A qualidade dos servi?os de uma cl?nica m?dica de radiodiagn?stico de Chapec?-SC

improve the quality of their services. The word ?quality in services? has now been introduced
and heavily used, regardless of the branch of activity and scope of the organization, whether
public or private. The word quality today for organizations, refers to the constant search to
meet the needs and desires of its customers, a differentiation factor between companies and
that triggers competitiveness between them. Therefore, an important resource that it has
available to check and monitor quality levels is to conduct surveys with its customers. Thus,
the present research seeks to answer the question of the study, being ?what is the perception
of customers about the quality of services provided by the Cl?nica M?dica de
Radiodiagnostico located in the city of Chapec??? This study aims, therefore, to analyze the
perception of customers regarding the quality of radiological services provided by the
radiodiagnosis company located in the city of Chapec?. For the production of this study, a
survey was carried out in order to quantify and qualify data of the target population of the
research through an intentional sample of 160 customers. The data were collected in person
through the development and application of a structured questionnaire composed of 18
questions formulated by indicators and variables theoretically based on the assessment of
the company's service quality. The data were submitted to qualitative analysis and expressed
using graphs and tables relating the variables to each other and to the theoretical framework.
The result made it possible to verify that clients have degrees of satisfaction between
satisfactory and good for all indicators, the evaluations for the clinic's infrastructure were the
most compromised in relation to customer satisfaction, it has the highest percentage of
dissatisfaction in relation to the other indicators . The highest degree of importance was
recognized by customers for products and services, followed by assistance from radiology
and infrastructure technicians. As indications for improvements, those referring to
accessibility issues are the most urgent, although in the other indicators it was possible to
verify a considerable space for the pursuit of excellence in the provision of the service in

servi?os?, passou a ser introduzida e fortemente utilizada indiferente do ramo de atividade e

organiza??es, remete a busca constante em atender as necessidades e os anseios dos
seus clientes, um fator de diferencia??o entre as empresas e que desencadeia a
competividade entre elas. Logo um importante recurso que esta tem dispon?vel para verificar
e acompanhar os n?veis de qualidade ? a realiza??o de pesquisas junto com seus clientes.
Assim, a presente pesquisa procura responder a quest?o problema do estudo, sendo ?qual a
percep??o dos clientes sobre a qualidade nos servi?os prestados pela Cl?nica M?dica de
Radiodiagn?stico localizada na cidade de Chapec???. Este estudo tem por objetivo,
portanto, analisar a percep??o dos clientes a respeito da qualidade nos servi?os radiol?gicos
prestados pela empresa de radiodiagn?stico localizada na cidade de Chapec?. Para a
produ??o desse estudo foi realizado um levantamento de maneira a quantificar e qualificar
dados da popula??o alvo da pesquisa por meio de uma amostra intencional de 160 clientes.
Os dados foram coletados de forma presencial atrav?s do desenvolvimento e aplica??o de
um question?rio estruturado composto por 18 quest?es formuladas por indicadores e
vari?veis fundamentadas teoricamente para avalia??o da qualidade do servi?o da empresa.
Os dados foram submetidos a an?lise qualitativa e expressos com o uso de gr?ficos e
tabelas relacionando as vari?veis entre si e com o referencial te?rico. O resultado permitiu
verificar que os clientes apresentam graus de satisfa??o entre satisfat?rio e bom para todos
os indicadores, as avalia??es para infraestrutura da cl?nica foram as mais comprometidas
em rela??o ? satisfa??o dos clientes, a mesma apresenta o maior percentual de insatisfa??o
em rela??o aos demais indicadores. O maior grau de import?ncia foi reconhecido pelos
clientes para os produtos e servi?os, seguidos do atendimento dos t?cnicos da radiologia e
da infraestrutura. Como indica??es de melhorias, aquelas referentes ?s quest?es de
acessibilidade s?o as de maior urg?ncia, embora nos demais indicadores foi poss?vel
verificar um espa?o consider?vel para a busca da excel?ncia na presta??o do servi?o em
quest?o
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
