    Budaya Organisasi menjadi tahap dalam pembinaan untuk siswa serta memberikan respon yang positif dalam menggali minat dan bakat yang di miliki para siswa serta pembentukan karakter bertoleransi para siswa mengingat bahwa Negara, Bangsa, Indonesia deangan ragam budayanya menyimpan jutaan keunikan endemic di setiap sudutnya. Mulai dari beragam Bahasa budaya bahkan agama , dan kepercayaan menjadikan Indonesia sebagai role model bersatunya setiap berbedaan yang ada, seperti mimpi yang tertuang dalam "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" semua itu terlambang pada kaki sang garuda. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya bisa mengetahui sejauh mana rasa toleransi yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian yang menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dimana suatu penelitian yang menghasilkan sajian berupa upaya yang di lakukan kepala sekolah serta sifitas sekolah SMPN 1 Siliragung Banyuwangi dalam menerapkan budaya organisai yang bermulti budaya serta saling bertolerasi satu sama lain. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa SMPN 1 Siliragung Banyuwangi menanamkan, membentuk karakter dan sikap toleransi antar umat beragama baik dalam sekolah maupun masyarakat yang menciptakan atmosfer sekolah yang kondusif serta berbudaya dengan kesyahduan antar sesama.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan mengenai manajemen kepala sekolah pada fungsi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri Jomin Barat IV Kotabaru Karawang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini adalah penyuntingan (editing), pengorganisasian (organizing) dan penafsiran hasil temuan. Dan untuk subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru dari SD Negeri Jomin Barat IV Kotabaru Karawang. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dilaksanakan dengan cara merumuskan peraturan tata tertib mengenai kedisiplinan bagi seluruh guru dan tenaga kependidikan 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru melalui beberapa pembiasaan rutin dan proses pendekatan seperti pengarahan dan pembinaan secara rutin, pemberian penghargaan dan hukuman, pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah dan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai kedisiplinan di sekolah 3) Evaluasi manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru adalah dengan cara pemantauan absensi guru melalui aplikasi SIAP, melihat langsung bagaimana kegiatan guru di sekolah dan melakukan penilaian kinerja guru

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana program supervisi akademik yang dilakukan kepala Madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum dan guru-guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang dilakukan dengan cara membuat perencanaan, melaksanakan supervisi dan menindak lanjuti hasil supervisi, Teknik yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Supervisi Kepala Madrasah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang menggunakan Teknik secara langsung dilakukan perindividu dengan guru-guru yang akan di supervisi, dan teknik perkelempok yaitu dengan pelatihan rapat rutin maupun diskusi, pendekatan yang dilakukan kepala madrasah yaitu dengan pendekatan secara langsung yaitu dengan meninjau secara langsung di ruangan kelas. Pendekatan secara tidak langsung yaitu dengan melihat atau meninjau dengan tidak masuk keruangan kelas dan menilai di luar jam pelajaran. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang pertama terkendala atau kurang tepatnya waktu yang telah direncanakan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi dan kurang tercapainya supervisi akademik, karena kurang didukung oleh fasilitas yang memandai di madrasah

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Teaching Campus Batch 1I 2021 is part of the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud) and supported by the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) of the Ministry of Finance which opens opportunities for students to become educators in Elementary Schools. SD) or Junior High School (SMP) to assist learning during the pandemic, by presenting students as part of strengthening literacy and numeracy learning where students become teachers' partners in creativity and innovation in learning. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred caused a decrease in student interest in learning, the level of understanding of students when learning, and students' literacy and numeracy abilities. Based on these problems, it affects the effectiveness of the learning process, one of which is at SDN Dawuan Tengah I. The methods used in the Teaching Campus activity number II are in the form of literacy and numeracy habituation activities. The final result of this activity is the habituation of literacy and numeracy for students at SDN Dawuan Tengah I and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in national development

    This research was conducted to determine the quality of education through the Teaching Campus, which is a program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology at SDN Sukakerta II Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this research is to answer a series of questions regarding the development of the quality of education in the Teaching Campus program. This research method is a qualitative approach, which in this research is descriptive in nature, namely knowing in detail the description of research evidence. The data collection process in this study came from various sources, ranging from debriefing methods, needs analysis, program planning, interview observations and documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the strategy for developing the quality of education through the Teaching Campus program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is in line with the vision and mission of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology itself, through programs from the authors and the Teaching Campus team. 3 at SDN Sukakerta II were able to develop strategies to improve the quality of education in Tengkolak village, Cilamaya Weta

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
