Pengaruh Protein Hidrolisat Terhadap Pertumbuhan Setek dan Hasil Nilam
Effect of hydrolisate protein on the growth and yield of patchouli cuttings Effects of hydrolisate protein on the growth and yield of patchouli cuttings were studied at the Nagasari Experimental Garden, Cipanas, West Java from January to August 1989. The experiment was arranged factorially in a randomized block design with three replicates. The first factor was kind of cuttings i.e top, middle and basal cuttings with 3 internodes. The second factor was hydrolisate protein concentrations i.e 0, 2.5, 5.0 and 7.5 ml/l. The result showed that kind of patchouli cuttings did not give significant effect on the growth and yield, but there was indication that the treatment of middle cuttings sprayed by 2.5 ml/l hydrolisate protein gave better result on the growth and plant biomass compared to untreated
Penggunaan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh IAA dan IBA Pada Pembibitan Kapulaga Sabrang
Application of IAA and IBA as a plant growth regulator in the seed bed of cardamomThe research was intended to find out the effect of IAA and IBA (indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid) plant growth regulators in the seed bed of cardamom. It was implemented in the research Institute of Spices and Medicinal Crops, Bogor, in January up to April 1986. A randomized block design was applied with seven treatment i.e. control, IAA plat growth regulator with the concentration of 25, 50, 100 ppm, and IBA plant growth regulator with the concentration of 50, 100, and 150 ppm with three replications. The order kost Research result revealed that applying both plant growth regulators with those concentrations did not stimulate the growth of cardamom in the seed bed. It tended, however, to heighten the seedings, the amount of leaves and the weight of roots. Higher concentration of those plant growth regulators tended to retard the seed growth

Researech Instalation Cimanggu, Researech institut for Spices and Medicinal Crops, From Desember 1996 to April 1997. With the aim to evaluate the effect of Internodes number and paklobutrazol Concetration on the growth of tuba cuttings. A factorial experiment with 2 factor and 4 Replications werw arranged in Rendomized Black Design. The first factor wase Internodes number i.e., 0.20,500,750, and 1000 Ppm. Treatment aplication were dreaking the lower and of cuttings to the paklobutrazol solution in 15 minues. Each treatment consisted of 10 cuttings without leaf and were placed rendomizedly at the open field. On 300C temprate and 61% moisture equally. The Parameter observed were growth percentage,growth speed nube, number and length of hoot, number of leaves and leaf area, and the weight of plant biomass(leaf + branch) and Root. Result of the experiment showed that One internodes cutting with a concentration of 500 and 750 ppm ofpaklobutrazol produced better effect on plant biomass (leaf + branch) and root Meanwhile 2 intrnodes cttings with concentration 250 ppm paclobutrazol Produced better efect on the growth Percentage cutting
Pengaruh Jumlah Ruas Setek dan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi MENTHA PIPERITA L.
Effect of internodes number and growth regulators on the growth and yield of M. piperita. L.The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of internodes number and growth regulators on M. pepita. The experiment was conducted at The Research Institute for Spice and Medicinal Crops from July 21 to October 25, 1988. The experimental design was consisted of a randomized block design with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the number of internodes (1, 2 and 3 internodes) and the second factor was the growth regulators, 2.4-D (Hidrasil) 0.5 ml/l, nitroaromatic (Atonik) 1:2000, auxin + cytikinine (Sitozim) 2.5 ml/l and control. Research indicated that two internodes and 2,4-D or auxin + cytokinine tended to increase the shoot length, number of branches and dry weight of plant. There were no interaction between the number of internodes and growth regulators
Pengaruh Asal Sumber Benih Dan Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Sengon
Pembangunan hutan tanaman sengon masih dihadapkan pada kendala asal sumber benih dan jarak tanam yang kurang optimal sehingga produktivitas tanaman masih rendah. Penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menguji asal sumber benih dan jarak tanam sengon telah dilakukan di areal Perum Perhutani di Jumo, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah, sejak September 2003 sampai Desember 2004. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terpisah dengan 7 perlakuan asal sumber benih dan 3 perlakuan jarak tanam dengan 5 ulangan dan 5 tanaman setiap ulangan. Perlakuan asal sumber benih sebagai petak utama yaitu Biak, Wamena, Ciamis, Subang, Candiroto, Kediri dan Wonogiri, sedangkan perlakuan jarak tanam sebagai anak petak yaitu (2x2) m2, (2x3) m2 dan (2x4) m2• Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang setiap bulan dari 6-9 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asal sumber benih berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang tetapi tidak pada perlakuan jarak tanam. Asal sumber benih dari Kediri menunjukkari perlakuan paling baik dilihat dari tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang dibandingkan asal benih yang lain, sedangkanjarak tanam (2x3) m2 memberikan pertumbuhan tanaman yang paling bai
Pengaruh beberapa Zat Pengatur Tumbuh dan Mulsa Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kunyit
Penelitian mengenai pengaruh beberapa zat pengatur tumbuh dan mulsi terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kunyit telah dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Cimanggu, balittro Bogor sejak bulan Desember 1990 sampai dengan Mei 1991 dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok, terdiri atas 14 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah perendaman setek rimpang dalam IBA 200 dan 400 mg/l, etepon 250 dan 500 mg/l, nitroaromatik 1 dan 2 ml/l serta tanpa direndam. Masing-masing perlakuan zat pengatur tumbuh tersebut dikombinasikan dengan perlakuan pemberian mulsa dan tanpa mulsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan setek rimpang dalam nitroaromatik 1 ml/l pada media yang diberi mulsa memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan vegetative sedangkan IBA 200 mg/l pada media yang sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap pembentukan rimpang
Pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Pada Situs Marketplace Shopee (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser dan
brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada situs marketplace shopee.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal
antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan
sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive
sampling dengan karakteristik mahasiswa universitas brawijaya dan pernah melakukan
pembelian melalui marketplace shopee minimal sebanyak 2 kali pembelian. Penelitian
ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan
menggunakan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa
variabel celebrity endorser berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan
pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (2,525 >1,977) dan sig α = 0,013 <
0,050 dan brand awareness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan
pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (7,084 > 1,977) dan sig α = 0,000 <
0,050
