    Strategi dan Saluran Pemasaran Rengginang Lorjuk Produksi Desa Prenduan

    Rengginang lorjuk is one of the many typical snacks of Sumenep which is very famous, the marketing of rengginang lorjuk has penetrated outside the area marketed by marketing institutions, namely large merchants, and retailers to meet consumer demand. The high demand for rengginang lorjuk is due to the taste, aroma, and ingredients used being very preferred by consumers compared to rengginang produced outside the Sumenep area. The purpose of this study was to analyze effective marketing strategies and channels. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach to examine marketing strategies and channels with the object of research producers and marketing institutions in Prenduan Village. Primary data collection used observation and interview methods while secondary data were obtained from literature studies related to this study.  The results showed that the marketing strategy applied by producers is product strategy, cooperation strategy, and price strategy. The marketing channel for the first Prenduan Village production is from producer to wholesaler to retailer then consumer, second from producer to retailer to retailer then consumer, third from producer to retailer then consumer, and fourth from producer to retailer then consumer.Rengginang lorjuk merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak makanan ringan khas Sumenep yang sangat terkenal, pemasaran rengginang lorjuk sudah merambah ke luar daerah yang dipasarkan oleh lembaga pemasaraan yakni para pedagang besar maupun pengecer dalam rangka memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Tingginya permintaan rengginang lorjuk disebabkan cita rasa, aroma dan bahan yang digunakan sangat disukai oleh para konsumen dibandingkan dengan rengginang produksi luar daerah Sumenep. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi dan saluran pemasaran rengginang lorjuk yang efektif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengkaji strategi dan saluran pemasaran dengan objek penelitian produsen dan lembaga pemasaran rengginang lorjuk di Desa Prenduan. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran rengginang lorjuk yang diterapkan oleh para produsen adalah strategi produk, strategi kerjasama dan strategi harga. Saluran pemasaran rengginang lorjuk produksi Desa Prenduan  pertama yaitu dari produsen ke pedagang besar ke pengecer kemudian konsumen, kedua dari produsen ke pengecer ke pengecer kemudian konsumen, ketiga dari produsen kemudian konsumen, keempat dari produsen ke pengecer kemudian konsumen

    Tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata) merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang bisa tumbuh hampir di seluruh tempat di Indonesia. Kacang hijau merupakan sumber gizi yang baik sehingga penting untuk dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja penyebab menurunnya hasil panen pada tanaman kacang hijau dan menemukan solusi penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah utama penyebab terjadinya penurunan hasil panen tanaman kacang hijau di Desa Juluk Kecamatan Saronggi diantaranya, banyaknya serangan hama, kurangnya teknologi, kurangnya tenaga kerja, kualitas benih yang kurang baik, harga jual relatif murah dan faktor cuaca. Prioritas utama dalam menyelesaikan masalah menurunnya hasil panen yaitu penanganan hama dengan penggunaan APH (Agensia Pengendalian Hayati) menggunakan Streptomyces spp

    Raising Madurese cattle has a significant economic impact, affecting the sustainability of the local economy and the welfare of farmers as well as bringing non-negligible benefits to social and environmental welfare. This study aims to analyse the economic value and benefits of raising Madurese cattle. The urgency of this research is the economic contribution, uniqueness, and potential of its research on the economic value and benefits of raising Madura cattle is very important and urgent. The results of this study show that Madura cattle rearing provides positive economic value and has the potential to be a stable source of additional income for farmers with a net profit of Rp 6,961,000 during the rearing period. Meanwhile, the value of benefits obtained from cattle rearing include increasing family assets or savings, being a financial guarantee during emergencies, as agricultural labour (ploughing tegal) and producing organic fertiliser to improve soil fertility. Strategies that need to be carried out for cattle development to increase farmers' income are four elements, namely improving the quality of superior cattle breeds through the application of artificial insemination technology, increasing access to capital for farmers, increasing training and animal husbandry technology, and quality animal feed fermentation technology

    Tanaman mentimun (Cucumis Sativus L) adalah salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang banyak digandrungi di Indonesia dan sudah populer di kalangan para petani di Indonesia. Tanaman mentimun adalah salah satu tanaman yang perlu akan budidaya. Maka, perlu ada pengendalian agar terhindar dari hama dan penyakit sehingga dapat menghasilkan mentimun yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis hama dan penyakit yang menyerang pada tanaman mentimun dan mengetahui cara pengendaliannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lebeng Timur Kecamatan Pasongsongan Kabupaten Sumenep pada 13 Oktober 2023 -20 oktober 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini, jenis hama yang menyerang pada tanaman mentimun adalah bapak pucung,  lalat buah, siput , dan ulat grayak dengan cara pengendalian menggunakan pestisida kimia jenis insektisida (buldok,lannate, dan sinamethrin) dengan perbandingan 2ml/liter air. Sedangkan penyakit yang menyerang pada tanaman mentimun adalah layu fusarium, pengendaliannya dengan cara menggunakan pestisida furadan. Penyakit selanjutnya adalah cucumber mozaik virus, pengendaliannya dengan cara memotong daun yang terkena virus

    The problem of large marketing margins, share received by small farmers and high marketing costs as a manifestation of the market performance of local varieties of shallots which are assumed to be inefficient in Sumenep Regency needs to be studied and analyzed. This study aims to analyze the structure, behavior and market performance of the local variety of shallot Rubaru. The location of the research was conducted in the District of Rubaru with the consideration that the location is the producer of shallots with the largest variety in Sumenep Regency. The research was carried out in July-October 2022. The farmer sampling method used simple random sampling of 40 farmers and marketing agencies used the Snowball Sampling method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tools used are descriptive methods and analysis of structure, conduct, performance (SCP). The research data explains that the market structure of local variety shallots at the farmer level tends to form a monopolistic competition market while at the trader level an imperfect market is formed, namely oligopoly or oligopsony. Most of those who act as price makers are traders due to limited market information owned by local varieties of shallot farmers. Meanwhile, market behavior at the farmer level tends to act as a price taker even though they have made a bargaining process. The market performance of local varieties of shallots in Sumenep Regency can be concluded as efficient because the large share of farmers in the first and second channels has reached 40%. Meanwhile, based on MEI (Marketing Efficiency Index) the second channel is more efficient than the first channel because the second channel is the shortest channel, meaning that it does not involve many marketing agencies.Persoalan margin pemasaran yang besar, share yang diterima petani kecil dan tingginya biaya pemasaran sebagai perwujudan kenerja pasar bawang merah varietas lokal yang diasumsikan tidak efisien di Kabupaten Sumenep perlu dikaji dan dianalisis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis struktur, perilaku dan kinerja pasar bawang merah varietas lokal Rubaru. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Rubaru dengan pertimbangan lokasi tersebut adalah penghasil bawang merah dengan varietas terbesar di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian dilaksakan pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2022. Metode pengambilan sampel petani menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 40 petani dan lembaga pemasaran menggunakan metode Snowball Sampling. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan analisis struktur, perilaku, kinerja (SCP). Data penelitian menjelaskan bahwa struktur pasar bawang merah varietas lokal di tingkat petani cenderung terbentuk pasar persaingan monopolistic sedangkan di tingkat pedagang terbentuk pasar persaingan tidak sempurna atau imperfect market yaitu oligopoli atau oligopsoni. Sebagian besar yang bertindak sebagai price maker adalah para pedagang karena terbatasnya informasi pasar yang dimiliki petani bawang merah varietas lokal. Sedangkan perilaku pasar di tingkat petani cenderung bertindak sebagai price taker walaupun sudah melakukan proses tawar menawar. Kinerja pasar bawang merah varietas lokal di Kabupaten Sumenep sudah bisa disimpulkan efisien karena besarnya share petani pada saluran pertama dan keduasudah mencapai 40%. Sedangkan berdasarkan MEI (Marketing Efisiensi Indeks) saluran kedua lebih efisien dibandingkan saluran pertama karena saluran kedua adalah saluran terpendek artinya tidak banyak melibatkan lembaga pemasaran

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Entrepreneurship training and mentorship have become essential needs for vocational high school students to compete in the digital economy era. The Shopee Affiliate Program offers an opportunity for young people to venture into online business with minimal capital and low risk. This community service activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMKN I Kalianget through a series of technical training and mentoring in using the Shopee Affiliate Program. The methods used in this activity include a participatory approach with stages of socialization, practical training, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' interest and knowledge regarding digital entrepreneurship opportunities. The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews, indicating that the majority of students were interested in utilizing Shopee Affiliate as an initial step in entrepreneurship
