    Resumen: La guerra comercial entre China y Estados Unidos se ha intensificado considerablemente desde el año 2018. En ese año, el gobierno estadounidense tomó decisiones de gran rigor, por ejemplo, incluyó algunas empresas chinas en listas negras con el fin de frenar su progreso en el mercado nacional e internacional; una de esas empresas es Huawei Technologies, y su caso ha sido el que más ha llamado la atención de la prensa internacional debido a que es una de las empresas más competitiva del mercado mundial en su industria. Estas decisiones tomadas por el gobierno de Estados Unidos han tenido como consecuencia una afectación directa sobre la economía China, sobre Huawei, sus usuarios a nivel mundial y sobre otras empresas de la industria, pero más allá de eso, hay afectaciones profundas en el funcionamiento del mercado internacional, por lo que este trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo general analizar las dimensiones o el alcance de la guerra comercial entre Estados Unidos y China en torno al caso Huawei, en el marco del comercio internacional.Abstract: The trade war between China and the United States has intensified considerably since 2018. In that year, the United States government made rigorous decisions, for example, blacklisted some Chinese companies in order to slow down their progress in the market.     Huawei je jedna od najvećih kineskih tvrtki koja se bavi telekomunikacijskom opremom i uslugama, ali i proizvodnjom pametnih telefona i drugih potrošačkih proizvoda. U ovom radu analizirana je konkurentnost Huawei-ja u globalnom poslovanju, s fokusom na njegovu strategiju, proizvode i tržišne udjele. Uzimajući u obzir da se Huawei suočio s nizom izazova u poslovanju u posljednjih nekoliko godina, uključujući zabrinutost oko sigurnosti podataka i globalnu trgovinsku napetost između Sjedinjenih Američkih Država i Kine, ovaj rad istražuje kako je tvrtka uspjela održati konkurentnost na globalnom tržištu. Analiza je pokazala da je Huawei-jeva strategija usmjerena na inovacije i ulaganja u istraživanje i razvoj novih tehnologija. Tvrtka je također uspješna u segmentu pametnih telefona, gdje je uspjela osvojiti značajan udio na globalnom tržištu. Međutim, globalna trgovinska napetost između Kine i Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, kao i zabrinutost oko sigurnosti podataka, stvorili su dodatne izazove za Huawei. Ipak, tvrtka se i dalje drži svoje strategije usmjerenja na kvalitetu i inovacije, kao i na suradnju s drugim tvrtkama u industriji, kako bi osigurala svoju konkurentnost na globalnom tržištu. Uz daljnje ulaganje u istraživanje i razvoj tehnologija, Huawei će se nastaviti boriti za svoj položaj na globalnom tržištu i održavati svoju konkurentnost u budućnosti.Huawei is one of the largest Chinese companies engaged in telecommunications equipment and services, as well as the production of smart phones and other consumer products. This paper analyzes Huawei's competitiveness in global business, with a focus on its strategy, products, and market shares. Considering that Huawei has faced a range of challenges in its operations in recent years, including concerns about data security and global trade tensions between the United States and China, this paper explores how the company has managed to maintain competitiveness in the global market. The analysis has shown that Huawei's strategy is centered around innovation and investment in research and development of new technologies. The company has also been successful in the smartphone segment, where it has captured a significant market share globally. However, the global trade tensions between China and the United States, as well as concerns about data security, have created additional challenges for Huawei. Nevertheless, the company continues to ad here to its strategy of focusing on quality and innovation, as well as collaborating with other companies in the industry, to ensure its competitiveness in the global market. With further investment in research and development of technologies, Huawei will continue to strive for its position in the global market and maintain its competitiveness in the future

    El trabajo se centra en el análisis estratégico de la empresa Huawei, una empresa tecnológica multinacional china. En primer lugar, se explica con detalle todo lo referente a la empresa como su historia, misión, visión, valores y demás aspectos fundamentales. El principal objetivo de este proyecto es determinar aquellos actividades y factores que permiten generar una ventaja competitiva sostenible y la capacidad de mantener su posición en el mercado a lo largo del tiempo. Para conseguirlo, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis externo e interno de la empresa. Posteriormente, se define tanto el entorno general en el que las empresas del sector desarrollan su actividad, a través el modelo de los factores PEST, como el entorno específico a través del estudio del modelo de las cinco fuerzas de PORTER. Después se analiza los recursos y capacidades de Huawei, su cadena de valor, los factores VRIO y un DAFO con el que conocer los puntos fuertes y débiles de la empresa. Además, se realiza un análisis tanto la estrategia competitiva y la estrategia de crecimiento con el fin de obtener una ventaja competitiva a largo plazo. El trabajo cierra con una serie de conclusiones acerca de la situación actual de Huawei dentro de la industria de equipos de telecomunicaciones.<br /

    "La globalización ha transformado rápidamente la forma en que la información se transmite y ha modificado el papel de las grandes empresas, sometiéndolas a un mayor escrutinio por parte de sus consumidores. La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) ha cobrado relevancia como eje para analizar la sostenibilidad, la ética empresarial, el posicionamiento de marca y los beneficios económicos derivados de prácticas responsables. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la RSC dentro de la cultura corporativa de Huawei, utilizando los principios de la ISO 26000 y el modelo cultural de Denison. Se empleó un enfoque documental y analítico, revisando los reportes de responsabilidad y sustentabilidad de Huawei para identificar sus acciones en materia de RSC y cómo estas se vinculan con su cultura corporativa. La investigación desarrolla los conceptos teóricos de cultura corporativa, RSC, el modelo Denison y la ISO 26000; la historia y particularidades de Huawei; y el análisis de sus estrategias de RSC en función de la ISO 26000. Los resultados permitieron clasificar las acciones de Huawei conforme a los siete principios de la ISO 26000 y los cuatro componentes principales del modelo Denison. Se concluye que el análisis puede aplicarse a otras empresas globales, evaluando si su cultura corporativa favorece el desarrollo adecuado de estrategias de RSC"
