No full textKäesoleva lõputöö teemaks oli Avant Center esindushoone ehitustööde organiseerimine.
Lõputöös oli kirjeldatud ehituse ettevalmistamise protsessi, ehitustingimusi, hoone
lähteandmeid ja konstruktiivset osa. Lõputöös oli koostatud ehitusplatsi üldplaan, kus on
näidatud ehitatava objekti paiknemine krundil, liikumisteed, materjali ladustamisalad, objekti
kontor ja soojakud ning sissepääsud krundile.
Majandusosas oli esitatud ehituse koondeelarve ja objekti kogumaksumuseks kujunes
3 301 244 eurot. Ehitusplatsi organiseerimiseks arvestatakse 170 310 eurot, mis moodustas
kogu objekti maksumusest 5,2%.
Lõputöös oli esitatud tehnoloogiakaardid esimese korruse raudbetoonpõranda ehitusele ja
müüritööde ehituse kohta. Selle käigus lahendati kõik nendega seostuvad probleemid ja
selgitati erinevaid tööetappe.
Ehitustööd algasid 02.10.2023 ning kalendergraafiku kohaselt peaks lõppema 18.09.2024,
kokku kestis 253 tööpäeva. Objektil oli tipphetkel korraga 27 töölist.
Tõstetöödel rakendatakse autokraanat Liebherr LTM 1030-2.1 tõstejõuga 30 tonni. Lisaks
autokraanale kasutati veel korvtõstukeid ja kraanaga madelautot.
Lõputöö koostamine võimaldas autoril täiendada teadmisi raudbetoonpõrandate ehituse ning
müüritööde valdkonnas ning paremini mõista erinevaid tehnoloogilisi protsesse. Oluline on
ennetada võimalikult palju vigu, mis võivad põhjustada hilisemaid seisakuid ehitusprotsessis.
Lõputöö tulemusena on autor saanud ülevaatliku pildi objekti organiseerimise kulude
maksumusest, selgitanud välja tööde teostamise käigus tekkinud probleemid, leidnud
lahenduse nõuetekohase ehitusplatsi ülesehituse kohta ning uurinud välja tööde kvaliteedi ja
ohutusnõuded.Organizing the Construction of a Commercial Building.
The topic of this final paper is the organisation of construction work on the Avant Center
commercial building. The building is located at Segu tn 1, Saue. The building is the first in the
chain of Avant service centres expanding across Estonia, where the equipment and technology
produced by Avant will be sold and serviced. The building consists of a spacious showroom,
warehouses of various sizes and an office area, as well as a number of ancillary rooms such
as technical rooms and sanitary rooms.
The building was commissioned by Sami AS, the head designer is Guru Projekt OÜ, with
general contracting being performed by Nobe OÜ. The project was selected for the final paper
because the parameters of the building were suitable, the author had not been involved in the
construction of such a building before, and it proved interesting. Nobe OÜ has limited access
to the project documentation and the indicative budget.
In the thesis, we will discuss the process of preparing construction, the construction
conditions, the basic data of the building, and the structural part. The thesis includes a general
plan of the construction site, a construction budget, a summary calendar plan, and a
description of the lifting mechanisms.
In the economic section, the overall budget and the total cost of the project is EUR
3,301,243.75 plus VAT. The cost of organising the construction site was EUR 170 310 plus VAT,
representing 5.2% of the total cost of the project.
The final paper presents process charts for the construction of the reinforced concrete floor
on the ground floor and masonry construction. It will address all of the associated problems
and explain the different stages of work.
Construction works started on 2 October 2023 and are scheduled to end on 18 September
2024 and lasts 253 days.
The preparation of the final paper allowed the author to improve his knowledge in the field of
reinforced concrete floor construction and masonry, and to better understand the different
technological processes involved. It is important to prevent as many mistakes as possible,
which can lead to stoppages later in the construction process
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
