Kesempurnaan iman dalam perspektif hadis nabi Muhammad SAW
Iman berasal dari bahasa Arab yang artinya percaya atau yakin bahwa sesuatu yang di percaya itu memang benar atau nyata adanya. Dalam hadis nabi Muhammad Saw terdapat redaksi yang menjelaskan bahwa iman seseroang ada yang sempurna dan ada yang tidak sempurna. Untuk itu peneliti ingin mengeksplorasi hal-hal yang menyebabkan kesempurnaan iman dengan menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data Kutub Tis?ah. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian Library Research, dengan menelaah beberapa literatur yang relevan dengan pokok pembahasan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa iman seseorang akan sempurna apabila: dia percaya terhadap empat perkara, iman kepada Allah Swt, iman bahwa Nabi Muhammad Saw adalah utusan allah, iman kepada hari kiamat dan iman kepada takdir, dia mencintai nabi Muhammad Saw, dia mencintai saudaranya sebagaimana mencintai dirinya sendiri, dia menjaga keamanan sebagai kesempurnaan iman dengan cara berbuat baik terhadap tetangga dan mengindari berdusta, dia memiliki akhlak yang baik terhadap sesama manusia dan keluarga, dan berjihad di jalan allah dengan harta dan jiwa sebagian dari kesempurnaan iman
PENDIDIKAN JIWA ISLAMI MENURUT SYED MUHAMMAD NAQUIB AL-ATTAS
Menilik pendidikan Modern produk Barat, tentu tidak jarang peneliti muslim mendapati konsep-konsep yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Hal ini tidak lain merupakan pengaruh dari perbedaan perspektif antara Psikologi Modern sekuler dan nilai Islam yang menitikberatkan peran agama dalam kehidupan. Sebut saja teori Sigmund Freud yang menyatakan bahwa dorongan seksualitas ada sejak manusia lahir, bahkan menjadi penggerak (drive) utama setiap gerak kehidupan manusia; teori yang jelas berlawanan dengan nilai Islam yang menjadikan iman sebagai basis dari amal. Telaah juga psikologi behaviorisme yang meneliti manusia dengan pendekatan materialistik mekanistik kausalistik layaknya meneliti binatang yang bersifat mekanis bak mesin yang bisa diprediksi, tidak berjiwa (soulless), dan tidak memiliki karakteristik unik. Tentu ini sangat bertentangan dengan konsep manusia dalam Al-Quran yang sangat memuliakan manusia dengan ditiupkan ruhnya dari sisi Tuhan di awal penciptaannya. Ditegaskan bahwa manusia tidak tercipta semata dari tanah bersifat materi, namun dilengkapi dengan ruh yang membuatnya hidup dan memiliki keunikan yang bermacam-macam. Pengembangan Kurikulum Mandiri Berbasis Capaian di SMA Al Hikmah Boarding School Batu
Reforms and decentralization helped to accelerate progress towards achieving progress. Educational autonomy needs to be maximized in balancing the currents of the global climate. The ability of educational institutions to adapt to the global climate is very much needed. So that when faced with the current Covid-19 outbreak, schools can survive and run stably. The key component in the management of education is the curriculum. The role of the curriculum as the brain of the operationalization of the institution can be designed creatively and independently. Achievement-based independent curriculum as a manifestation of educational autonomy. This research focuses on the design and model of achievement-based independent curriculum development. The aim is to find an achievement-based independent curriculum design and model in boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the study found that the curriculum development design at SMA al Hikmah Boarding School was based on the competency standards of shalih, muslih, and optimal academic graduates. Meanwhile, the development step consists of four components, including philosophical construction, strengthening the foundation based on vision-mission-objectives, designing innovation programs, and producing program innovation outputs. Meanwhile, the Al Hikmah Boarding School curriculum model is independent-intergartive. The model by integrating the program into graduate competency standards is in the form of a life proposal and leadership character.Reformasi dan desentralisasi membantu untuk melakukan percepatan demi tercapainya kemajuan. Otonomi pendidikan perlu dimaksimalkan dalam mengimbangi arus iklim global. Kemampuan lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan iklim global sangat diperlukan. Sehingga ketika dihadapkan dengan wabah Covid-19 seperti saat ini, sekolah dapat bertahan dan berjalan stabil. Komponen kunci dalam pengelolaan pendidikan adalah kurikulum. Peran kurikulum sebagai otak operasionalisasi lembaga dapat didesain secara kreatif dan mandiri. Kurikulum mandiri berbasis capaian sebagai manifestasi otonomi pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengangkat fokus desain dan model pengembangan kurikulum mandiri berbasis capaian. Tujuannya untuk menemukan desain dan model kurikulum mandiri berbasis capaian di sekolah berasrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menemukan desain pengembangan kurikulum di SMA al Hikmah Boarding School berdasarkan standar kompetensi lulusan shalih, muslih, dan akademik optimal. Sementara langkah pengembangan terdiri atas empat komponen, diantaranya konstruksi filosofis, memperkuat pondasi berdasarkan visi-misi-tujuan, merancang program inovasi, dan menghasilkan output hasil inovasi program. Sementara model kurikulum SMA al Hikmah Boarding School mandiri-intergartif. Model dengan mengintegrasikan program dalam standar kompetensi lulusan berbentuk luaran proposal hidup dan karakter kepemimpinan
Problems of the Secular State and Its Impact on Justice
Every country has a goal to create prosperity for the whole society. Islam has exemplified that religion is closely related to the state. The implication of this relationship between ritual and politics has a very close relationship, it could be inseparable. But over time, the opinion emerged that religion and state should not unite, they argued that this separation could become active with modernization since religion can focus on spiritual affairs and political affairs can specifically regulate society. However, in practice it turns out that separation like a secular state has some significant impact on society. Therefore this article seeks to examine these problems through a literature review that is descriptive-analytical with an interdisciplinary approach, the analysis used is inductive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that the conception of a secular state aimed at making a Muslim better, seems to be a mere utopia. The impact of a secular state such as racism and capitalism is very detrimental to the people who are excluded. Ideologically and practically, the conception of a secular state is incompatible with Islamic values, because the Prophet Muhammad did not only teach religious affairs, but also taught political issues, even the Prophet Muhammad gave an example as a politician while in Medina and became a state administrator

الثوابت والمتغيرات في قضية الولاء والبراء عند صلاح الصاوي
The problem of ‘aqîdah of Muslims nowadays can be seen from two sides,
internally and externally. Internally, the emergence of takfîri ideas which resulted in the
weakness of brotherhood. While externally, the impact of the hegemony of Western
civilization which brings people to atheistic-relativistic beliefs. The presence of the
concept of al-tsawâbit wa al-mutaghayyirât in ‘aqîdah is expected to be the solution to
today’s problems. In academia, it is still rare to fnd research that focuses on this issue.
If any, the approach is more to relativistic-pluralistic which obscures the meaning
of the absolute truth of religion. In this study, the author refers to a contemporary
Muslim fgure, Shalah Shawi, who had the idea of dividing the problem of ‘aqîdah into two concepts. Specifcally, this study focuses on the problem of al-walâ’ wa al-barâ’
(loyalty). The author presents using the descriptive-analysis method, which describes
and analyzes the ideas in the books of Salah al-Shawi. As a result, the author concludes
several points: 1) Tsawâbit in the study of Shalah al-Shawi is divided into two: frst,
al-tsawâbit al-muṭlaqah, which is any case based on the arguments of qaṭ’i al-tsubut wa aldilâlah and ijmâ’ ṣarîh. Second, al-tsawâbit al-nisbiyah as several options that are considered
râjih which it is hoped that Islamic movements can come to an agreement. 2) According
to Shalah Shawi, al-mutaghayyirât in any case that is not confrmed by defnite arguments
in the form of authentic argumentative texts or ijmâ’. 3) In the problem of al-walâ’ wa
al-barâ’, Islamic scholars agree that giving religious loyalty to unbelievers is a form of
kufr eventhough they are at odds on loyalty which is not based on religion.

In the context of Islamic higher education, human resource development is also key to the implementation of teaching, learning and overall active relationships. IHRD is closely related to sharia. Each law has its own main object. The main object of Islamic sharia in general is to create benefits for mankind. Usury is forbidden to safeguard the interests of the weak and poor from exploitation by the capitalists.. Studies on the existence of IHRD in universities, educational institutions and many human empowerment institutions are carried out massively for the sustainability of the education system in the future. Therefore, in building IHRD with the foundation of the Islamic worldview, it is necessary to practice what is used as a form of employee development with a process that runs continuously. New problems, new procedures, new equipment, new restraints and new positions always arise in a dynamic organization, as for the steps that can be taken to create a higher education IHRD by means of mental, spiritual, educational and teaching worldview Islamic education and providing economic knowledge based on the Quran and Sunnah

From the river to the sea? : honour, identity and politics in historical and contemporary Palestinian rejectionism
The present thesis seeks to understand and explain the rhetoric and
behaviour of the rejectionist 'current' within the Palestinian national
movement. It proceeds from the view that extant scholarship, primarily from
within the fields of terrorism and security studies, has profoundly
misunderstood rejectionist speech and behaviour by ignoring the
explanatory capacity of Emic - the research subject's perception - as well as
the influence of the sociocultural milieu within which rejectionism exists.
The thesis proceeds to set up a 'socioculturally sensitive' analytical
framework drawn from social identity theory, a heuristic, non-reductionist
model for understanding group interaction and conflict. Emphasizing
cultural norms and cues identified by anthropologists as salient in the
eastern Mediterranean, the thesis suggests that the social value of honour,
patron-client dynamics and a firmly entrenched group orientation must be
significant elements of a model for understanding rejectionist behaviour.
The main analytical narrative suggests that for reasons derived from
ideology, patron-client relations and group dynamics, what has distinguished
the rejectionists from the mainstream have been a qualitatively different set
of preconditions for, and objectives of diplomatic negotiations. To the main
rejectionist factions the goal of liberating Palestine has always been
inextricably intertwined with the goal of restoring national honour; one
without the other has been impossible and to claim otherwise would mean a
depletion of factional and personal honour. To the rejectionists, there has
never been any question of deviating from the fundamental goals - national
recognition, repatriation, self-determination and independent statehood, not
even for tactical reasons. This 'higher standard' likely derives from their
structurally and politically subordinate position within the national
movement, and the need to creatively enhance their own social status and
appeal
BAB 4 - HAM dalam Islam
Islam adalah agama yang sejak diturunkan di Makkah 15 abad silam telah membawa serta semangat meninggikan martabat manusia. Kelompok sosial masyarakat Kota Makkah yang paling dahulu terpesona dengan dakwah Islam adalah para hamba sahaya. Mereka antusias dengan misi Islam karena komitmennya membebaskan para budak dan menunjukkan kesetaraan mereka dengan manusia lainnya. Mereka tertawan oleh Islam karena Islam adalah agama pembebasan! Sebagai kelanjutan dari modul sebelumnya yang membahas konsep HAM universal, modul ini akan fokus pada pemaparan tentang HAM dalam konsep Islam. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini bukan sekadar menggali wacana HAM dalam al-Qur ’an dan Sunnah, tapi juga menelusurinya dalam dokumen-dokumen dalam tonggak sejarah peradaban Islam. Karena itu pembaca akan berkenalan dengan Piagam Madinah, Pidato Nabi di Haji Wada’ dan rumusan ulama klasik tentang HAM dalam wacana Maqâshid Sharî’ah atau Dhorûriyât Khamsah (Lima Kebutuhan Pokok Manusia). Dari situ pembaca akan diajak merenungkan bagaimana memahami relasi HAM dan Islam dalam konteks modern
