyembunyikan asal muasal harta kekayaan yang didapat dari hasil melawan hukum, untuk menjalankan aksinya para pelaku melakukan berbagai macam cara untuk menyembunyikan harta tersebut termasuk didalamnya dengan mengalihkan uangnya melalui transaksi yang disediakan oleh Perbankan. Perbankan dalam pencucian uang mempunyai peran yang penting terutama jika mengingat bahwa perbankan mempunyai sistem seperti merahasiakan identitas nasabah dan membuat rekening atas nama yang berbeda dengan cara yang sangat mudah. Sistem pembuktian terhadap para pelaku Tindak pidana pencucian uang dalam transaksi perbankan sangat diperlukan juga pembuktiannya harus berdasarkan kepada Undnag-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang, dalam praktiknya Pencucian uang senantiasa dilaksanakan lewat perantara perbankan dimana ia menjaga kerahasiaan nasabahnya termasuk dalam hal ini melindungi identitas Nasabahnya. Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan analisis secara yuridis normatif melalui teknik pendekatan undang-undang, juga mengumpulkan data-data yang didapat dari Undang-Undang, Tulisan Hukum dan pendapat para ahli dengan melakukan analisa secara kualitatif. Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang yang seringkali.Hasil penelitian ini yang berfokus juga ke dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Pencucian Uang disebutkan terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan pemidanaan adalah membuktikan tindak pidana asal dari para pelaku untuk dapat melakukan pemidanaan. Namun, didalam Undang-Undang tersebut juga terdapat kata tidak wajib membuktikan yang menjadi kontradiktif dan bertentangan dengan Pasal lain didalamnya. Untuk itu diperlukan sekali kepastian mengenai hal tersebut karena perbedaan kata dapat menimbulkan arti yang berbeda pula. Sementara selain menjamin kepastian hukum terhadap ketentuan Pasal yang kontradiktif diperlukan pula pertanggungjawaban para pelaku terhadap kerugian yang ia timbulkan dengan pasti tanpa terkecuali selama kejahatannya bisa dibuktikan. Sementara didalam membuktikan kejahatan pelaku juga perlu diuraikan unsur-unsur apa saja yang menjadi kejahatan tersebut. Dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang yang transaksinya dilalui dengan perantara Perbankan tentu diperlukan peranan perbankan dalam membuktikan kesalahan para pelaku, dan agar para pelaku mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya yang dianggap merugikan korban dari Tindak pidana asalnya juga menimbulkan kerugian kepada Negara bahkan perbankan ini sendiri. / When criminal act happen by the culprit like corruption, the theft, drugs trafficking and many more. A criminal always got the property or money from what they did with a very large number of money. And they often make it as if the money is fine or legal on eyes of law. The thing they did is Money Laundering. In this case often called as Money Laundering Crime. Money Laundering is an action to hide their treasure or money that they get by do something illegaly and against the law. To do his action all the criminals always do a many way to hide their money including do the something with Bank transaction. Bank have a main role on a Money Laundering crimes. If not mistaken the bank has an action to hide the identity of their customers and make another name so easily. To proof that all the criminals of money laundering that did transaction on the Bank has been wrong and against the law is need to Under the law of Prevention and eradication of Money Laundering Number 8 year 2010. Money laundering on the other of the sides always getting done by the Bank who always hide the identity of their customers and including all their secret eventhough the criminals rather they knew it or not. On this case the Author gonna used Normative juridical Analystic by statute approach. And collect all of the data from the law, including legal writing by expert opinion, or the expert itself. With qualitative analystic. And the results of this case is to proof there is Money laundering crime and make the criminals deserve to sentencing law need to proof it that what all they did is wrong and against the law. But the law in this case Jurisdiction number 8 said that they doesn’t need to proof the predicat crime happen or not. Its make confused just because one word it still ruined everything, one word itself really can changed anything because there is gonna have different translation. So it needs to be proof by legal certainly. And to proof that they against the law it means The bank should have an act though to proof the criminals is wrong and do transcaction by the bank. If all of this true and the criminals got accused by do money laundering they need to take all the responbility from what they did, cause it make a loss lot money of the victim including they could harmful The country and even the bank itself

Make Over merupakan salah satu brand yang sering mempromosikan produknya melalui berbagai endorser maupun brand ambassador salah satunya yakni Tasya Farasya. Make Over memiliki rentang harga yang lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan beberapa produk make up lokal yang ada di Indonesia. Make Over nyatanya selalu memiliki produk-produk yang inovatif dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, sehingga produknya selalu menjadi pilihan utama wanita Indonesia dalam produk kecantikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan menguji pengaruh endorsement dan brand image yang dimiliki Tasya Farasya terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada produk kosmetik Make Over yang dimoderasi oleh brand trust yang dimiliki oleh produk kosmetik Make Over.
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yakni kuantitaif. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yakni dengan metode pendekatan eksplanatory. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, penulis membagikan kuesioner online yakni Google Form. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yakni 200 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, dan analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan uji moderasi dengan bootstrapping menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa endorsement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Brand trust memperkuat hubungan antara endorsement dalam mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen, dan yang terakhir yakni brand trust tidak mampu memperkuat hubungan antara brand image dalam mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen.

Make Over is a brand that often promotes its products through various endorsers and brand ambassadors, one of which is Tasya Farasya. Make Over has a more expensive price range compared to some local make up products in Indonesia. Make Over in fact always has innovative products with better quality, so its products have always been the main choice of Indonesian women in beauty products. The purpose of this study was to measure and examine the effect of endorsement and brand image owned by Tasya Farasya on consumer repurchase interest in Make Over cosmetic products moderated by brand trust owned by Make Over cosmetic products.
The type of research conducted is quantitative. The approach taken is the explanatory approach method. In the process of collecting data, the author distributed an online questionnaire, namely Google Form. The number of samples used is 200 samples. The sampling technique used was random sampling, and the analysis used was descriptive analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the moderation test by bootstrapping using the SmartPLS tool.
The results showed that endorsement had a positive and significant effect on consumers' repurchase interest. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest. Brand trust strengthens the relationship between endorsements in influencing consumer repurchase interest, and finally, brand trust is not able to strengthen the relationship between brand image in influencing consumer repurchase interest.

ماكي أوفير هو واحدة من العلامات التجارية التي غالبا ما تروج لمنتجاتها من خلال العديد من المؤيدين وسفراء العلامات التجارية ، أحدها تاشا فاراشا. لدى ماكي أوفير نطاق سعري أكثر تكلفة مقارنة ببعض منتجات الماكياج المحلية في إندونيسيا. في الواقع ، تمتلك ماكي أوفير دائما منتجات مبتكرة ذات جودة أفضل ، لذلك كانت منتجاتها دائما الخيار الرئيسي للنساء الإندونيسيات في منتجات التجميل. الأهداف من هذا البحث هو قياس واختبار تأثير تأييد تاشا فاراشا وصورة العلامة التجارية على اهتمام المستهلك بإعادة الشراء في منتجات مستحضرات التجميل ماكي أوفير التي تديرها ثقة العلامة التجارية المملوكة لمنتجات ماكي أوفير التجميلية.
نوع البحوث التي أجريت قابل للقياس الكمي. النهج المتبع هو طريقة النهج التفسيري. في عملية جمع البيانات، شارك المؤلف استبيانا عبر الإنترنت، وهو نموذج غوغيل فورم. وبلغ عدد العينات المستخدمة 200 عينة. تستخدم تقنية أخذ العينات تقنيات أخذ العينات العشوائية ، ويستخدم التحليل المستخدم التحليل الوصفي باستخدام نموذج المعادلة الهيكلية واختبارات الإشراف عن طريق التمهيد باستخدام أدوات SmartPLS.

PENGARUH ONLINE BRAND COMMUNITY DAN BRAND EXPERIENCE TERHADAP CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (Survei terhadap Followers Akun Instagram Female Daily Network, Beautynesia.id, dan Storie.id)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Online Brand Community dan Brand Experience terhadap Customer Engagament. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif yaitu dengan penggambaran dan pemaparan variabel-variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah customer engagement (Y), online brand community (X1) dan brand experience (X2) sebagai variabel bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengikut (followers) akun Instagram Female Daily Network, Beautynesia.id, dan Storie.id. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling (pengambilan sampel secara acak) dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling terhadap 200 pengguna akun. Teknik anMoh sis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS AMOS for Windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran online brand community dan brand experience terhadap customer engagement berada pada kategori baik. Online brand community dan brand experience memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis merekomendasikan beberapa hal mengenai Pengaruh Online Brand Community dan Brand Experience terhadap Customer Engagement yaitu pada variabel customer engagement dimensi yang paling rendah yaitu connection, pada variabel online brand community dimensi yang paling rendah yaitu advocating, dan pada variabel brand experience dimensi yang paling rendah yaitu intellectual experience. Sehingga penulis merekomendasikan agar Female Daily Network, Beautynesia.id, dan Storie.id untuk harus memperlakukan pelanggan secara baik, memberikan penyelesaikan masalah secara adil dan merujuk pada perlakuan pelanggan secara hormat, sehingga menjadikan pelanggan merasa memiliki terhadap perusahaan beauty platform yang diikutinya. memperbarui konten-konten yang menarik dan up to date, memposting artikel-artikel yang bermanfaat dengan sajian yang menarik, sehinggga pelanggan tertarik untuk membaca, menyukai, dan mengunduh konten dan artikel yang tersedia.

This study aims to determine the effect of online brand community and brand experience on customer engagement. The type of research used is descriptive verification, namely by describing and explaining the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The dependent variables in this study are customer engagement (Y), online brand community (X1) and brand experience (X2) as independent variables. The population in this study are followers of the Instagram Female Daily Network, Beautynesia.id, and Story.id accounts. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method (random sampling) using a probability sampling technique of 200 account users. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with IBM SPSS AMOS for Windows program tools. The findings of this study indicate that the description of online brand community and brand experience on customer engagement is in the good category. Online brand community and brand experience have a positive and significant influence on customer engagement. Based on the results of the study, the author recommends several things regarding The Influence of Online Brand Community and Brand Experience on Customer Engagement, namely on the customer engagement variable the lowest dimension is connection, on the online brand community variable the lowest dimension is advocating, and on the brand experience variable the dimension which is the lowest. the lowest is intellectual experience. So, the author recommends that Female Daily Network, Beautynesia.id, and Storie.id should treat customers well, provide fair problem solving and refer to customer treatment with respect, so as to make customers feel ownership of the beauty platform companies they follow. updating interesting and up-to-date content, posting useful articles with interesting presentations, so that customers are interested in reading, liking, and downloading available content and articles.

Analisis Kemampuan Guru dalam Merancang Program Pembelajaran Efektif Sesuai Kebutuhan Anak
This study aims to analyze teachers’ ability to design effective learning programs according to the needs of children at TK Humairoh 4 Pekanbaru. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed to explore the phenomenon in depth. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and validated using triangulation techniques to ensure accuracy and credibility. The findings reveal that teachers have made efforts to implement differentiated learning by adjusting activities, providing varied learning options, and using methods such as play, storytelling, and experimentation to make learning more engaging and aligned with each child’s characteristics. However, the implementation of differentiated learning has not yet been fully optimized, as teachers still face difficulties in integrating observation results on children’s developmental levels into daily learning plans. Limited time and resources also hinder reflection and post-learning evaluation. The study recommends strengthening teachers’ competencies in analyzing child development data, planning learning based on individual needs, and managing time for reflection. Such improvements are expected to enhance the effectiveness of differentiated learning implementation so that the learning process becomes more adaptive, meaningful, and enjoyable for childre
The Analysis Of Strategies Of Figurative Language In Movie Mulan II
The purpose of this research is to analyze the language translation, or in Indonesian known as majas, and also to find out the strategies used by translators. This research was conducted using qualitative methods using Pierini's theory of figurative language (2007) and translation strategies as the theory. The author also uses a random sampling method by Moeloeng (1991) as the theory for selecting the data that is used as a sample for analysis. As the results of this research, the authors found out 11 types out of 13 types of figurative language. The author conducted with total 20 data which are 12 data of literal translation, 2 data of replacement of the vehicle with a different vehicle, 5 data of reduction of figurative speech, 1 data of retention of the same vehicle plus explication of similarity feature(s). By using these strategies, the translator succeed in translating the figurative language of source language into target language.

KONSELING KELUARGA DALAM MENGATASI PERCERAIAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KUA KECAMATAN METRO KIBANG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR
ABSTRAK
Keluarga yang harmonis adalah impian semua umat manusia,
namun kenyataannya tidaklah semudah itu pastinya setiap keluarga
memiliki permasalahan-permasalahan tersendiri yang terkadang
butuh bantuan orang ketiga di dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan di
dalam keluarga tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengatasi
tingginya angka perceraian pada masa pandemic covid-19 di KUA
Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten Lampung Timur dengan
menggunakan layanan konseling keluarga. Layanan konseling
keluarga diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang
ada di dalam keluarga serta mampu membangun keluarga yang
sakinah, mawadah serta warahmah.
Dengan latar belakang tesebut penyuluh agama di KUA
Kecamatan Metro Kibang berusaha memberikan bantuan terhadap
keluarga yang memiliki masalah melalui layanan konseling keluarga.
Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian penelitian
lapangan yaitu penulis meneliti fakta-fakta dan permasalahan yang
ada di lapangan. Sifat penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam
penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian
yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan apa adanya sesuai fakta di
lapangan yaitu di KUA Kecamatan Metro Kibang. Sumber data yang
digunakan penulis pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan
sumber data sekunder. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik
pengumpulan data berupa hasil observasi langsung keadaan di
lapangan, hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan
layanan konseling keluarga dalam mengatasi perceraian pada masa
pandemic Covid-19 di KUA Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten
Lampung Timur bahwa peran konselor dalam mengatasi perceraian
pada masyarakat yang datang ke KUA sudah terlaksana dengan baik
sesuai prosedur yang dilakukan. Meskipun latar belakang pendidikan
konselor yang tidak sesuai, konselor tetap berusaha memberikan
pelayanan yang terbaik untuk mengatasi perceraian di kalangan
masyarakat Metro Kibang.

ABSTRACT
A harmonious family is the dream of all mankind, but in reality it
is not that easy, of course, every family has its own problems that
sometimes need the help of a third person in solving problems in the
family. The purpose of this study is to overcome the high divorce rate
in KUA Metro Kibang District, East Lampung Regency by using
family counseling services.
With this background, religious instructors at KUA Metro Kibang
District try to provide assistance to families who have problems
through family counseling services. The type of research that the
author does is field research, namely the author examines the facts
and problems that exist in the field. The nature of the research that the
author did in this study included descriptive qualitative research,
namely research that describes the field conditions as they are
according to the facts on the ground, namely at KUA Metro Kibang
District. Sources of data used by the author in this study are primary
data sources and secondary data sources. This study also uses data
collection techniques in the form of direct observations of conditions
in the field, interviews and documentation.
Based on the research findings, the implementation of family
counseling services in dealing with divorce during the Covid-19
pandemic at the KUA, Metro Kibang District, East Lampung Regency,
showed that the counselor's role in dealing with divorce in the
community who came to the KUA had been carried out properly
according to the procedures carried out. Despite the inappropriate
educational background of the counselor, the counselor still tries to
provide the best service to overcome divorce among the people of
Metro Kibang.
